Whilst time waiting to see Mr Khan was very quick , if I'd arrived any later I wouldn't have completed my check in and, I arrived more than the recommended 15 mins early more staff on reception required plus I don't think self checking in on tablets helps , whilst fine for me others clearly needed help.After seeing Mr Khan I needed follow up appointments for a scan and,blood/urine tests . Having waited at 1 reception for 15 minutes area to make an appointment for the tests to be brusquely told to go and make my scan appointment as it "Would save time" .When I'm 2 away from the desk don't think it was about saving my time.Then wait at the radiology department reception for another 15 minutes as only 1 person on reception, told they'll need to check with the radiologist and, would call me today as yet they haven't. Return to main outpatient reception to book tests and, amazingly I've now got 6 people in front of me ...finally get to the desk to be told can't do blood test as no one there to do them .Now had there been but because of time wasted there no longer was ? Not impressed by The Spire on this occasion, Mr Khan yes , but everything else no .

There are only good things to be said about Vermillion. From the friendly welcome on reception on my first\every visit, through the countless appointments with orthodontics, prosthodontics, hygiene and x-ray, everyone and everything was spot on. The coordination and communication between the different departments through the course of my 17 months of treatment was super professional and the outcome is nothing sort of exceptional. Special shout out to Chris for getting my teeth in fantastic shape for the prosthodontics and to Photini for the wizardry she demonstrated with the rebuilding work. I was honestly lost for words when I seen my renovated smile for the first time. Additional thanks to Michaela in hygiene for the whitening, to dental nurse Lucy and to Rachael and Gemma for coordinating it all.

I had a consultation on 2/12/25 with Mr Kalvarezos . He was absolutely brilliant . I felt so so reassured and he explained everything thoroughly and provided me with all the information I needed and more . He was very thorough and gave me plenty of time and I could ask everything I needed to know and I came away with so much information that was so so helpful and gave me clarity . He has a lovely way about him and is very pleasant to talk to and I am delighted to have had that consultation . His secretary Amanda was also incredible and she was lovely and caring and so so efficient and reassuring and she really does care and was so fast with E mails, phone calls and getting information together and she is also such a kind, warm hearted person . Wow ! Absolutely brilliant . Excellent .

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were constantly checking on me to ensure I was comfortable, and they never made me feel rushed; they absolutely made sure I was feeling good and stable before they let me go home. The facility itself was impressively clean, which made me feel much more at ease, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually great! Dr Ryan has given very clear explanations of my diagnosis and the way forward, and has organised tests with the necessary codes to make dealing with Aviva as easy as possible. Dr Ryan also made himself available for the initial visit very quickly after my initial work health screening, despite the holiday season approaching, and has been consistently quick at speaking to me about results and next actions, and drafting letters confirming these. Monica has also been incredibly helpful, organising appointments, codes, changing dates, etc, sometimes replying late into the evening to ensure the appointments / insurance details could be organised as quickly as possible.

Welcoming and helpful. Only one lift was working and the remaining one was noisy and slow but there was a notice advising of this. The coffee machine in wait area was out of order Reception staff were kind and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand accent. One set of chairs in a sub waiting area was under a shelf which meant I knocked my head. Appeared clean and efficient and was quiet on day of my visit. Preoperative bloods were done straight after consultation which is very good and in fact results appeared next day. That's good service. Overall allowing for things that happen a positive experience.

Thanks to everyone at Freedom Vision in Bromley for giving me a positive experience throughout my time with them.  I was very nervous to have the procedure, but it went smoothly and led to an excellent outcome.  Having had my cataracts removed from both eyes and RayOne Galaxy Toric multifocal replacement lenses fitted, I now have amazing eyesight for distant, intermediate and near vision.  I am especially grateful to the optometrist and the surgeon for their expertise and care, and to Chirag, the Patient Liaison Manager who always made me feel well supported.
