Prior to surgery, the assessment process, treatment options, and expected outcomes were explained clearly and in detail. In particular, the differences between single-vision and multifocal replacement lenses were discussed thoroughly, including the potential benefits, limitations, and suitability for my individual needs. I was given sufficient time to consider these options and to ask questions, which supported an informed and confident decision. On the day of surgeries, the team was efficient, professional, and considerate. The procedures themselves were straightforward and managed smoothly, and I felt appropriately supported throughout. Post-surgical care was structured and attentive. Follow-up appointments were conducted carefully, with clear guidance provided regarding recovery, taking prescribed medication, visual adaptation, and next steps. Any queries were dealt with promptly, and my progress was monitored appropriately. Overall, the combination of clinical expertise, clear communication, particularly around lens choice and considerate care resulted in a positive experience and a very satisfactory visual outcome. I would confidently recommend this practice to others considering cataract surgery.

Sarah is a super friendly and helpful physiotherapist. She designs my plan, demonstrating and then watching me do the exercises to ensure I am doing them correctly. She also determines the correct weight for each exercise which I would not have had any idea about. My lower back sciatic type pain is improving as is my strength. The MoveHealth App is excellent and I can log my progress there and see videos of each exercise to check between reviews I am doing them correctly. The location is perfect for me and each review session has been helpful for my progress. There is no pressure to have a review - only when it seems appropriate. Very happy and grateful for Sarah's expertise and guidance.

Positive perks - the waiting room had adjustable height chairs meaning I didn't have to struggle getting in and out of chairs! Dr Chinoy didn't judge me, or make me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience (something I have grown accustomed to from the nhs). Despite my symptoms not fitting in with his specialities he recommended a colleague who he feels confident would be able to meet my needs. Although private care is hard on my wallet as a self funder, the advice, treatment and service I received overall made it more than worthwhile.

I initially came in with tennis elbow problem but the pain had spread to my back, shoulder, and down my right arm, which was also caused by my computer and mouse setup at work. The sessions included hands on treatment as well as exercises to do at home, and Tom was always clear and easy to communicate with. He managed to fix it in a few sessions and I am now pain free! Very polite and friendly — I highly recommend Tom.

Prof. Rambani explained the whole process. This was my second hip replacement by him in the last 20 months so the second one wasn't too unexpected. Operation scar was complimented by GP's nurse on removal of clips - she said it was a "good" and very clean and no sign of infection. Had some pain for first couple of weeks but had some aching for another 4 or 5 weeks whilst muscle exercises started to help.

Janette, my nurse couldn't have been friendlier or more reassuring, the food I had was very good and fresh, and then to have a little sprinkling of reflexology on the 'menu' was icing on the cake! All in all a great experience.

Prompt,efficient service to book appointment. Short waiting time as offered cancellation appointment. Slight wait for clinic review, but informed of 10 minute delay when we arrived. Only issue I would have is lack of patient parking at Mount Alvernia, and this is a particular issue when struggling with mobility!
