I have been a patient of Doctor Neesha Patel since June 2021. I came to Pure Perio after I had received very poor laser treatment at a periodontal Harley Street clinic. After a consultation with Dr Patel I decided to undergo one more laser treatment at Pure Perio with Kirstie. I was very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, care and also the results she obtained. She explained to me how to look after my teeth and gums between appointments to avoid expensive laser treatment in the future. I was suffering bone loss but that stopped after seeing Kirstie and since then I attend regular appointments for in-depth dental hygiene. My gum health has significantly improved. I recently had a check up with my dentist for the first time in 18 months. She was very impressed and told me I did not have a single cavity. That had never been the case before: I used to have to see the dentist every 4-6 months! This is all thanks to the wonderful team at Pure Perio. In particular, I highly recommend the hygienists Kirstie and Rachna. Dr Neesha is very honest and has a holistic view on health. I am very grateful to her for resolving my issues and for the top quality treatment and care I receive from the team. If you are worried about your gums or your teeth I highly recommend coming to Pure Perio.

Front of house Annabelle was lovely and friendly but considering it was my first visit the overall hygienist’ experience was very poor. The appointment was at 19:00pm and I wasn’t seen until 19:25/19:30pm. I paid £70 for a 30 minute clean only for the appointment to last 20 minutes for a basic scale and to be given flossing advice. I had the water squirted in my left eye (underneath the glasses) I put my hand up to warn the two members of staff who didn’t even notice and the lady that was doing the water was also choking me with the tube which was not a pleasant experience (never had this happened to me before and I get my teeth cleaned every six months). I was then told I had to come back in two weeks for another appointment just for the polish (and expected to pay another £70) this has never happened anywhere I have visited before and it felt that it was just a big money making scheme especially try to sell me tooth flosses and toothpaste I already have at home and use. Maybe if the appointment did not overrun previous to me then the lady would have had time to do a full clean as your website states. It is a shame as I would have been re visiting every six months and also wanted extra services like teeth whitening but unfortunately will not be returning.

I have had a great experience and time at Delamere, my therapist and mentor have both been fantastic, as well as majority of the other staff, and I have connect with a lot of staff and made life long friends with other patients. This was definitely the place for me, and would not have considered anywhere else. My only real criticism is on the owner Martin, I think his general attitude towards his patients/customers is not acceptable, he is quite rude and unapproachable, and does not fit the character or leader he is made up to me. The second thing I would like to make not of is general communication between staff, and follow up, is not the best but I suppose this can be improved. Finally, I think the management of a conflict situation and resolution is not the best. Management should listen to all parties stories and not judge based on what the patient is in Delamere for. Other than that a fantastic experience all around, which has definitely fixed me and put me back on track. So for that thank you for the life changing experience.

Review for Dr. Hill and Kingsbridge North West Hospital I had a fantastic experience at Kingsbridge North West Hospital. Dr. Hill is a phenomenal surgeon — incredibly skilled, friendly, and easy to deal with. He immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. It’s clear that he’s not only respected by his patients but also by the staff; all the nurses spoke so highly of him, both personally and professionally. They even mentioned that they can always recognize his surgical work by the exceptional standard and care he provides. All of the staff were excellent. Sku checked me in — he was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process ran smoothly, and I was in and out of the clinic within an hour. I highly recommend paying the bit extra to use Kingsbridge — it’s worth every penny for the level of care, professionalism, and peace of mind you receive.

Excellent - I had been told by another Dentist that a pre molar tooth would require a crown when a .5cm filling they put in fell out so I consulted Dentalessence, and thanks to Joanna at front of house my email was seen by Zayd who amongst other things specialises in onlays and he used this procedure to restore my tooth. The staff at Dentalessence are absolutely lovely and went out of their way to help me by arranging to see me quickly and out of hours so thank you very much to Zayd and Brooke for staying late. As a result of this experience I have now changed my Dentist to Dentalessence who offer a wide range of treatments in house and modern dentistry techniques that help to preserve the natural tooth which is a very welcome change! Had appointment for ear wax removal. Arrived at wrong address as was unaware that location had moved, luckily spotted new location across the road. Receptionist was not welcoming and was more interested in arranging diary on computer with her colleague. Was informed during my ear examination that there was inflammation in one of my ears and that report would be emailed to me for my GP, never received report. Audiologist was very pushy on when my last hearing test was and had keep repeating that I just want ear wax removal. I have been coming to Ruislip ear care for many years but none of the staff that day were familiar to me and when booking there was no choice of practitioner. No sign of Jo Jolly or Paul so maybe under new ownership?

I was referred to Dr. Okaro by a friend, and from my first appointment, I knew I was in the right hands. He was warm, kind, and really took the time to listen - I left feeling hopeful for the first time in a while. Even though I’d travelled a long way, he arranged my MRI scan the same day, which showed how much he truly cares about his patients. Every appointment was professional, reassuring, and he always answered my questions with patience. I was nervous about having surgery for the first time, but everything went smoothly, and I’m so grateful that 18 fibroids were successfully removed. I can’t recommend Dr. Okaro enough - he genuinely cares and makes you feel completely supported throughout.

Much busier than on my first visit to a different consultant a few years ago , which I think reflects the state of the local NHS hospital . Also ( this may now be true of other Nuffields I have visited in the past ) the little refinements are sadly gone - coffee and tea now self service and in a cardboard cup / mug, and no biscuits . No newspapers . These things may be hangovers from the Covid pandemic , but they could surely be reinstated now , as they definitely distinguish private from National Health spaces . The only aspect about “ going private “ these days that certainly is different is the speed with which one can make an appointment .

I was very pleased to be offered this programme. Unusual for a consultant to have such a holistic approach. It has been extremely beneficial to me and I enjoyed working with Ray. I very much enjoyed the Chi Gong and continue with the daily meditation. I found Marya and Nichola very supportive and interesting to work with. I had already lost some weight but was stuck and with their help went on to lose a further 2 stone and have maintained my weight at that level since. The programme has also given me permission to spend time doing the things I like which I have realised is very beneficial to my health.
