Matt safely delivered our baby boy on 16th January and from start to finish, the quality of his care and skill, combined with genuine compassion and kindness have given us the most positive birth experience we could have wished for. In 2023, we had a deeply traumatising first birth of our baby girl at our local NHS hospital in Wales such that I was too fearful to trust them with our second birth. After much research, we decided to come under Matt's care to privately deliver at the Kensington Wing. Logistically being based in Wales was no issue for Matt and his PA Sarah who made the whole process stress free and workable to deliver by induction at 38 weeks. I began this pregnancy overwhelmed with fear of birth and never believed the experience could ever be "positive" only for Matt to prove me wrong. Throughout my care, he has been so reassuring and empathetic, gaining my trust and giving me back the birth experience I was denied first time around which has meant the world. My birth was calm, controlled and I felt in the safest of hands throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Matt - I will be forever grateful.

I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

The recent visit was excellent. Mr Mansouri thoroughly examined me and explained everything very clearly. I would also like to say that Mr Mansouri is one of the best orthopaedic surgeons I have come across. I cannot speak highly enough of him. From the very first appointment regarding my knee arthritis, to the monitoring of my condition, to the surgery itself and post op care, my journey was fantastic because of him. He has excellent bedside manner and genuinely cares for his patients. He always listened to my concerns and made himself very accessible (even at short notice) if I needed to see him for a review or to ask any questions. I am still recovering from surgery but I believe his care has and will truly change my life and give me my quality of life back.

St Giles Physiotherapy provided excellent care for my painful wrist, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physiotherapy in Northampton. From the outset Georgia understood my issue which meant we could maximize the appointment time for hands-on treatment. She used a variety of different techniques during the session, which made the treatment feel thorough and targeted rather than one‑dimensional. I was also given clear follow-up advice and tailored exercises to continue at home, which has really helped my recovery between appointments. Everyone I dealt with at the clinic was caring, friendly and genuinely interested in helping me, which made the whole experience feel very supportive as well as professional.

i had an extremely rare cancer and was advised to return to Mr Singh for the second time as the consultant at Royal Marsden said the operation which Mr Singh carried out a reconstruction to an extremely high standard for such a rare and complex condition. Given the personal anxiety surrounding such a condition I was grateful for the kind , caring and sensitive manner Mr Singh shows towards his patients . His professionalism makes a very worrying and difficult condition more manageable to cope with.
