I have received welcoming and reassuring support from each of the departments I have visited within The Cleveland Clinic as an outpatient and as an inpatient for planned surgery. I was welcomed by the nursing staff and by Mr Nathwani on the day of the surgery who explained again the surgical procedure. Post operatively the nursing staff and the physiotherapist gave encouraging information. I appreciated seeing Mr Akhtar, a fellow orthopaedic surgeon, who had supported me in the early months of the trauma and who had referred me to Mr Nathwani for the specific surgical procedure. I appreciated his interest in following my case. In terms of post operative rehabilitation, Mr Nathwani gave me details of a resource which I did not know of but which I researched and which turned out to be invaluable. I was very warmly welcomed by Nathwani for my post-operative appointment recently and was delighted to demonstrate to him the significant progress I have made and the impact it is making to my life. I can't thank than him and also Mr Akhtar enough.

I recently had a private consultation and subsequent operation with Dr Samuel Dobson, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the very first consultation, he immediately put me at ease. I want to share my sincere thanks to the entire team at Nuffield Health for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They were constantly checking on me to ensure I was comfortable, and they never made me feel rushed; they absolutely made sure I was feeling good and stable before they let me go home. The facility itself was impressively clean, which made me feel much more at ease, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was actually great! I came in today for surgery feeling incredibly nervous after a bad experience on the NHS previously, all I can say is I am so impressed with how different the process has been with the team today. Everyone from reception to the nurses to the anesthesiologist and of course Mr Banwell were genuinely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. No question or ask was too much, I truly felt genuine care and warmth from all the staff. They checked on me regularly, reassured me constantly. My pain has been managed incredibly well and Mr Banwell’s precision has most definitely aided this too. I can’t be more grateful for everyone that cared for me today, Thank you all so much.

I went at 11 weeks for a scan and for a NIPT test. The booking process was excellent, the members on the phone were so helpful and considerate. My appointment with Dr Desi was on time and extremely thorough. She was so compassionate, caring and kind throughout the appointment, explaining everything each step of the way and being extremely thorough through the scan and explaining our NIPT options. It’s the best consulting experience I’ve had throughout my pregnancy. Reception staff were extremely helpful too. I would really recommend LPC to any expecting couples. I am a new patient at No.1 Hatfield and my recent visit was to the physioloy department in relation to an ankle problem. The physiologist was kind and easy to talk to and clearly explained the prolem I have to me and gave me a routine of exercises to perform with a follow up appointment to attend in a fortnght's time, this being part of a booked 6 week course. My daughter who came with me and I were very pleased with appointment experience and would recommend the hospital to anyone who might ask about it.

It was a private appoint & I paid for the ILR device. That was fine but I have been disappointed with the follow up since which seems to provide no reassurance that the ILR results are being looked at / reviewed so it is a case of assuming "no news is good news". In my view this is poor, if not unsatisfactory and it seems to me an initial 3 month review email followed by half yearly emails would be welcomed by patients. Also issue of contact phone numbers would be helpful e.g. technical. episode queries

I am currently 6wks PO from having BA with Mr Apostolou. I cannot recommend him enough. Mr Apostolou was very professional and reassured any uncertainties I may have had. I am very happy with the results and I have not had any problems whatsoever. My very short stay at Nuffield Hospital was very pleasant and I was very well cared for, even after surgery with routine check ups. I will certainly be recommending Mr Apostolou to friends who I know are considering the same surgery.

I’ve never liked the NHS GP system. Ten minutes feels rushed and it isn’t suitable for those who want to pro actively look after their health and longevity. Luckily I’ve had a great experience with Ezra / Zenvité. Being able to schedule an appointment online at a time / day suitable for my busy schedule is perfect. I’m also able to get any medication required delivered to my door. Having regular check ins gives me peace of mind that my health is in order.

Mr Abhinav carried out successful surgery on a pituitary tumour using an extended approach (this was more complex surgery as there had been a previous, unsuccessful, attempt elsewhere using a standard approach). He was very clear about the risks and benefits of the procedure and I received absolutely amazing care at Southmead postoperatively. I wish I had had my first surgery with him through an extended approach as I wouldn’t have needed further surgery.

Tan has been fantastic from the start. He explained everything clearly and concisely and also ensured my expectations were managed as my case could have been more complicated than it was. I feel this it's important so as not to get patient's hopes up to an unrealistic level. I feel much better after my fistulotomy than I thought I would and that in itself is treatment to Tan's expertise and professionalism. Thank you Tan, for all you have done so far.

I had a few appointments with Chris Coldicott for tennis elbow. I found Chris to be extremely professional, properly investigating the nature of the problem before demonstrating a range of strengthening exercises and some other remedial action that I could take. Chris is an ideal physio to be assigned as he's friendly, genuine and makes you feel at ease. My tennis elbow has significantly improved since following the course of action he recommended.

Amazing consultation and face scan with Eleni who prescribed an Obagi skincare system which is making my skin look brighter, tighter and fresher already.
