I had a review with my psychiatrist, whose expertise is evident at every appointment. He is a wonderful communicator and I felt listened to and fully heard. I appreciate his deep understanding of the nuances of ADHD and medication; particularly as it pertains to perimenopause, sleep and current life situations. This, along with his extensive knowledge of the struggles that come with the condition, compassion surrounding these and his encouragement re. a holistic approach to the condition leave me knowing I’m in the best possible hands. I really appreciate his kind and empathetic approach, plus how easy he is to talk to. I always leave knowing I’ve been part of a collaborative approach to treatment as opposed to being dictated to. The support staff who deal with booking appointments, sending forms etc are absolutely wonderful too.

I visited this private clinic after developing a severe chest infection over the week and feel very ill just as the weekend struck. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to access an NHS appointment, and my symptoms were getting progressively worse, so I decided to seek private care. I was seen promptly by the team at WellLife, and the level of professionalism and care was excellent throughout. I was diagnosed with both a chest infection and conjunctivitis and was prescribed antibiotics, which made a significant difference very quickly. The staff were attentive, reassuring, and highly professional, and I was back on the mend in no time. It’s genuinely a godsend to have a service like this in Oxted. Access to timely, high-quality care when you need it most is invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

She took her time with me and really tried to get to the bottom of my medical history and concerns in a holistic way, and it was refreshing to be able to talk through absolutely everything without any pressure or judgement. I came out of my appointment with a sense of clarity after many years of being in a minefield of conflicting information. This is the standard that should be provided to all women - highly recommended!

On my last visit for a procedure, there was no one at the check in desk, many staff walked passed and ignored me. When I asked someone I was told they had been called away. Given I was anxious to have a procedure I would have expected the area to be manned and someone there. It is not up to the standard I expect and have received on previous visits to day case care.

I was able to secure an appointment quickly, rather than wait days to see my NHS Dr. I was treated with care and respect, the appointment was unhurried and the GP was reassuring, professional and polite . I am self funding, however , I would use this service again in order to be able to see a Dr face to face quickly .

Treatment very good...but...6 hour wait in a very small basic room (just chairs) with others for admission...food ok but if you have requirements such as you cannot tolerate spicy food be aware that the staff taking food orders do not know whether food being supplied is spicy... recovery ward very noisy at night
