Saw Dr Heseltine this evening and was so happy with our conversation and plan going forward. He took the time to discuss all our concerns and was clear and precise with the recommendations he has put in place for me going forward. Came away feeling reassured that I would be cared for going forward and really pleased to have seen him.

I found the consultation with Thomas to be very informative and insightful due to his explanations around my current condition. The entire experience from arriving at the building in Abergele through to the consultation itself was an easy and painless process from start to finish.

Wonderful experience with Dr Heseltine. He had an exceptional bedside manner and took the time to explain his clinical reasoning behind investigations, alongside the differential he was working through. Rather than rushing to reassure or over-investigate, he walked me through exactly why he'd chosen bloods and a CT coronary angiogram, what each would rule in or out, and what the likely next steps would be depending on the results. It was clear and genuinely reassuring to be treated as a partner in the decision-making rather than just a passive patient. He was thorough without being alarmist, and answered every question I had without making me feel rushed. It's rare to find a consultant who combines that level of clinical clarity with such warmth. I'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing a cardiology opinion.
