Finally Got Answers! I'm a student in my twenties and had been struggling for ages, suspecting I might have ADHD but not really knowing where to start. From the moment I contacted London Trusted Therapy, the onboarding process was smooth and reassuring - they made what felt like quite a daunting step much easier. Dr Mahen was brilliant throughout the assessment. I'd been worried it would feel clinical or judgemental, but he was so warm and genuinely interested in understanding my experiences. The interview itself felt more like a proper conversation than an interrogation, which helped me open up about things I'd found difficult to articulate before. The outcome has been really validating. Getting a proper assessment and understanding what's been going on has been such a relief. Dr Mahen took the time to explain everything clearly and discuss next steps, which made me feel supported rather than just handed a diagnosis and sent on my way. The staff were incredibly helpful, understanding and supportive. I explained my concern and was given an urgent appointment. Vanessa S is the perfect person for her role and puts people at ease immediately. She secured me a hearing test and a consultation appointment on the same day. She also helped me with some of the administrative elements of using my private healthcare as the process has changed since I last used it. Very helpful, friendly, professional and reassuring. I was greeted on arrival, immediately shown to the waiting area and taken straight through to my first appointment, even though I was a few minutes early. Cannot fault the service I received and the care and professionalism was consistent throughout.

I had an appointment for a blood test. Unfortunately, despite 2 attempts the nurse was unable to extract any bloods. The nurse decided to find a colleague - I was delighted to see a face I recognised, who had conducted this procedure successfully earlier in the year. She was able to take the bloods from my arm skilfully first time, without causing any discomfort. Her calmness, warmth and humour quickly helped me to forget my previous experience.
