I have visited Daniela at Sonoworld on many occasions since 2020 for various reasons / body areas to be scanned. Sometimes for routine checking and at other times, via doctor recommendation. Daniela is always very thorough, kind and her room is spotlessly clean. She has always made me feel at ease when explaining her findings. She clearly has many many years of experience and knowledge. She always goes above and beyond and has followed up with me via email and phone call, especially when she could tell that I was anxious. I have been to other Ultrasound clinics in Central London and I have always found that they are more expensive (for no better service) and more importantly, they always try to upsell more of their services, not something that I believe is appropriate when it comes to health. Daniela has seen myself and friends of mine at short notice, and I will always continue to recommend Daniela and Sonoworld to anyone who requires an ultrasound.

Thank you to Dr Kuntal just doesn’t seem enough. Having suffered for years with horrific periods and severe anemia for the past 3 years and then on top of this bowel problems all of which meant I spent over half of every month not leaving the house. The keyhole full hysterectomy has cured each problem I had. Dr Kuntal is incredible very professional and always clearly explaining the what, the why and the how. Dr Shaltoot is is amazing. She is kind, compasionate and explains everything clearly. The most important thing for me is that she listens to and acknowledges what I am experiencing and feeling. After seening a huge number of gynaecologists over 22 years, constantly beimg told there was nothing medically wrong based only an a few ultra sounds and refused even an MRI, I asked the GP to refer me for a full hysterectomy as I couldn't stand it anymore. I made an appointment with Dr Shaltoot and she was the first gynaecologist to listen to me. She performed my surgery a month after the initial appointment and confirmed it was endometriosis, which I have been certain of for years. I wish I had seen her several years ago before it reached the stage it has. She is the only gynaecologist that I trust.

I saw the cardiologist as I couldn’t get appointments at my GP surgery. I was really impressed with the whole procedure. The Consultant was wonderful and was able to reassure me. He listened to me and later explained all the results of the tests. He did an Angiogram on me himself which I thought was a great idea as he could see my heart in real time, no report from a technician needed no wait. I had to have bloods taken by Debbie . A very nice nurse . Again I was made to feel comfortable and reassured with my problem. There is a plan in place and I return to see cardiologist again next week. I will definitely use the facility in the future for myself and family. Due to the chaos that is the NHS at present.

Dr Deepan Vyas was absolutely brilliant. He made us feel calm and relaxed from the moment we met him and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He was incredibly empathetic and wonderful with my 3-month-old baby. My son was diagnosed with severe eczema, and I became quite upset during our initial appointment. Dr Vyas reassured me, made me feel supported, and genuinely helped ease my worries. The treatment he recommended worked very well for my son’s body, and we are now discussing how best to maintain the improvement. I have told everyone what a great experience we’ve had with him and truly hope to continue having follow-up appointments with Dr Vyas.

Both occasions on visiting the practice have been fantastic. Having a fear of the dentist isn’t great, but the reassurance from the staff is absolutely second to none. Talking through the steps to give you an indication of what’s going on etc. checking in constantly to make sure everything is ok with the procedure taking place! The staff are professional and very friendly, the practice is probably one of the best I’ve ever visited. It doesn’t have a normal sterile dentist feel to it! Again a great experience for someone who isn’t particularly keen on visiting the dentist.

I have just had a Mohs procedure carried out by Dr Shah. From the first consultation to the subsequent procedure and then follow ups he was reassuring, providing me with all the information I required, answering any queries I had in full. The procedure was pain free and information regarding after care clear and concise. The result is that I have virtually no mark/scar - he is so skilled and painstaking at the closure of the wound. Dr Shah has been charming and totally professional through the whole experience and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I would just like to say that I am really grateful to have had Mr Mohan as my surgeon. I feel blessed as he has been so understanding, kind and never puts pressure on when having a discussion. The surgery itself has been very successful, and from having a permanently painful left shoulder it rarely hurts any more and it's only been 5 months, when I was told it could take 6 to 9 months to fully recover. I can't stress enough how well Mr Mohan treated me and just, as always, wanted to give credit where it's due and it certainly is due to Mr Mohan

Every stage of my procedure for my cataract operations (both eyes a week apart) went like 'a dream' from the excellent initial Consultation with Professor Luff, to the 2 excellently/professionally executed outpatient operations he and his excellent team carried out, to the excellent aftercare and not to mention the miraculous results!. If anyone (like me!) is petrified of such procedures I would highly recommend Professor Luff and his Sapphire Team.

I had two total hip replacements - the first in July 2025 and the second in October 2025. Graeme Nicol carried out both procedures at King’s Park Hospital in Stirling, using the anterior approach.
