Overall, my experience with New Medica was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well cared for. The young woman on reception was lovely — friendly, professional, and reassuring. The team who completed all the tests before I saw the consultants were amazing. Everyone was kind, patient, and approachable, and they took the time to explain each test clearly. The whole process felt very organised, calm, and thorough, which really helped ease my nerves. The surgical team working alongside Mr Guthrie were absolutely incredible. They were understanding, kind, and extremely patient, making sure I felt comfortable and supported at every stage. Their compassion and professionalism truly stood out and made what could have been an anxious experience feel safe and positive. Overall, the care I received was outstanding. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. I am extremely grateful for the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend New Medica to others.

My consultant was very good: listened to me and explained very well and patiently (really happy with that great attitude and skill). I'm grateful for treatment and advice received. Staff very friendly (starts with the reception): this makes a big difference, you feel welcomed and can relax a bit. Excellent also is the level of communication via email and digital service: Sharing of document via secure online portal, electronic prescription via email which worked perfectly for me at my local pharmacy, quick email confirmation of follow-up consultation appointment, quick sharing of the clinic letter. Thus, all communication was very prompt. Great also to receive an appointment reminder via email. Also very useful: For my treatment appointment, I received an email that explained the treatment and gave clear instructions for how to prepare. Good clarity. Finally: parking was good, premises clean, waiting rooms nice.

This was a great appointment.. I couldn’t believe what I could hear and the thoroughness of the consultation.. I kind of knew what the outcome would be , but it really did make me see how my hearing has deteriorated over the years.. I know it’s time that I should be having hearing aids. As the consultant said “ Use it or loose it “ I know I was offered to have a free consultation with this company, to find out where my hearing was at.. Which was confirmed.. Unfortunately for me the price at the moment is well out of my range at this moment and time.. But all in all the whole experience was very thorough and professional.. I feel like you learn a lot more with what’s going on with your hearing..

Harley street clinic was lovely, welcoming and Very clean. The clinical staff were so caring before and after my treatment. I would highly recommend going with Harley street clinic using Dr Riaz Agha as he’s the surgeon behind it all. His compassion and level of care is outstanding I can’t not fault him or the clinic at all. After care for me was amazing and came with no problems apart from the pain which is very normal, Dr Agha was at the end of the phone/email to reassure me and answered any questions I had. Super grateful to have one of the best surgeons around.

I went back on February 26 for follow up check up.arrived before 2.had an xray of my hip within twenty minutes then had my appointment with Dr Alister mayne at2.30.he showed me the x Ray and said it all looked great.then he checken the movement and strength of my new hip.everything was great.the staff again an Dr mayne were friendly and helpful.this whole experience was great.i was very worried about it as i m diabetic .but they made it easy and looked after everything expertly.thank u very much staff and doctors at kingsbridge Ballykelly.

Mr Ohly could not have been more helpful. From my initial consultation through to my post surgery follow up everything was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. When I arrived for surgery I was limping slowly with a very painful arthritic hip. On the day after surgery I was walking slowly and normally with crutches but with no arthritic pain. Post op healing has gone extremely well and and exceeded my expectations.

Amazing overall experience. The building is very modern, and it felt like on was walking into swanky health Spa rather than a health treatment centre. Whilst the building and it’s very modern equipment is amazing, it’s the staff that really matter, and even if I tried I wouldn’t be able to find fault with any one member of staff - including cleaners.
