I highly recommend Mr Erritty and his team at the Runnymede. From my first visit, Mr Erritty took the time to really understand my pelvic pain and was the first consultant to actually investigate the potential causes of this and to agree that I shouldn't have to live with the pain that I encountered when it flared up.  He instantly put me at ease, at each visit, and was really clear in his explanations, talking through all the options available to me and ensured that I fully understood them before proceeding. I never felt rushed and always felt in control of the decision. I can't thank Mr Erritty and the nursing staff enough for the care and concern they showed me from my first visit through to the operation itself and even the follow up consultation too. A five star service.

For a place that nobody hopes to ever need to go to, it is a very nice place. I’ve had a few visits. At the Breast Centre, everyone I have seen has been very nice & professional, especially Ms Lobo & Ms Patel. A very special thank you to Alina who has explained everything so clearly , who checks in regularly to see if I’m okay & at the end of the phone if I need her. Receptionists very friendly too!

I had experienced the onset of quite marked heart arrhythmia which was concerning in the light of some earlier issues and my family history. Dr Petzer was able to professionally interpret my test results and arrive at an assessment which was reassuring and to plan future monitoring. I was keen to consult with Dr Petzer based on my previous experiences with him which have always been very rewarding.

I had a very positive experience visiting the menopause doctor. The only criticism relates to payment policy. I was required to pay the full amount for my next appointment six months in advance, which I felt was a little harsh. I completely understand taking a deposit to secure the appointment - perhaps 50% would be more reasonable - but paying in full so far ahead of time does feel quite steep.

Dr Syed was very professional and straight to the point. I was not examined or asked about my level of pain from the doctor, which is excrutiating and having a significant impact on every my life, on the preappointment questionnaire. I felt the appointment was extremely rushed and I was still asking questions as the doctor got up to get the door. This has not happened before thankfully.
