Excellent consultation. Professor Reid was professional, clear, and respectful. He used the right level of technical language, provided useful and actionable suggestions, and kept the discussion concise and focused. I found the consultation very helpful and informative.
Professor Reid was immensely informative and took the time to explain in detail the result of my DEXA scan and other exams. I felt able to ask questions and obtained informed views on my condition and recommended course of action. I left the consultation feeling better informed and more reassured than when I arrived and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the latest advise on the management and treatment of osteoporosis.

Professor Reid was the greatest support at my recent visit and indeed at my previous appointments with him. I greatly appreciate his advice and expertise. I feel more confident about my osteoporosis diagnosis since being with him.

So delighted to hear that you were reassured by your “visit” to my clinic. Thank you for the comments.
Professor Reid’s diagnosis was a surprise to us both. He recommended cortisone injections, which changed my life. From being in considerable pain and with very restricted mobility I am now 99% better and back to living a normal active life. I am eternally grateful to him. Sarah Picarda

Many thanks for your kind reflection on my diagnosis
Professor Reid has been treating me for osteoporosis for approximately three years. I have found him to be professional, clearly explaining my condition and the treatment options available. I have been able to have online consultations for feedback on treatment and next steps. Professor Reid’s personal assistant is extremely efficient in respect of appointments, forwarding information and liaising with the clinic.

Many thanks for your comments on my service. I am particularly grateful for your commentary on my PAs efficiency - one which I agree with wholeheartedly

This was the second of two zoom appointments with Professor Reid. Both times he was courteous, clear and explained all my options throughly. He went to great lengths to explain the detail and took the time to expertly answer all my questions. I received a detailed, thoughtful letter explaining all his points very soon after the meeting. I would throughly recommend him
