My dream was to have a VBAC, and he supported me entirely and did absolutely everything to ensure this was possible - and thanks to him it worked out. I couldn’t have done it without his unwavering support, patience, care and medical expertise. I suffered PPD after my first child and Okaro did everything in his power to make me feel calm and supported both throughout pregnancy, birth and postpartum. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients to ensure their mental and physical wellbeing. We will never, ever, be able to thank Dr Okaro enough for the family he has helped us create (and delivered!). His practice manager Justina is an incredible woman - professional, warm, kind and efficient. She will ensure your experience is totally seamless. The best medical team you will find! Cannot speak highly enough of Mr Buddhdev. Made us feel very comfortable was fantastic with our daughter and gave very clear, honest and helpful advice and explanations as to what his thoughts were regarding helping Iris both in the present and future. We were made to feel part of the process, as all of the explanations regarding the more technical aspects of Iris’ hips and other areas of potential concern were portrayed in a manner a layman could understand. At no point did we feel we were being talked down to which is both rare and very welcome! Overall an accurate assessment with good advice which was easy to understand provided by a very personable professional doctor… Would recommend all of our friends within the CP community in a heartbeat.

I arrived 10 minutes early and found a parking space opposite the main entrance. I reported to reception who directed me the check in where I was booked in and directed to the waiting area. Only a couple of minutes later I was called for my scan, shown where to put my belongings and then directed to the MRI scanning room. Here I was explained thoroughly what would happen and then I went into the scanner for 15-20 minutes. When I came out I was told my results would be sent to my doctor in about 2 weeks and then advised I was free to go home. I have no complaints and don’t think you could improve on the service. Very well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernie.

As a VERY nervous dental patient, I was referred to Vermillion by my own dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction with sedation. No-one likes dental treatment, but I could not recommend Vermillion anymore than I can do, the patient experience was seamless and extremely gentle and caring. It really was! From entering the practice and the friendly receptionist, through to consultion and surgery with Dr Fiona, as well as a follow-up to assuage my anxiety of the recovery of extraction. A 5-star treatment all round.

From start to finish the entire process was simple and was explained in a simple and informative way. At no point was I left with questions…every step was fully explained. The surgery was obviously painful but I was looked after and made to feel comfortable and given everything I needed…even a change of bedding in the middle of the night!! He is extremely caring, studied all my past results from previous tests, explained anything I needed to know referring me for further test, arranged very quickly. Overall, it was a great experience. My only suggestion would be to consider allowing patients to complete any required forms online in advance of their appointment. Being asked to fill out paper forms upon arrival—particularly after having already completed information online—feels a little outdated and could be streamlined for greater convenience.
