My experience with Albion Dental has been brilliant from start to finish of my treatment. My dentist Dr Ghadimi is very kind, and is very skilled with the procedures he can perform. I have severe hypodontia and even after extensive work throughout my life I was not quite confident with my teeth, so after some discussion and planning, I decided to pursue new crowns for my top 4 teeth; a big decision for me but it has been well worth it and I have no regrets. The treatment was explained well, and my questions were answered fully and meticulously. The nature of the treatment was more cosmetic compared to previous work I've had done, and a big financial endeavour for me, but there are payment plans available to make it more affordable and accessible. The dental assistants are really lovely and look after you well, and the receptionists are always a ray of sunshine when entering the building; their client care skills are exemplary. Some advice for if you have a complex condition and have had a lot of dental work done before coming to the practice like myself, would be to make sure to let the clinic know as much information as possible, as there was some communication that needed to be had to get on level ground with the team. But this was to be expected for me with my long medical history and the clinic was very open and receptive to my concerns about my teeth, and devised a plan sensitively and effectively to help me feel more confident with my smile, something I've felt self-conscious about since I was little! So I would recommend this clinic to anyone for routine, or more involved treatment, and am grateful for everything they've done for me!

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the care I received at The Lagom Clinic. After struggling both physically and mentally and being unable to secure an appointment with my usual GP for over a month, I was at my wit's end. Thankfully, my wife found this clinic, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Ogden made me feel heard and understood. He took the time to really listen to what I was going through and suggested a few tests to start with. The whole process was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my results. The reassurance from Dr. Ogden that everything looked alright was a huge relief and helped ease my stress considerably. I started working with Sophie before gallbladder surgery. I have a colostomy and Sophie is the best in the sector when it comes to understanding and managing diet with a colostomy. We had two objectives, pre op to have a ‘match fit’ diet and post op, to build up my confidence and reintroduce foods back into my diet that had been limited. Sophie is amazing, with her years of experience and reassuring calmness, she takes time to understand and offer a confident approach to achieve any client’s objectives. I can't thank Sophie enough for working with me on this journey, she has built up my confidence in a controlled way and has given me the belief that I can eat and enjoy food with a stoma and without a gallbladder!

We visited Dr. Deepa Srinivasan on 9th July for a scan. I am the husband of patient Y. Patel. We were very worried about our baby’s head size, but Dr. Deepa checked my wife carefully and explained everything clearly. She confirmed the situation, told us what further tests might be needed, explained both the benefits and risks, and also gave us helpful ideas on what to do next. What we appreciated most was the way she kept our morale high, especially for my wife, who was anxious. She was very kind, patient, and supportive. Even though I am writing this review a little late (because I saved the link), I want to honestly say that we were very happy with her care and guidance during the scan.

I cannot thank him enough for the excellent care that both I and my family have received before, during, and after my two major surgeries. Mr Alibhai is always approachable and takes the time to address any questions or concerns we may have regarding my care. He consistently delivers compassionate, patient-centered care and support that has made a significant difference in my recovery and overall well-being. I never feel rushed during clinic consultations. I am always given ample time to ask questions and express any health concerns I may have, which has been incredibly reassuring.

Car parking can be a problem. There are some local side streets with the odd space or Sainsbury is about a 20 minute walk, think you get about 3 hours. I had my operation on a Saturday and the place seemed very quiet and peaceful, one member of staff said it's more chaotic in the week. Parking was easy at 7.30am on Saturday but I had been dropped off anyway. There are buses that stop nearby from Macclesfield bus station but I haven't tried them. It's lovely to have your own room, particularly if you're a very sensitive person. The staff on the whole treat you with respect.

I had a wonderful experience with Tom Jordan. He is very pleasant, friendly, and professional, and helped me immensely with my pain. I had severe pain in my right shoulder blade, couldn’t move my head downward or to the right, and had developed numbness in my elbow and index finger. After a thorough assessment, Tom gave me a detailed explanation of the possible causes. Even after the first session, I felt some relief. After just three sessions, I noticed a significant improvement — the pain gradually disappeared. I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Having lost all useful vision in my other eye, and being unable to see easily through the cataract, this was a last stitch attempt to restore my vision. I had been advised that it was very unlikely that I would be able to see properly from the eye on which Mr Ho was to operate. Is the outcome has been astonishingly favourable, restoring all but my binocular vision and improving the sight of my available eye beyond where it had been. I am extremely grateful to Mr Ho for having not only restored my vision but also the value of my remaining life.

I haven't been to a dentist for at least 20years so I decided to sort my teeth out and try to get over my anxiety and fear of the dentist. When meeting Daniel and Amber they made me feel so comfortable and at ease . Daniel went through everything with me stage by stage, which I have to say not once have I felt so at ease with a dentist. I am pleased with the surgery and care I was given. However, my scar did leak and bleed slightly and OSD arranged for it to be looked at and a dressing was applied. I needed some more Movicol for which I was charged £10. I was given an appointment to have my scar checked and was given 2 more dressings which I was horrified to be charged £40!!!! I have since purchased the same from Boots at the cost of £3.20 for a box of 3 dressings. I am very disappointed with this after care expense and am looking for a refund of the £40 I have been charged.

My recent visit was a follow up appointment for my second surgery with Mr Somasundaram. I have no carried out to mammoplasty surgeries with him. He is an excellent consultant who has shown a lovely, reassuring and caring approach throughout my breast cancer treatment journey. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my surgeries and Mr Somasundaram has made a difficult pathway much nicer with his care, surgery skills and manner. I would recommend him and I am extremely grateful to have been under his care.

The facilities were spotless and tidy, and the food was genuinely good. It was such a nice touch that my husband could order meals and eat with me during our stay. The views over the Houses of Parliament were an added bonus! The midwife team was outstanding – always available, supportive, and especially helpful with breastfeeding throughout the night when I needed it most. A special thank you to Tilly (trainee midwife), Molly, and Fabienne (sp?), who went above and beyond to make us feel cared for.

This was not the first time that I have had a cosultation with Mrs. Hikary-Bahl. Every time has been excellent in every way. She quickly sees those issues which are of concern to me and her explanations are clear and easy to understand. She makes options clear and her written notes which I receive by e-mail give a thorough summary of our consultation and the issues raised and decisions made. I can find no critiscism to make of the excellent care which I have received from her.

THIS WAS A REVIEW FOLLOWING MY EMERGENCY STAY IN HOSPITAL ARRANGED BY DR ARUN AFTER HE DIAGNOSED A VERY SERIOUS, DIFFICULT TO SEE, COLON PROBLEM --SUBSEQUENTLY CONFIRMED BY THE HOSPITAL, WHO KEPT ME IN ISOLATION FOR 6 DAYS WHILE THEY BROUGHT THE SITUATION UNDER CONTROL. AS WELL AS THE REVIEW THIS MEETING WAS TO PLAN MY ONGOING TREATMENT TO ENSURE THAT THERE IS A CONTINUED RECOVERY AND SUCH A SERIOUS SITUATION IS AVOIDED IN FUTURE. IN SUMMARY QUITE PROBABLY LIFE SAVING.

Alas, my GP refused to offer such a service so I looked for a private GP and found the Deanbrook Practice at the Candover Clinic in Basingstoke willing to help. The doctor reviewed my background and then completed the form. I felt the support offered was thorough and friendly. While I had to pay for this service, I felt it rescued my holiday and so was therefore completely worthwhile.
