Overall, it was a great doctor’s appointment and well worth going private. I left feeling reassured and confident, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone considering it. I had an initial consultation for varicose vein treatment (following a flyer in the post) and following further investigations/diagnosis I went ahead and had an operation. The whole experience from beginning to end was first class. Everything was fully explained to me and all my questions were answered before deciding on the most appropriate treatment. The operation (under local anaesthetic) went well with a nurse talking to me all the time and explaining everything which was happening as as well as distracting me! My recovery went as planned - and as explained - and a follow up visit to see the consultant was very reassuring. All in all I was very pleased with everything and would not hesitate in recommending Shepton Mallet Hospital.

I first attended Miss Satherley's clinic six months ago. With a family history of breast cancer, I was left feeling very concerned when my GP sent me for investigation. I am so grateful to have found Miss Satherley. She has managed to calm the deep seated fear I have regarding my family history and spent no end of time listening to my questions and worries, taking time to explain everything to me in such a clear and concise manner, and even took the time to teach me a self examination technique. To know I have Miss Satherley to turn to should I find anything I'm uncertain of has made no end of difference. I cannot recommend Miss Satherley enough to anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation to myself.

He patiently explained the information in simpler language i can understand and had the opportunity to ask if I had any questions or worries. My recent visit was for a crown fitting and work on the gums. I saw Dr Balawal . I have had a number of appointments with him. He explains what he is doing and, he takes care to ensure the patient is not experiencing any discomfort. I have always understood, and been pleased with, his treatment. He presents as a very competent, conscientious dentist. The reception staff are all polite, helpful and friendly. I am so pleased that I contacted Quality Dental. I have taken out a dental plan and will continue to attend this surgery. I don't know what the other dentists in the practice are like, but I can certainly recommend Dr Balawal.

I would like to express my sincere thank you to Mr. Karashi, who performed the sonata treatment and hysteroscopic myomectomy. The operation went well and my period has become normal and much lighter after the operation. My tummy has less pressure to my lower back after both treatments. Mr. Karashi explained very well to me my symptoms and what caused my heavy period and pressure to my lower back. He is very patient and friendly and I feel that I am in a very good care of him. Well after a very long period of months waiting for a appointment, which was a utterly waste of my time and NHS funded appointment. It comes down to MSK CIRCLE NOT KNOWNING THE FACTS, if you have ever had a DENERVEATION, once in your life in this Borough, you can't have it again, BUT YOU CAN IN OTHER BOROUGHS, So my condtion is now down to, myself raising the funds of approx £4000 what a disgrace, and all I need is one op to carry on working, so publish if you want?? But I doubt it coz your end don't like the truth

My partner and I came to the Agora for a fertility assessment as we've been trying to conceive for a couple of years. The doctor was kind in explaining our results and gave a clear plan of what they recommend moving forwards. I chose the clinic based on the good reviews and we are so happy that we did. All the staff we have come across have been very nice and answered any questions that we had. We feel comfortable choosing the Agora for IVF even though this is an unknown road ahead, i feel supported.

Very happy to see Miss Fraser 6 weeks after my fascial sling which has completely stopped my stress incontinence . I'm pleased to say my operation has been a success more than I ever expected and Miss Frazer and her team have been amazing from beginning to end . Wish I had this done sooner rather than waiting after 10 years of bladder issues since child birth . Looking forward to being able to do normal activities with my children without having to worry about my badder . Thank you so much .

The only area for improvement is the check-in process - quite often there is a queue of people waiting at reception and the vehicle registration screen is separate to the check-in form, which isn't very efficient. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and helpful. I prefer coming here despite it being a longer drive than my nearest private hospital because of the great experience I've had previously.
