We are incredibly grateful to Mr Herzog for the outstanding care provided to our child during their scoliosis surgery. From our very first consultation, Mr Herzog was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the procedure and answer all of our questions, which gave us great peace of mind. The surgery was extremely successful, and our child is recovering better than we ever hoped. I was treated extremely kindly and it made such a difference. Everyone who works there deserves a massive thank you. I didn’t feel judged, not once. Respectful, polite and friendly and very, very prepared. I felt that I was in safe hands and I really appreciated all the security protocols. My only suggestion to make things even better, would be to have an indoor waiting area available for clients who are asked to arrive at 7am. It was not much fun waiting in the dark, in the rain, in the cold to be let in for 20 odd minutes. But as soon as that hurdle was overcome, everything went so well and a lot of that was because of the efforts of the team. They’re great. I really loved my sandwich too!

I first saw Professor Finlay as an NHS patient in January 2025 and one of the first things he said was that he could definitely improve my heart arrhythmia and improve my quality of life. He was right. He explained everything clearly without a lot of medical jargon and listened to my concerns. He is down to earth and doesn’t sugar coat things. He has seen me regularly for consultations and carried out another procedure when it became necessary. In these days where it’s sometimes difficult to trust people, I can honestly say that I trust Professor Finlay 100% to do the very best for me. I feel great and at 82 looking forward to travelling to Cairo next month.

I had a online assessment, I was seen by Wioleta Cholewinska. She was really lovely, welcoming and put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and was understanding and listened very well. The longest waiting part was from filling out the forms to the assessment, but even tho this was a wait, I was expecting it to be a lot longer than it was so that’s great. The actual booking of my assessment was super quick and easy. They sent me a date and time that was for an appointment within 14days of them sending me the appointment details. I’ve heard this can be a lot longer elsewhere so I was surprised about this in a good way.

I had surgery in May 2025 for a ruptured cruciate ligament in my right knee. Dr Anand was excellent from the first time I met him to my most recent consult where I was signed off He was always transparent with everything, my care and the financial side of things as well He always responded very timely to emails when I was needing reassurance. His secretary was also brilliant. Everyone at Nuffield was amazing, very caring and clear. The porter i had who brought me back to the ward after my surgery snd down to xray was so funny and kept me at ease throughout.

Mr Lunawat was well prepared in the initial consultation to quickly and efficiently take the steps needed to ensure the appointments and procedures went smoothly. He answered my many questions with a very caring and reassuring attitude both before and after the operation. He also arranged a program of aftercare. So on the whole l was very pleased with his professionalism and beside manner.

Mr Brown is a very pleasant surgeon and extremely competent. He managed to repair tendons in my shoulder which previously were told were irreparable. His secretary is excellent and responding to my queries to Mr. Brown and both have been very patient with me. His matter is very pleasant and was good at sharing details of my operation and answering questions. He has a good sense of humour which often is lacking in surgeons! I am happy for Mr. Brown to view my comments.

After failing to get an appointment with my GP, my Daughter made an appointment for me at WLC , within a couple of hours of phoning I was seen by the lovely Dr. York. She identified me having a chest infection, and reduced power in my lungs . Collected prescription from chemist. At 82 , I think I would have ended up in hospital had it not seen this Doctor. Amazing service Now a day later feeling much better. 😎

I found the number of emails related to the appointments to be unnecessary and extreme. I was asked to complete a pre appointment questionnaire online. I did so and then received 3 further emails and a text message asking me to do the same. I have also received 4 emails asking me to give this feedback. Please look at your system. Filling your clients inboxes with multiple emails is not helpful for anyone.

The most helpful doctor I've seen - it's a sad indictment of the rest of the NHS that seeing a doctor who didn't try to gaslight me into going away made me so emotional. Mr Siddiqi is weird but wonderful - don't expect formal and stilted conversation - be prepared for seemingly random questions and swift changes of subject. But also be prepared to be listened to and understood
