At the same time, her knowledge is broad and deeply grounded, which gave me a strong sense of trust from the very first session. My first time going to this clinic due to either muscle or muscle strain causing nerve impingement this is my assumption until I get my results tomorrow. The team were fantastic and to say my appointment was the last one of the day they were friendly welcoming and super efficient. Maria at the desk was incredibly sweet and aspiring to talk to and also in providing me with the Information regarding MRI and what to expect. Julius (radiographer) was accommodating friendly and made the MRI scan easier to manage.. Also Sabi (hope I spelt the name correctly) was as friendly and the other two mentioned and altogether they made the whole experience as smooth as it could be. 5 star from me and highly recommended for anyone on the fence debating whether to visit or not so if you have the need to go for and MRI or ultrasound or anything else that they cover that relates to you I highly recommend Marris and in comparison to other clinics around there price was reasonable at a cost of £325 for a lumbar spine MRI bearing in mind this is on the famous Harley Street. I am super happy I chose them and shall be returning for my consultation soon.

The session with Mr Johnson went very well, pleasant and explained everything very clearly and was prescribed some medication. Unfortunately since then it has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Nuffield Health Derby. I was unable to locate the prescribed medication from several different pharmacies, one being a national chain, as they all advised it was not in stock and that they were unable to order it. As I was unable to get through to his private secretary, I called Nuffield Health number. I have spent the last two weeks ringing Nuffield Health, explaining the issue. Each time very pleasant staff advised they would sort it, but each time they never had the courtesy to call me back and let me know what was happening. Eventually today, after a 30minute call, they managed to advise that the pharmacy at the Derby Hospital had the prescription available, but they insisted that they were unable to post it and that I had to come and collect it, 90minute round trip in the snow. Overall, a very poor service and makes you wonder what's the benefit of paying for health insurance.

I had jaw surgery and a wisdom tooth removed, Mr Chiu and his team were very clear about what they would be doing and how my recovery would be. I did have particularly bad swelling and a tough recovery but Mr Chiu was very helpful at explaining all of this and providing information on how to properly recover. The other team members were also very helpful and recommended I rent the face mask cooler to aide my recovery which really helped speed up the swelling going down. My post ops have been extremely good and informative and I have left each one very happy both with the appointment and the progress following surgery. I have anxiety and Mr Chiu was really kind at putting me at ease and letting me know I could take my medication. I am really happy with the outcome of the surgery and how I have recovered. I have had a really positive experience with Mr Chiu and his team and am extremely grateful to all of them!

This was my 2nd appointment as I started HRT 3 months ago. So far everything is going really well and I absolutely love having Dr Adib as my doctor during this stage of my life. She is extremely supportive and understands completely what this journey is all about - which is refreshing and comforting. We have decided to increase my doses a little bit to see how that goes, but I can definitely notice an improvement in my moods and energy levels since starting treatment. The face cream that was prescribed for me has made a difference too and I’ve received quite a few compliments on how much younger I look!
