Dr Nikiphorou was thorough, attentive and reassuring at our first appointment. She took the time to get a detailed history of my symptoms, asked a lot of questions to get the full picture, explained the preliminary conclusion in a way that was approachable and understandable and clearly outlined the next steps.
Dr Nikiphorou was kind, friendly and professional and took time to listen to me, writing clear notes and clarified any points that required further information. She arranged follow up tests/scans immediately and provided her summary letter less than 24hrs later. A really positive experience all round.
I came to Dr Nikiphorou for a second opinion after a poor experience with another specialist. Dr Nikiphorou was the polar opposite - friendly, professional and took a fact based approach to the assessment. I felt like I was listened to, and Dr Nikiphorou demonstrated a thorough and deep knowledge of her field. I cannot recommend her enough.
Dr Nikiphorou was very welcoming as soon as we started the online appointment. She was thorough regarding seeking information about my medical history and extremely attentive whilst I provided answers to her questions. I didn’t feel rushed & I was given lots of options on where to go next with my medical issues. I was very nervous about this appointment, but felt quite positive afterwards.
Dr Nikiphorou is one of the kindest and most genuinely compassionate doctors I’ve ever met. From the moment she walked into the room, she created an atmosphere of calm, warmth, and reassurance. She listened with real attention, never rushed, and made me feel completely seen and understood. What stood out most was her gentle manner — she explained everything clearly, checked in with how I was feeling, and treated me with such dignity and empathy. Her kindness wasn’t just professional; it felt human, sincere, and deeply comforting at a time when I really needed it. She is a truly lovely doctor, and her combination of expertise and compassion makes an enormous difference. I’m genuinely grateful for the care she provided.
Possibly one of the most conscientious, Thorough and caring doctors I have been to for decades! Spent an hour talking history.. explored every avenue.. but was conservative and measured in her diagnosis. Offered a range of further tests to cover all possibilities that were done on the day.. a doctor who truly cares about her profession and her patients. Cannot recommend enough!
