For my full life I have always wanted my boobs done. As a 24 year old girl I have never been comfortable in and out of clothes and it was massively affecting my confidence and mental health, seeing girls younger than me having boobs and comparing my flat chest to theirs as well as it affecting how I felt in my relationship. I was so embarrassed of it. After having consultations a few years previous else where, and not feeling fully satisfied. Despite how desperate I was to have my surgery so I could finally feel like a girl I knew i wanted to feel confident in my surgeon. I met with Dr Lohana earlier this year and instantly knew that he was the right decision. I had done ALOT of research over the years and Dr Lohana went into such great detail with diagrams, patient photos and explaining what would work for me. I loved that it didn’t feel scary or too formal as he was so welcoming and chatty and he gave the impression he would do anything for his patients. Which he did. I am now just over 3 months post breast augmentation and the look absolutely perfect!! (as my friends would say) also the service I have experienced from having consultations to the day of the surgery, rest and recovery to post operative care has been honestly great. I wouldn’t say I am a necessarily the most anxious patient but like anyone I of course was so anxious about GA and I’ll admit I have high expectations and I like perfection and therefore I genuinely could not recommend him and his team enough! Because they have exceeded my expectations. I will also add the nurses in Ross hall were the best nurses I’ve ever encountered. They were so understanding, helped put me at ease before the operation and after. Constantly checking in on me and with a smile on their faces. It was the best service I’ve ever experienced and I joke about this with my friends but I enjoyed it that much I’d happily go back and just stay there again for how comfortable I was and honestly the food that you get to choose from a menu was so tasty and I absolutely loved that little touch it made my day.

Having heard great things about The Forbury Clinic, I decided to book an Advanced GP3 Male test. From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely impressed. The receptionist, staff, and the person who carried out my bloods were all incredibly polite, kind, and patient and really put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless and well organised. Honestly, it was far cleaner and calmer than any NHS hospital I’ve ever been to. What stood out most is that it doesn’t feel like a hospital or a doctor’s. It’s comfortable and welcoming which is perfect for anyone who might feel anxious in more clinical settings. In the lead-up to my appointment, communication was great. On the day, I was seen by someone who clearly loved her job and it showed. She was cheerful, patient and made the whole process relaxed and stress-free. Just a couple of days later, I received my results, along with the option to discuss them with either my GP or one of The Forbury Clinic’s own doctors. I’ll definitely be booking with The Forbury Clinic because I trust that they’ll take the time to explain everything properly, unlike my usual GP who always seems rushed to get all his patients in and out. My experience here really showed how much they care about supporting their patients and I cannot recommend enough – Especially the Advanced GP3 Male test! It’s like a full body MOT that I didn’t fully appreciate how much I needed until I got the results. It's cheaper than doing separate tests from varying places and really puts your mind at ease!

I was delighted with my recent visit to One Hatfield Hospital. a) The hospital was easy to find. b) The parking was perfect, and I immediately found a parking space. c).I loved the look of the hospital, and the high ceilings and modern appearance I found very uplifting. When I went inside the hospital I was greeted by Georgia at the desk, who took me through the registration process, and I also registered my car. I sat down for a very short time and then Mrs. Fiona Batesan ( with whom I had an audiology appointment) came out to greet me, and she took me in to her consulting room. I also met Amy who was the very friendly nurse who was assisting. I thoroughly recommend Mrs. Fiona Bateson. Finally, I had a delicious snack in the little cafe. Sam was serving and he was very attentive and interesting to speak to. I forgot to mention the toilets, which were very clean, and I was slightly amused when the male cleaner rushed outside the moment that I entered the toilets. All in all, I had a very positive experience of my visit to the One Hatfield Hospital, and I shall certainly be recommending the hospital to everyone. Since my visit I have heard of a friend who had his NHS. hip.or knee replacement at the hospital, and he was also very pleased with his experience. Jane went above and beyond in every way. She was more than generous with her time, advice and I felt she really cared about me as her patient every time I saw her. On the day of the surgery she put me at ease and I felt totally safe knowing I was in her hands. She is a credit to the medical profession and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a surgeon in her field. The aftercare from Jane has also been amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than her. I am also extremely satisfied with my results. Best thing I have ever done!

I was very disappointed to being told that the person to do the hearing test had rang in during the morning hours to say that she was sick so would not be available that day. I should have been informed so that I would not make the journey from Kilkeel. I was examined for abot three minutes and told to make a new appointment. I was very disappointed as I was expecting professional service from NPC. As I was leaving I was presented with a bill of £190. For me, this is a total rip off, an exploitation of people. The best experience I have ever had at any hospital by far!!! I went in for a cosmetic procedure and from start to finish every single member of staff from Reception onwards went out of their way to be polite, friendly, caring, approachable, empathetic, thorough and supportive, nothing was to much trouble. The hospital itself was spotless and the food was delicious. Thank you kindly for making my nervous experience the best I could have wished for, you all work so hard and it was very much appreciated. I came in for hip replacement on Saturday 4th October. I arrived as requested at 7.30am and was 2nd on the list. I was efficiently prepped, my surgeon came to check if I had any questions, confirmed all steps of the procedure and I then signed the consent form. The procedure went well. I was cared for extremely well by ALL staff. I had a catheterisation which I had never had before. It was completely painless and 24 hours later I could pu normally. I cannot praise the department and staff professionalism highly enough - thank you.

This lady was consistently professional, patient, encouraging, and in every way the epitome of an excellent medical professional. This is also true of the physio' manager,Gary, who maintained personal contact, and effective control of the activities. Last, but importantly, Dona, the administrator, displayed warmth and friendly efficiency to everyone with whom she dealt. A privilege to have met such a great team.

The whole process was quick and very professional from first appointment to the surgery and aftercare. I felt like I was in very capable hands, and I'm delighted with the result. I had couple of small hiccups after the surgery (hair/eyelash stuck in my eye which Mr Taylor removed with minimal fuss) and it took a couple of months for my eye to adjust.
