I recently visited Nuffield Health The Holly Hospital and had a very positive experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and well-organised, and the hospital environment was clean, modern, and comfortable. Waiting times were minimal, and everything ran on schedule. The medical team were polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step clearly, which helped me feel reassured throughout the visit. Any tests or procedures were carried out efficiently, and I felt well looked after at all times. Overall, The Holly Hospital provided an excellent standard of care, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking prompt, professional, and compassionate treatment.

Dr Thomas has been consistently looking after my blood work, my results, and my menopause and HRT management. I feel she has an excellent understanding of my personal health situation, and she always goes out of her way to find solutions. Her approach is holistic, up to date, and rooted in the latest research — she’s very aware of new medications, evolving HRT options, and the best ways to benefit from them. Her general health advice has been incredibly helpful too. I feel genuinely listened to and supported. She never rushes me, and she takes the time to hear every concern I bring into the room. For the first time, I feel that a doctor is truly on the same page as me, and that is incredibly valuable.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Kaur. She has the kindest manor of any doctor I’ve seen. She listens to what you say and you’re never dismissed. You’re able to have honest conversations and you’re treated as an equal. She took so much time to explain my options and go through the surgery process in detail. She even phoned me on a Saturday when I had a question about my surgery. I felt so cared for before, during and after the surgery and I really feel like she has my best interests at heart. She clearly cares about the quality of her patients lives and did everything within her power to improve the quality of mine. I would recommend her wholeheartedly.

We highly recommend Dr Simone Rofena. Finding the right doctor was not easy for us but as soon as we met Dr Rofena we knew he was the right doctor for our IVF journey, and he was perfect every step of the way. Dr Rofena combines a strong scientific approach guided by the latest research in the field with an extremely caring and kind manner. He follows a holistic approach (promoting acupuncture during the IVF cycle, nutritional advice and hypnotherapy) which made a huge difference to how we felt about the journey. I can not recommend this clinic enough. My partner SA was one of the last steps of our fertility. When the results came in at first we were confused and full of anxiety (and went into a deep Google black pit) - the consultation with Suzanne gave us the biggest sigh of relief and reassurance we needed with a plan of action to help boost our chances. Don’t rely on the internet to amp your anxiety, book that consultation after your SA to speak to someone who is an expert and can give you the “medical hug” you need.

Mr Nikul Amin

Nikul showed great passion in his subject which gives a great sense of confidence for a patient. I liked the fact that as a surgeon he wants to do clinics which i believe makes him a much more rounded and experienced doctor overall. He naturally gave me a sense that he was going to cover every base and make sure when I left his care everything that had to be done was covered. He struck a nice balance between using words I have no idea about and interpreting those into ones that I can.

The hospital itself was great and senior nursing staff on the day were informative and professional. My anaesthetist was phenomenal as was my amazing surgeon. However I had a bad experience with one of the health care assistants who wouldn’t let me use the bathroom and led to a bit of a weird experience. Plus when I got my stitches out two weeks later the nurse couldn’t see the stitches and she gave the tweezer to my fiancé who actually ended up getting the final ones out.

As always I had an excellent experience today at VB Aesthetics from start to finish. The clinic is beautiful,, welcoming, and the team are professional, warm and friendly. Having had a bad experience elsewhere, I wouldn’t go anywhere else and have been going to VB Aesthetic for many years now. . Nurse Vicky always takes her time to listen to me and the results are natural and subtle.. I highly recommended!

Dr White was very polite and understanding of my diagnosis but not to have provided a prescription and send me off knowing how much a tube of the ointment was at £26 each I was not in a position to pay £78 for 3 tubes to treat me and my husband. I have had to wait a further 3 days feeling horribly un clean after the diagnosis and continue suffering. I’m still waiting for the cream to arrive via the post.

Miss Murphy used plain straightforward language, giving both the risks and possible outcomes of the operation. This was on the initial phone meeting. This was for me reassuring as the risks were made clear. On the operation visit and stay there was no attempt to ‘sell’ the procedure but explain the possible outcomes. It was a good experience, but one I would liked not to have gone through!

Dr Sotiris Nicholas

I had an excellent experience with Dr Nicholas during my C-section. He is clearly a highly competent anaesthetist with a genuinely kind, calm and reassuring bedside manner. He went above and beyond in his care for me both during and after the procedure and I feel incredibly fortunate to have been under his care on this very important day. I would recommend Dr Nicholas unreservedly.

Mr Nigel D'Souza

I consulted Mr D'Souza for a colonoscopy after a positive FIT under the bowel cancer screening program. From the initial consultation Mr D'Souza was clear in answering my questions and his calm and professional approach on the day of the procedure helped me immensely. I will not hesitate to contact him if I need another colonoscopy in the future.

I actually saw Mr Floyd at the Platinum Scene but had surgery at the Highgate Hospital. Couldn't fault either. The Highgate Hospital, whilst smaller than the Wellington is brilliantly run, the staff are friendly and attentive, my anaesthetist was a really nice man and the food was pretty good too!
