I visited Dr Heseltine and was reassured by his warmth and relaxed manner. He took time out to explain what was happening to my cardio vascular system and the value of each test - ECG, MRI scan, Echo sounding etc.

I saw cardiologist Dr Thomas Heseltine this morning at Bupa Spire Abergele after being referred by the in-house GP, Dr Maria Abraham, due to chest pain. Despite having a busy clinic, Dr Heseltine kindly made time to see me at the end of his list. I was very grateful that he was willing to fit me in, and the reassurance he gave me was exactly what I needed at the time. Dr Heseltine reminded me of an old saying about the qualities of a good doctor—the three A's: available, affable, and able. In my experience, he embodies all three. He made himself available when I needed help, he was approachable and easy to talk to, and he clearly demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. What stood out most was the time he took to listen and reassure me. Sometimes that can be just as important as the treatment itself. I would highly recommend Dr Heseltine and would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends.

I consulted Dr Thomas Heseltine following a suspected migraine aura/TIA to investigate my heart health. The experience was excellent from start to finish. During the consultation, he performed both an ECG and an echocardiogram, and arranged for a Zio patch and a CT scan to ensure a thorough investigation. He is a specialist who truly listens and analyses every detail, yet explains everything in clear, layman's terms.
