I visited the clinic to discuss removal of a lesion on my eyelid. Having spoken to the consultant Mt Murray I decided to have it removed. I returned two weeks later to have the surgery. All the staff were very supportive and took time to explain the whole procedure to me. In particular Jenny took great care of me and made sure I felt as relaxed as I could be. I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.
