I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

Our first initial consultation with Dr Cerra was good, but we felt as though the length of the appointment could have been longer. We had so many questions and we were limited on time, which meant a few things had not been covered that we subsequently read on our consent forms etc so had to clarify this with our NHS coordinator prior to signing the forms. Longer appointment times would remedy this. During the collection, we didn’t speak to Dr Cerra much but we felt we were in good hands. He didn’t get our hopes up nor was negative which I think is hard to get that balance right during such an uncertain procedure.

I was anxious about my first visit following some negative experiences with nhs gp appointments. But on meeting Dr Shori I was instantly very comfortable and felt heard. I had relevant tests quickly and efficiently. I did not feel rushed or dismissed at any point and came away feeling relieved that I had some answers to symptoms I had been struggling with for a long time. The practice was lovely, clean and overall a nice atmosphere. Then Doctors Gyampoh has seen me for a verbal consultation explained process regarding my concern regarding the condition and scan on the day. After that scan took place with another Doctor. Excellent service throughout the whole time. Friendly, helpful staff and very good care.
