I have seen many migraine specialists and been in many migraine clinics over the years, so I feel very confident in saying that Dr Moreno is the BEST migraine specialist I have ever seen. As soon as I walked into his office he spotted the dark glasses I was holding (hospital lighting is a migraine trigger for me) and switched off the bright overhead lights. So immediately I knew that he understood the precarious nature of being a migraine sufferer! I felt in safe hands from the very start of our appointment. Dr Moreno is an excellent listener and asked lots of questions - he didn't assume he knew everything about my migraines, which in my experience is so often the case with specialists who know their field so well. He is clearly at the forefront of migraine treatments and answered my questions around current new treatments on the market. I came away with many answers and also the chance to try some different medication, which led me to hope that I may one day be able to manage this condition properly and have a better quality of life. Thank you Dr Moreno, this was the consultation I always hoped I may one day have!

I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

An excellent surgeon of high professional standards. He takes time to provide clear explanation of the problem and how it can be resolved. He is diligent in ensuring he has all the relevant information including necessarily appropriate diagnostic investigation to help determine his approach. Definitely worth the referral and ,90mile journey to rectify issues resulting for more local treatment. Mr Chintapatla is probably one of the best surgeons in the country supported by a great team.

He gave considered advice regarding my condition and suggested suitable treatments while at the same time giving me time to consider my options. While there were some initial issues due to the practice changing ownership during the run up to my procedure, the new management honoured my original booking and once they were up and running in the new location I don’t think I could have asked for a better service. Everyone on the team was extremely friendly, welcoming and professional and the aftercare was excellent. I am also extremely happy with the outcome of my procedure- would highly recommend!

We went for an early pregnancy scan for a bit of reassurance and to get a better idea of dates and it was the best thing we could have done. Deirdre was our sonographer and was fantastic. Parking good, reception good, pharmacy good, everywhere very clean. All staff were friendly and efficient. They made sure that they had the right person for the right procedure, made sure I was hydrated and well, and checked that I would be looked after at home afterwards. I was very impressed. Also the sandwich afterwards was lovely.
