Dr Thomas Heseltine

I have had cause to see a number of medical professionals as a result of medical conditions. I do not normally write reviews. Dr Heseltine stood out in terms of professionalism, expertise and establishing rapport. I delivered some relevant tests tbe day before the consultation. He considered these late evening before. He had a thorough grasp of all issues, explained difficult concepts clearly and demonstrated his superior knowledge of present and advancing therapeutic options. This was in stark contrast to my previous consultant. Thank you very much for your time and care.

Extremely professional, friendly and clearly presented in a relaxed atmosphere

Dr Thomas Heseltine had a calm and friendly demeanour, which immediately put me at ease and enabled me to clearly articulate the reasons I had booked the initial consultation. His advice was not only helpful and supportive, but also delivered in a way that was easily digestible for a non-medical professional.

A very friendly professional from entering the consultation ( and the same with reception and booking in ) , Where I described the collapse/seizure event , the diagnostic procedure that followed was clearly explain and during the Echocardiogram , my questions were clearly and comprehensively answered . The Zeo Patch monitor was arranged on the same visit which is very beneficial. The initial report was written and emailed to me on the same day , absolutely amazing ! , I have waited for weeks in the recent past from other consultations. A very pleasant experience. Thank you

At every consultation Dr. Heseltine has been very welcoming with a kind and friendly manner, putting me at my ease, listening carefully to my concerns and explaining everything in clear detail with the utmost reassurance. He is extremely thorough and professional, providing excellent care and attention at all times.
