Dr Coker always presents in a professional yet approachable manner. She is very clear in explaining any tests results; her treatment plan; and any further investigations she thinks should be undertaken. The language she uses is accessible. She is receptive to answering any questions I might have. She promptly keeps my general practitioner informed of my current treatment, to ensure my medical care is managed holistically. She is an active listener and always allows me time to explain my current symptoms etc. In her professional manner, her approachability and her persistency in investigating my symptoms, I have confidence that I am in good hands.

Throughout my treatment, he was consistently informative and took the time to explain everything clearly during each appointment. He was always considerate of my recovery and how I was feeling, and he never rushed me. He was happy to explore options further when needed and made sure I understood any treatments he was recommending or referring me for, including the reasons why. His approach made me feel supported and confident in my care, and I would highly recommend him.

Having been for a much longer and more complicated surgery, a year ago, I already knew that I would be in good hands for this, more minor procedure. The staff as so attentive and friendly, it was lovely to see most of the same familiar faces and to be remembered by them. Everything is exceptionally clean and I felt very well looked after, my consultant saw me before and after the procedure and kept me well informed. The anaesthetist also explained everything that would happen, answering any questions.

Overall experience was excellent. From initial consultation, he listened carefully, was engaged and asked questions. His communication skills were excellent. He diagnosed and gave treatment options (including doing nothing) in a clear, easy to understand manner. This was repeated in a hard copy summary of the appointment. Day of surgery, he visited pre and post operative and again was fully engaged and communicated in a clear and professional manner.

I cannot recommend Dr Al-Lamee highly enough. I was super anxious about the tests & potential results and whether they would a) arrive in time (as I was due to travel abroad for a month) & b) prevent me from travelling. I found her incredibly reassuring and not only that she went out of her way to accommodate my tight timescales which I hugely appreciated. She was extremely approachable, friendly and explained everything very clearly.

I feel very fortunate to be receiving care from The Royal Marsden at Sutton. Being treated at a specialist hospital focused solely on cancer is a very different experience from other NHS hospitals. All staff are incredibly caring, supportive, and excellent in their roles. Despite the longer journey from Kent, I feel it is absolutely worth it to receive such outstanding care.

I really like the Cromwell Hospital in Kensington London. It's clean modern well organised and I like the consultants. The nursing care is absolutely fabulous and the nurses overall are highly trained and experienced. The pharmacy is efficient and staff are super helpful and the registration staff are terribly nice and helpful. 10/10.
