I visited the doctor for my child, who was experiencing muscle pain in his chest whenever he got tired during physical training. From the very beginning, the doctor was polite, friendly, and extremely professional. He explained each part of the diagnosis step by step and clearly outlined what he planned to do throughout the treatment. He carefully drilled down into every test to identify the root cause, which gave me a lot of confidence. He was very patient and thorough, making sure everything was clearly understood before moving forward. He also created a safe and comfortable space for parents to ask questions and answered every single question with great patience and clarity. The hospital is run like a well oiled ship. No need to be too early, as you have an appointment time and they will take you at that time. I went 30mins early, which was an extra 30mins of nervousness I brought on myself I could have done without! The staff are friendly and efficient. There are processes in place that give assurance that the hand over from nurse to surgeon and team are strict and everyone is on the same page as to who you are and what you are there for. The recovery was peaceful and friendly. And who doesn’t like toast and a hot cuppa after fasting for hours. My next appointment was delivered by email the very next day. I know I will be nervous going back, but it won’t be because I don’t feel I am in safe hands. Thanks to everyone who looked after me, from reception to consultant and everyone in between.

I had septoplasty surgery 3 years ago, which unfortunately wasn't successful. I had several years of sinus issues caused by the nasal deviation and enlarged turbinates. I didn't want to return to the ENT consultant I'd previously seen and I was referred to Mr Elhassan, because of his superior expertise and experience in revision surgery. Mr Elhassan performed a revision septoplasty and turbinate reduction, which has alleviated all of the symptoms I was having. My surgery was complex and he went over the allotted surgery time to ensure the procedure was a success. During my follow-ups, Mr Elhassan has been brilliant in assuring me that my healing process is normal and on track. The changes to my life have been profound and I would whole heatedly recommend Mr Elhassan to anyone with complex ENT issues.

I recently visited dr chitnis with a wrist injury that had been ongoing since February this year. He was very professional and was able to tell me my MRI results promptly and answer all questions that I had. He then got me booked in for surgery, he explained in great detail which procedures I would be having and what to expect. I was very nervous for the surgery but he was quick to put my mind at ease. I’ve since seen him at a few follow up appointments for dressing/stitch removal and then also to check the mobility of my wrist after surgery. He gave me physio/exercise and scar massage instructions, explaining to me very clearly what to do and what to expect at each stage of my recovery. I felt extremely at ease at all appointments and am very grateful he was able to rectify my injury.
