I want to say how incredibly grateful and eternally indebted I am to my surgeon, Mr Luke Cascarini. He has given me a completely new lease of life. He is not only an outstanding surgeon but an exceptional human being, and I cannot thank him enough for the care, precision, and compassion he showed throughout my entire journey. The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. Receptionist was absolutely lovely and really friendly and helpful. The building and facilities were all excellent and kept clean and tidy. The consultant I saw was extremely rude, arrogant and judgemental. There were several comments he made that shocked me and that made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I almost walked out mid appointment. There was very little sympathy or mindfulness of my injury and he came across extremely judgemental in the assumptions he made about the level of sport I played, what I could afford, and several other things. I actually play semi-professionally and have represented our country in World Championships in the sport I play, and I also have a law degree and accountancy qualification which I did not mention as quite frankly it is irrelevant. It was apparent he took a dislike to me for whatever reason from the start and the whole experience was very uncomfortable. His behaviour aside, he is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Reading between the lines I got the answer I needed. This hospital was recommended to me by one of your previous patients and I was lucky to get booked in through an NHS referral but after my experience I would never return for any issue and am relieved I didn't pay to go private.

I recently returned to Spire Hartswood Hospital for my post-hip replacement follow-up, and I was once again very impressed with the level of care. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my visit.. Everything ran smoothly and on time , and I felt well looked after from the moment I arrived. The facilities are spotless and comfortable, and the aftercare support has been excellent. The wait for an NHS appointment was too long and not many private hospitals are able to see or treat children. I was able to get an appointment within a week with Mr Siau at Leigh Infirmary, and my daughter is now booked in for surgery. The consultation was straightforward and the process was made clear and I am glad we don't have to join the long waiting list!

When reviewing my MRI scans he explained the issue very clearly and took time to over the scans with me highlighting potential issues and why it was causing my pain. He has a very optimistic approach and he is super assuring about the outcomes. I would recommend him to any one I know.

Dr. Devinder Bansi

Dr Bansi is excellent - he is obviously very knowledgeable but also thoughtful and good listener, and thinks about what one tells him, and uses it well. Time spent with him is time well spent, although he's clearly efficient, he never seems in a hurry to get on to the next thing. His team are excellent and very responsive, and communication is good throughout.

This clinic is conveniently located on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, allowing for ease of parking and access. Reception staff were polite and welcoming and the waiting area comfortable, with adequate seating and refreshment facilities. A pleasant, stressless visit.
