My doctors are always amazing and when ive had a serious procedure they have been excellent. Only minor thing id say is once the doctor hands over to the team of nurses etc it felt as though they werent sure what to do with me. I was sent for bloods then asked to go to the main hospital then told to go to ground floor then someone else was able to sort out my appointments. When I couldve resolved a few things on the day I went, it ended up having to make appointments for everything. I was given a urine sample kit to take with me. I kinda wish my bloods and urine would have all been completed on the day as they have the facility and there was time as I sat on the chair for a few minutes before they apologised and told me id have to go to the main hospital. I think when its one thing to do, its pretty straight forward but when theres a few things to book in I was handed from one nurse to another to anothert and in the end I left having to change my appointments. They are all lovely but feels as though they are missing some direction and considering that the patient may already be a bit anxious about the visit. Otherwise its always a good experience

I had a wonderful experience at this aesthetic clinic and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, the clinic felt clean, calm, and very professional. The staff were welcoming, kind, and made me feel completely at ease. The practitioner took time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and never rushed the consultation. I felt genuinely cared for, not upsold or pressured. The treatment itself was smooth and comfortable, and the attention to detail was impressive. The results look incredibly natural: refreshed, not “done.” Exactly what I was hoping for. I also appreciated the aftercare advice and follow-up, which showed a high level of professionalism. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for safe, high-quality aesthetic treatments with a personal touch. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had an excellent experience at the Lindo Wing. Everyone (midwives, baby doctors, anaesthesiologists) were exceptionally calm, supportive, and reassuring throughout my stay. Every step was clearly explained, and all questions were answered with patience and care. Even with the smallest concern about my baby’s health, a neonatologist was promptly invited to carry out a full assessment, which gave me great peace of mind. I was also supported with my baby’s breast attachment immediately in the delivery room, which was incredibly helpful. The rooms are very well equipped, and during delivery both my and my baby’s heart rates were continuously monitored and carefully assessed. After the birth, we received ongoing guidance on next steps, and both my baby’s and my own health were checked frequently and thoroughly.

I was recommend by a local GP where I work to use Enhanced care, reason being is that for over two weeks I could not get into my own Totton GP surgery, calling and being way down the queuing order, I even went in to book an appointment and they said I have to call first thing, both local Pharmacies could do no more other than OTC meds and said you have to see your GP, I very quickly lost faith in my own doctor surgery. Thanks to Enhanced care from the initial online email to phone call, seeing the doctor all on the same day was well worth it, not only did the doctor ask about my current symptoms but also about my general heath and past issues ETC, medication same day and was feeling better within 4 days, highly recommend If your own GP surgery cant help sooner. Mr Paniker was excellent! Prior to my operation he explained the process to me, so I fully understood what to expect. My operation was successful, Mr Paniker did an amazing job and has given me back full use of my hand. Post op, he has told me exactly what to do to keep my fingers fully functional. From my first appointment, I have been put at ease and had everything explained to me. I was very nervous about my operation, but felt reassured by my surgeon's kindness and understanding. I feel very grateful and lucky to have been allocated Mr Paniker to take care of me.

Overall the experience was excellent, with one frustrating aspect - initially I was told that my surgery would be at 15:00, and that I should attend the hospital at 13:00. A couple of days before the surgery, I was told that the surgery time had changed to 14:15 and I should attend at 12:15. I did so, and was then kept waiting for over an hour in the lobby as the room was not ready - giving the impression that it was unnecessary for us to have come early. A little frustrating, however the staff were incredibly friendly and kind.

I needed a Total Hip Replacement. East Sussex gave me the option of choosing Sussex Premier health. I found Mr Buckle to actively listen to me, he was clear about the operation and there were no surprises. My post op appointment was great; clear and straightforward. I know what is and is not possible going forward. Mr Buckle should give what I guess might be called “bedside manner” coaching to some of his contemporaries and others coming up the “medical ladder” so to speak.

I had an appointment on Monday 12th January , however this had to be cancelled as Dr was sick, was able to get an appointment for the Tuesday 13th, suited perfect, also at the appointment was determined that I needed my bloods done, was able to come back in Wednesday morning at 9am to get done, was told the results would be a week to then call back and prescription could be issued, I don’t have to do this , within the week prescription was emailed to me.

I cannot fault my experience, everyone involved in my care and treatment where kind, warm and welcoming whilst still having all the knowledge required to reassure throughout treatment Due to the of my surgery this was very reassuring as at no point did I feel overwhelmed or uninformed I would highly recommend elanic clinic to anyone considering treatment in the future I can’t thank the team enough and I still have healing to do

The first follow up clinic post operation was satisfactory and Professor Hindley answered several questions I had about my recovery . I think the recovery period was longer than I expected . I’m not used to taking things easy . A further consultation was scheduled for March when hopefully everything will be back to normal .
