Dr Mohssen Chabok is a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Dr Chabok worked as a Clinical Manager in the private healthcare sector in the UK and Ireland for 5 years, later promoted to Clinical Director. This role involved medical education and screening for cardiovascular conditions. During this time, Dr Chabok established major research projects at renowned research institutions such as the University of Oxford and Imperial College London. In 2020, he was awarded a PhD from Imperial College London for his research work in Cardiovascular Medicine.
Dr Chabok completed his specialist training in the North West Thames cardiology rotation, gaining specialist expertise in interventional cardiology and general internal medicine. In 2018 he was appointed as an Interventional Cardiology Fellow at Hammersmith Hospital. He was appointed as a Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals in 2021.

Dr Chabok is not only a brilliant Cardiologist but an absolutely wonderful person . . He is a polite , charming , extremely warm and very smiley gentleman ! I found that this immediately helps to put one at ease in what is often a stressful , tense situation . His explanations are clear and he answered all the many questions that I threw at him . Similarly the written reports are detailed and clear . A brilliant cardiologist , a brilliant person , I sincerely hope that I have no need to seek further cardiac help but if I do it will be to Dr Chabok that I unhesitatingly turn . Thank you Dr Chabok .

Mr Chabok was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He made you feel at ease and took time to listen to you and explain things. I left my appointment with him feeling very relieved and reassured. He also took the time out of his busy day to fit my last minute appointment in with him at Harefield Hospital. Thankyou very much Mr Chabok.

Dr Chabok is a great listener with a strong attention to detail and looked at me as an individual in relation to diagnosis and treatment. The speed with which he was able to get tests done and the information he provided was fantastic, as well as the urgent treatment he organised, which subsequently saved my life.

Dr Chabok comes across effusing confidence with good explanations of your tests etc. He has time and patience to listen to you besides excellent bedside manners. When you leave you have a feeling you have been in safe pair of hands.

Dr Chabok was very helpful and efficient given the limitations of time as this seems to be a very precious commodity in medicine in the UK at the moment. There are some communication issues that need addressing with his secretary team that do impact of my perception as his patient.
