I would like to provide some positive feedback following our recent experience, Mr Sobti's PA, whose name I unfortunately do not have, was extremely helpful and efficient. She arranged a virtual appointment with Mr Sobti on Friday 12th December at short notice and ensured my daughter was seen promptly so her care was not delayed over the Christmas period. She also made sure an MRI slot was available that same Friday evening if required, and organised a follow-up appointment for Monday 15th December. This meant we were able to receive a diagnosis and treatment plan very quickly, which we greatly appreciated. Mr Sobti was also excellent. He explained everything clearly and was calm and reassuring throughout the consultation. Overall, we received a very good level of service and felt well supported throughout the process.

I was referred to Mr David Griffiths by friends in the UK that have previously been in his care or worked with him, I am currently in the USA. After looking at his bio, I was so impressed with what he has achieved and the work that he does I arranged to have a consultation via zoom. From the outset I felt his warmth and compassion, I immediately knew I was in very good hands. Mr Griffiths fully explained what I needed firsthand and then going forward with surgery, if that was what I decided to do. He welcomed any further questions or concerns I had afterwards by email which were always followed up immediately. I did go ahead with the surgery to have a permanent fix to my issue of which I am so thankful for. Mr Griffiths did an outstanding job, and I would have no hesitation at all recommending him.

Mr Vladimir Revicky

After suffering the effects of a prolapse for close to two years with no imminent signs of a resolution on the NHS, I opted to visit Mr. Revicky at Ross Hall Clinic, who offered an immediate solution for the medium/long term that was dealt with there and then, ending my pain and discomfort at very minimal cost. Since having the painless procedure carried out, I have suffered no further issues and am now pain-free and sleeping much better. Mr Revicky explained the options to me in a very clear and professional way and I am much indebted to him for his considerable help with my problem.

I spent 3 days at the Royal Free PPU as an in-patient following major surgery and I have nothing but praise for the treatment I recieved from start to finish. My surgery was scheduled speedily, the operation went as well as hoped, and all of the PPU team members who took care of me - Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Housekeeping - were professional but at the same time, kind and reassuring. I was really anxious about the surgery and for me, the care that I received as an in-patient, made the whole experience so much less stressful.

Professor Ronak Rajani

This was my first appointment with Professor Rajani and it was conducted by telephone. Before my consultation, I had sent over a couple of recent echocardiogram reports as well as some blood and urine test results. This helped form the basis of my consultation. Professor Rajani has an easy-going manner and gave me his professional advice regarding his observations on the reports. I felt very reassured by our discussion and there is no need for me to have a follow-up appointment at this time.

Waiting over 60 minutes for an appointment that you schedule and pay for is quite poor. The excuse I got is gynaecologist appointments take longer. Okay, then play’ 30-60 mins between slots to allow for adequate timing. I had to get out of work and work the extra time that had I been offered the actual appointment time I wouldn’t have had to do that. Change your gynaecologist appointments calendar please

The Horder Centre

I cannot praise the Horder Centre highly enough; the quality of the care and staff are beyond compare, always someone around to look after you, operation itself seems to have been excellent (four and a half weeks so far). This is the second hip I have had replaced here, the first was completely recovered in a couple of months, so anticipate something similar this time.

I had the best experience going to Kim’s for partial knee surgery on both knees, separately. Mr James Smith was the best Consultant I could have wished for. Really respectful, very approachable and explained everything to me . I recovered extremely quickly and have been so pleased with the result enabling me to lead a more active life now. I am 84 years old.

Effortlessly removed the polyp on my cervix. Explained the procedure and next steps. Made me feel at ease and she truly knew what she was doing. My gp advised me I could have a cancer but Dr Shachi said I should wait for the results and enjoy my Christmas. I know it is not over unless Jesus says it is so I will do as she said and not worry for now.

I was so pleased to see Dr Kumar, who made me feel completely at ease to talk to, he really listened to me and I felt instantly that he would sort the problems out I was facing. I would have no wish to see any one else but Dr Kumar. Certainly would recommend him to any patient needing a cardiologist. Such empathy from a very top cardiologist.

The 2 and half hour waiting time for a 5-minute test was severely dissatisfying. The endoscope tube was much too thick, thicker than it is necessary perhaps. Nowadays the medical technology is much advanced and I truly believe a thinner tube can do the job sufficiently as well as improving patient comfort.

Nice welcoming hospital. Outpatient reception desk is slow, this causes delay in registration for appointment and this impacts on consultant clinic. Please can there be a more efficient check in process so consultants and patients are not delayed unnecessarily due to technical issues thanks
