Usually feedback is of a negative nature but this is not one of those occasions. My experience was awesome for which I am super grateful. I have had a number of gastroscopies in my life so was nervous about what was going to happen. From the moment of my arrival I was greeted and made to feel comfortable straight away. The pre-procedure nurses were very clear, helpful and showed huge amounts of empathy about what was going to happen. When wheeled into the operating theatre I was introduced to all of the team who were to perform the procedure, all of whom had welcoming smiles and a reassuring tone (a tone that continued throughout the procedure). Dr Alan Watson was super clear, professional and again very comforting. I knew I was in safe hands. I just had a throat spray, no sedation, so was fully aware of what was going on. One action that was performed by a nurse during the procedure was to, comfortingly, rub my shoulder. I couldn’t see who it was, but such a small, seemingly insignificant action, was hugely important to me and kept me connected with humanity during the brutal fact that I had a scope down my throat. Post procedure, I was greeted with the warm smiles again and wheeled to the recovery area where again everyone was super attentive. I can’t say thank you enough for everything. The team were awesome.

Medical Prime has been the best service I had ever received. The team are empathetic, professional, hugely experienced & very transparent with regards to treatment. I feel so lucky to be in the very capable guidance & care of Dr Theodora Kalentzi along with Zarina who makes the whole booking process so easy. Going on HRT has been the best thing for me & what is wonderful is how Dr Theodora has such a pragmatic & calm approach. I was in a bit of a broken state not understanding what was wrong. By the end of my first appointment I felt really happy that I was ‘normal’ as Dr Theodora listened & was generous with her time in kindly sharing her knowledge of how this is a normal process that we women go through. How right she was as within a few weeks I felt myself again which was a huge relief. We continue to have regular appointments which are always so calm & helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Medical Prime & the amazing team to anyone. It has been one of the best decisions I have made.

This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

I recently visited for an up and coming procedure I have booked in for the 12th. Dr Agha was detailed and thorough during my F2F visit. He communicates well and listened to all my thoughts, he advises well-equally is as realistic with surgery and the results. The location itself on Harley Street is pristine all of the staff and friendly and welcoming. The clinic is very easy to find- I came from Euston. It was a straight forward journey for me coming from Shrewsbury. Considering I travelled alone, it was quite enjoyable. Really looking forward to my procedure, having waited around 7 years for it after having my little girl and not wanting to jump into having surgery while she was so young. My patient advisor has also been brilliant along the way, thank you Jenny.

Miss Natasha Choudhury

Miss Choudhury is the most amazing, kind and wonderful doctor, surgeon and person. She has always made everything clear and listened to any family problems I have. My operation date was changed as Miss Choudhury completely understood my difficulties regarding family. I really cannot praise Miss Choudhry enough. I’ve always felt completely at ease with her and very comfortable. She always shows genuine concern and I really cannot express my self enough in praising her. She removed half of my thyroid and the scar is virtually invisible as she made the incision in one of my natural neck creases. I cannot value Miss Choudhury by giving 5 stars- she deserves many more as a doctor and person and for her approachability.

Overall experience with Dorset Heart Clinic is excellent. We telephoned to book the appointment and able to choose the time that is convenient to us. As a self funded patient, the appointment is very speedy. Administrator is also very informative and helpful including parking. The consultation is very informative and reassuring. We have chosen to see the consultant that we have seen via the NHS as he would be familiar with our condition. The emails followed up also very quick and timely with the consultation report for us to keep for our records. Any concerns have been dealt with swiftly. Overall, a very good experience and have already booked a follow up next month. Thank you Dr Chahal and thank you Tim.

Mr Naga Venkatesh Jayanthi

I cannot thank Mr Jayanthi enough. I had 2 groin hernias one small on the right and one large groin hernia on my left side which was very uncomfortable. After having a consultation with Mr Jayanthi my mind was put at rest his bedside manner was excellent. On the day of the procedure he made me feel at ease and explained what was to take place. 3 incisions around the belly button area which cleared up completely within 6 weeks. And no sign of any Hernias thanks to his skill and the Mesh implant. 8 weeks after the procedure saw Mr Jayanthi today getting the all clear. If you get a chance to choose your surgeon Look no further.

My recovery came with several complications and turned into a long, complex journey, but Jessica supported me every step of the way and got me back on track after seven months of intense physio. She was truly amazing. I deeply appreciated her positive, human approach and the time she took to build a genuine relationship with me as a patient. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Very good overall. Minor gripes only would be the limited parking, limited capacity in waiting areas and that some seating is too low to meet the needs of hip / knee patients . The roll out of the new call centre facility makes for a patchy experience at times and it’s concerning that online accounts fail to show all patient appointments - even with the consultants - which may lead to confusion and potential missed appointments. Work in progress and will surely iron out in time.

Dr Margarita was very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend coming to the Lantern Clinic. I felt listened too and she emphasised as a woman with my issues. I had plenty of time to chat and didn’t feel rushed,. Dr Margarita devised a plan for me to follow and recommended a gold standard brand of supplements I should start. I am booked in for a follow up appointment in several weeks time, to discuss how my treatment plan went and if I saw improvements.
