Erin is by far the best physio I have ever worked with. I started seeing her in early Feb 2025, with no clear idea of what was wrong - only a general feeling of being ‘uneven’. By November 2025, I’m no longer in any pain or discomfort, and I now have a significantly better understanding of my body and how to look after myself for years to come. Earlier this year, I was referred to Erin by another member of her clinic, who told me she was one of the best physios around - little did I know just how true that would turn out to be. From the start, Erin spent hours with me, taking the time to understand how I was feeling and how my body was moving. She carried out countless tests on different muscles, and together we identified the root of the issue within just a few sessions. Over the past eight months, we’ve worked together on strengthening my muscles through a mix of gym-based and mobility exercises, building strength to support my shoulders and back. She has patiently listened to me week after week as I’ve asked new questions, always going above and beyond to adapt my programme to suit my current targets. I can confidently say I’ve never been in such great health, and as I approach the end of my treatment, I feel reassured knowing exactly how to take care of myself going forward – all thanks to Erin.

Mr Alex Leo

I had severe haemorrhoid problems which had not cleared with over the counter medication or prescribed medication. Mr Leo identified the problem and attempted a banding to avoid intrusive surgery which was not successful and so a haemorrhoidectomy was preformed. There was a follow up as some skin tag and marginal inflammation occurred. Steroid treatment was prescribed and second follow up took place. The haemorrhoids were completely resolved as was the skin tag problem. The area concerned is now better than it has been in my lifetime. On each occasion Mr Leo was excellent in manner and explanation. His advice was based on excellent diagnosis and succinct. He sought to avoid unnecessary treatment and medication, but which in fact proved necessary. He was extremely efficient and speedy without being peremptory. All in all someone I would recommend for any colorectal issues.

We couldn’t recommend Dr. Ed Abrahamson enough. We had an issue getting our newborn back to his birth weight and wasted over five weeks trying to follow conflicting advice from different specialists and consultants, while the situation didn’t improve one bit. One visit with Dr. Ed was enough to get a very tailored and effective protocol that finally helped the baby thrive and make improvements at record speed. While Dr. Abrahamson’s experience speaks for itself, in person we found his approach to be caring and very straightfoward and direct at the same time. We feel appreciative of the help he gave us, and safe in knowing we now have a great paediatrician we can come back to anytime we need to. Thank you!

As a family our experience of Luxe Psychology Practice has been excellent. Jade developed instant rapport with my daughter who initially needed help for separation anxiety. My daughter really engaged with Jade during her weekly sessions and we were able to apply a number of practical coping strategies that were child friendly. Jade was able to put my daughter at ease and make the sessions both fun and practical whilst teaching emotional regulation strategies. Over the course of my daughter’s sessions Jade has always been professional, supportive and has always made to time to ensure we as parents know exactly how we can best support our child. I was struggling to get a face to face appoinment with my NHS GP. Filling out their triage forms where tick boxes didn’t cover half my symptoms and not enough room in the comments to describe my issues and concerns was getting me nowhere. So I decided to go private. Daleswood was recommended to me by a friend. I was happy to pay for a 30min consultation where I could go through the history and symptoms I was experiencing. It was well worth it, blood tests were recommended and a diagnosis made that explained all the symptoms not just one or two. I was so relieved to finally have been listened to and believed. Not just told ‘we only deal with one thing at a time’

I would not choose Spire as a private patient. The nursing staff were fabulous but the overall experience was poor. I feel that since they now take 80% nhs patients then the overall standards have dropped. After my operation I ordered an evening meal that didn’t materialise and after starving for over 24 hours was able to get a chicken sandwich eventually. The breakfast was quite simply atrocious. Cold scrambled egg, awful tea, toast inedible due to being soggy. I recently had emergency surgery at Taunton NHS hospital and they were far superior to this hospital.

As I have very difficult veins to draw blood from, Prof Rakhit recommended that I should ask for Andrew in the phlebotomy department....which I did. They were very helpful in helping me to come in at a time when he would be there. Andrew was brilliant. He managed to find a vein without any trouble and I hardly felt the needle! My thanks to everyone for making this a much less stressful experience than it usually is!

Saara Majid is my dentist. I cannot overpraise her attentiveness throughout the appointment. The main purpose was a filling, so a local numbing injection was required. There was minimal discomfort. Afterwards, Saara assisted me into my parka, led me to the patient toilet, waited until I emerged, conducted me back to reception to a suitable chair where I could await my taxi, prior to handing over to a receptionist.

I walked up 12 floors as there were no lifts available.Only 14% capacity.I got to the Thames view suite via the cardiac lift because a cardiac unit staff member took pity on me and put me into lift 14 to complete my Access Path to the private patients unit. What on earth is going on and why does the lift maintenance contract not have a 50% minimum functionality profile as a term for service?

Equipment is state of the art. My report came the following day. Should I need a scan again, it would my go-to clinic without doubt.
