I really enjoyed working with Mr. Nakade and am extremely grateful for his support and care. As a woman, I’ve often felt anxious about working with a male gynecologist, but Mr. Nakade was exceptionally polite and thoughtful. He put a great deal of effort into creating a calm, respectful, and comfortable environment, and I honestly never felt awkward for even a moment. I trusted him completely and felt genuinely taken care of throughout the entire process. He explains everything very clearly, is extremely careful and attentive, and the quality of care was outstanding. I also heard excellent feedback about the surgery itself and the follow-up afterwards. I especially appreciated that he uses modern tools such as an AI notetaking system, which allows notes to be available instantly and accurately. This made the process feel very transparent and well-organized. Overall, I can only say positive things about Mr. Nakade and would highly recommend him.

On visiting consultant Subhajit Ghosh a prescription was given to the nurse to be ordered for my next appointment as it was something that was not kept in stock at OSD. I needed to check my diary to see if I could make this next appointment at OSD Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead to have the prescription or, see the consultant at Spire Hospital on another day. On checking my diary I found I could make it and I phoned and arranged an appointment with Subhajit Ghosh. Unfortunately, the prescription had not been ordered so when I turned up for my next appointment I was unable to have my treatment and I would have to see him again another time. I appreciate mix ups happen but thought OSD Healthcare should check their procedures in instances such as this, so that prescriptions are ordered once patients have confirmed they can make future appointments.

Every other doctor who I saw told me that should come back when my family was complete. Then somebody recommended Professor Brookes. He had a completely different approach. He immediately dealt with my varicose veins and pelvic congestion. I now am pain free and have slim legs. Professor Brookes changed my quality of life. Professor Brookes has a charming personality. He is warm, friendly and sympathetic. Medically he is the best in his field. If you are fortunate enough to see him in clinic on the NHS you will notice that he has a big que of patients that only want to see Professor Brookes. They don't want to see any other vascular doctor that's part of the team! Professor Brookes THANK YOU!

Mr Wagh is a lovely gentleman. He explained clearly what my issues are, and his proposed treatment. This did not include surgery, which would have been in his financial interests and which had been recommended previously; and he explained very clearly why it was not the best course of action. The treatment he suggested is easily achievable without expensive assistance, and does feel like the best course of action even though I went into the consultation convinced I needed to go under the knife. I am very impressed with his bedside manner, ability to clearly explain the pro's and con's of all available options, and his recommending the best course of action for me, rather than including his own interests which we know from the recent news is not always the case.

I came to Mark for a revision breast augmentation after having some early and severe complications from my original surgery. Chrissy immediately helped me feel at ease, and Mark was able to immediately diagnose the issue and recommend an option to fix the issues. He was committed to giving me the best result possible, and he succeeded. After my original surgery I wasn’t sure if I would ever be happy with my breasts, but the Mark Solomos delivered an amazing, natural result that I love and my only regret is that I didn’t go to him for my initial surgery

Mr Malek was clear and precise when explaining my condition and so I knew exactly what to expect on the day of surgery and afterwards. This made the whole procedure as easy as possible and reassured me prior to the day of surgery. The hip replacement has been virtually pain free. I had some discomfort for 2 days, managed with medication, but after that recovery has been rapid with the physiotherapy provided. I am most grateful to Mr Malek for the Star Hip Replacement surgery and if I need my other hip replacing in the future I will be back to see him.

I had a part knee replacement and the staff were really caring and polite . I couldn’t fault them in fact I would trust them 100% and I don’t trust nobody but the staff were truly amazing . A big Thank you to Mr Patel truly amazing gentlemen and the aneasathetist wow I didn’t feel any needles top people. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hospital the service was amazing. The staff that looked after you couldn’t do enough for you . The place was spotless and the best part of it all you were respected as a person

Dr Rajiv Sood was amazing. I struggled to get my 5month baby eczema under control. Went to the GP many times but no improvement. After our consultation with Dr Sood he explained what eczema was and gave us a prescription and explained how to manage the eczema. After using the cream we noticed a big difference within 24 hours. Dr Sood explained how to manage the flare ups. Honestly I would recommend Dr Sood such an amazing caring doctor who truely cares for his patients. As a mother I cannot thank Dr Sood enough.

I underwent a shoulder operation on the 17th November. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout: the room I was allocated for the day was clean, tidy and comfortable as was the bathroom. The post-operative tuna sandwich was delicious! All the staff were excellent, including admin staff, nurses, physios, anaesthetists and my surgeon, Mr Jahnich. The followup care has also been excellent, with especial praise to my physio, Chris.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

I had a suspicious mole removed.. Dr Awdeh explained everything clearly and carried out the procedure smoothly, painlessly and quickly explaining everything that was happening throughout the process. The Anaesthetist and nurses were very friendly and supportive and made the whole experience completely stress free. They even gave me some cake afterwards!

NLM Clinic in Doncaster provides you privacy of consultation. It is located quite central, however not on the main road, which means that the privacy is maintained at all times. The environment is calm and comfortable. You are offered a drink on arrival and the consultation room, despite being small is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommended.
