The beginning of the visit went well. A lady with blonde hair explained where I need to go to wait on the doctor. I had various examinations from the lead nurse and assistant who were both very friendly and professional. I then had to have a heart monitor fitted and the person doing this was also great. I was told that I’m good to go and I left the room to walk out but was unaware of next steps, do I need to come back and when is the heart monitor being returned etc. I had approached a lady with red hair at reception who was so rude and unprofessional, zero eye contact and instead of listening to my concerns about not knowing where I stand and what further tests I will have done, she had spoken to me as if I should know this information and her attitude was extremely condescending. I explained my reasoning for being worried and she continued to give me unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. Lastly I asked this lady if I could please have a list of what my appointment and treatment had cost so far, she didn’t reply to Me and say of course I can share this, she simply looked down and worked on her computer whilst writing some figures down on a sticky note and coldly handed this to me. I replied with thank you for your help and goodbye to which she didn’t acknowledge and put her head down and carried on. Very unprofessional and also made me feel as if I am asking for a lot when in truly it’s my first time visiting kingsbridge and I was quite anxious. This experience made me feel worse to the point I had card my private health team to ask if something can be done as I was thinking of not returning. I hope this feedback is passed on to whoever needs to hear it and something is actioned to prevent other customers becoming overwhelmed to potentially not return, as I am sure my family and friends will think twice about visiting.

I cannot recommend Mariah, Bradley, Koushiki, and Dr. Sarkhel enough. From the very first session, they made me feel welcomed, understood, and completely supported. They went out of their way to accommodate my full-time job and parental responsibilities, which made a huge difference and took so much stress off my shoulders. Every session, they made sure I was comfortable and cared for, creating a safe and compassionate space where I felt able to be honest about my struggles. Their kindness, patience, and genuine empathy were evident in every interaction, and it was clear that my wellbeing was their top priority. What also made my experience truly special was the opportunity to have thoughtful, intellectual conversations about the clinical and therapeutic field. I had my 6 month check up with Lexi. Everything so far with Pride In Health has been great. The reminders for my bloods and checks up are always sent via email and with enough time to get everything sorted for them, as well as options for assistance from Pride. My check up with Lexi was great, she's always very welcoming and fun to chat to. We spoke about my upcoming surgery and she was very supportive and excited for me. Any questions I had never felt too silly to ask and she always had very informative answers for me. I left my session with all my questions answered.

I cannot recommend this service enough. It effectively provided the care I needed and made me feel heard throughout. In all the years I’ve had an ED, this was the first time I was able to get out of a relapse without needing intensive treatment from services, and that’s definitely down to the support from Mental Health Dietitians! I’d highly recommend this service - I had lost trust in professionals but with MHD, I have always been treated with the utmost respect, compassion and sensitivity.

Mr Akthar was my consultant / surgeon following a skiing accident in March in which I broke my shoulder. I had 4 appointments with him and he performed the operation when the bone displaced. He was excellent throughout. Easily contactable (he liaised directly with my physio regarding the physio required at various stages of recovery), nice manner, he explained things well and the operation itself was a success. I would strongly recommend him to anyone.

I ruptured a hamstring at DL Cambridge at ~12.30pm - I was completely immobile and in pain. I booked an appointment at the Perfect Balance clinic with Alex at 2pm. After assessment, She was able to apply a compression dressing which allowed me to stand and walk to the car to be driven home. Further detailed assessment is planned in around 7 days. I am most grateful for access to such expertise and experience so soon after sustaining the injury.

If a doctor promises a result and is on leave he/she will arrange another doctor to fulfill the call They are fairly dear especially for same day appointments but quality of medicine is good They probably saved my life because of of the GPs had a hunch I h ad aortic stenosis. He was right. The private cardiologist then referred me to his NHS practice

We are so happy with the treatment and care from the Allergy Centre of Excellence. Besides the fact the treatment feels life changing in terms of stress over our child’s allergy, the staff has been continuously kind and helpful throughout the appointments. Also the new clinic space is great. I recommend it to any parent considering allergy treatment for their kid!
