From our initial conversation, my partner and I felt completely reassured that Dr Jones was the one for us. He made what could have been a stressful journey feel calm and positive. Whenever we needed advice, reassurance, or simply a spark of optimism, he was there for us, always responsive and always supportive. Thanks to Dr Jones, our IVF experience was not just successful but genuinely stress free. I cannot recommend him highly enough, and I know I’ll miss his guidance and encouragement for the rest of my pregnancy.

Everyone was so helpful and made my stay in hospital good . Mr Malek puts you at ease and explains everything I hadn't had an operation before my first knee no hesitation when it came to my second .All you have to do is everything they tell you and then there is no worries.

She is calm, professional and explains things clearly. I'm looking forward to beginning this journey with her.

The clinic is easy to find, just off the motorway. I was made a cup of tea when I arrived. The doctor was very pleasant and patient whilst I listed my many and confusing health symptoms. I felt listened to and understood. It was so good to have the time to elaborate in a way that you cannot in a traditional doctor appointment. think we have a plan going forward which will help. Fingers crossed.

Communication about where the treatment was to take place could have been a bit clearer - appointment was arranged via Shawfair Park reception but treatment was actually at Murrayfield which wasn't clear to me. Murrayfield reception also called and seemed surprised too that it has been done by Shawfair but didn't clarify where it was happening. All worked out in the end though.

You shouldn’t be intimidated at the prospect of an ankle replacement as the recovery is relatively quick and the pain isn’t severe. Ali Abbasian is a superb surgeon and you can trust him completely

Excellent consult. Unfriendly reception. Not particularly clean. The worst part the hospital didn’t order my medication. Said to my consultant we can get it tomorrow. He was down from Scotland. Only for the day. I was travelling to London. So he went and got it from another hospital. Next time I see him we won’t be coming there!

I had a septic a septic finger. It was a Saturday morning. Pharmacy would not provide antibiotic cream without seeing a GP. No NHS GP available. Rang Deben healthcare and Dr able to see me within half an hour. Dr was very thorough and carried out a small procedure. Issued a prescription for antibiotic cream.
