Couldn’t fault Mr Holton, from the first consultation he really listened which I hadn’t had with other consultants in the past. Mr Holton also made me feel reassured throughout giving me the least invasive options first before surgery. As a young adult I have struggled to find a diagnosis and within the first consultation Mr Holton knew what my condition was and how to resolve it. I have had the surgery and have my life back as a result! First follow up he checked me over again and answered all questions I had especially about my recovery. I couldn’t fault the care and support that I had received and will forever be grateful. I would highly recommend Mr Holton especially for young adults who had struggled to find a consultant who isn’t afraid to operate if it is necessary.

Dr Selva Theivacumar was professional and helpful from the beginning when consulting me on my varicose veins. He gave an excellent recommendation on what was possible and necessary in a tailored treatment plan to achieve my desired outcome. The team and him always made sure I was comfortable and clear with each stage, along with being friendly, knowledgeable and vigilant in the lead upto the procedure which helped put my nerves at ease. In the after care I was well looked after and given instructions on how to look after myself at home along with any limitations. I am delighted with the results - many thanks to Dr Selva Theivacumar and the team at Hendon Hospital!

I really appreciated being able to get a quick appointment and having my scan done by a doctor radiologist who could then explain what he saw and give me some advice. The scan was done quickly and it allowed me to promptly get the scan done for my GP. I was super pleased that the report arrived quickly, it was there in my emails before I even got home! There was a chaperone there too, the clinic was nice and the receptionist was very warm and friendly and efficient. All in all a great discovery for me as I felt the prices were very reasonable for private scans so I could use the service for regular health checks..

I'm very pleased with my visit. I arrived late due to work commitments and couldn't to get through to the hospital to let them know. Mr Odak was waiting for me (I was the last patient of the day) and was very kind and friendly throughout the appointment. I got my diagnosis and was happy with the level of information provided. My condition was explained to me very clearly, and so were my treatment options. Mr Odak booked me in for a steroid injection, which will hopefully solve my issues. Turnaround between initial consultation and injection has been very quick (just a couple of weeks).

Mr Praveen Panose

I saw Mr. Panose for hip tendinopathy - he explained the issue and options clearly, along with the pros & cons and likely outcomes. I received a PRP injection - the team and Mr. Panose were kind and professional and the condition I have been suffering for years has vastly improved. I have had steroid injections before and I would always now advocate PRP if it is an option - it has had a material and long lasting positive impact. I am delighted i met Mr. Panose and was under his care.

Mr Iain D M Brown

Mr Brown is a very pleasant surgeon and extremely competent. He managed to repair tendons in my shoulder which previously were told were irreparable. His secretary is excellent and responding to my queries to Mr. Brown and both have been very patient with me. His matter is very pleasant and was good at sharing details of my operation and answering questions. He has a good sense of humour which often is lacking in surgeons! I am happy for Mr. Brown to view my comments.

All the staff I came into contact with today were very kind. At each stage I had an explanation of what would happen next, and they checked in I was ok. Every colleague that spoke to me asked if I had any questions. There was only a few minutes between each stage and the clinic is really comfortable and clean. Everyone was friendly and professional and I had complete confidence at every stage that I would get accurate results. A big thank you to everyone today.

Transfered to Clarytin after disappointing time with NHS awaiting time for appointment for cataract removal. Very pleased with Clarity who saw me very shortly after referral and operated on a week later. I was going to wait for the next operation on the NHS on the 4th February but when that was moved to sometime in April, I took the next available appt on January 20th for a private operation. Both private experiences have been a pleasure and very good.

Staff and facilities were amazing. The only thing I felt could be improved was the food. Generally it felt like there was quantity over quality. I had overcooked fish. I selected a starter of prawn and avocado salad one day as I wasn’t overly hungry and was presented with a huge bowl of salad which was swimming in the dressing which wasn’t pleasant. As I say everything else was amazing I just expected the food to match the service.

Although this didn’t affect me , it would be great to give pre appointment advice e.g stop using contact lenses 2 weeks before ect. I received a day before. I had experienced a difficult delivery and spent a day in the High Dependency Unit before moving up to the Stanley Clayton Ward where the midwife team were absolutely incredible! All members of the team were incredibly attentive and supportive when needing advise on breastfeeding and changing, as well as offering round the clock medical care for both mum and baby.
