From the moment I walked in, I was genuinely blown away by the presentation of the office. The space was immaculate, modern, and thoughtfully designed to create a calming and welcoming atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease. The staff were exceptionally professional, greeting me with warm smiles and efficient, courteous service, setting a tone of respect and competence from the very beginning. What truly stood out was the profound care and concern shown for my well-being. The doctor took the time to listen intently to my concerns, asked detailed questions to fully understand my condition, and explained everything with clarity and compassion, making me feel genuinely heard and valued. This attention to detail was evident throughout the entire visit; every aspect, from the thorough examination to the clear explanation of the diagnosis and treatment plan, was handled with meticulous care and precision. This experience exemplifies why this practice is an exceptional asset to the NHS, demonstrating how high-quality, patient-centered care can be delivered with excellence and integrity.

Overall this was a good experience, I had a combined assessment via NHS right to choose. I liked that I was seen in person for this. The wait times were much longer than initially expected however I believe there was a huge influx of patients at the same time that I was referred. The assessments themselves were good with understanding and knowledgeable assessors. The report which I have received is in depth although I did think there may be a professionals insight into the early developmental questionnaire whereas it is just copied into the report. I had a few queries about the report which I am waiting on the answer to and also have asked for it to be sent to my GP which hasn't been done yet but again, this is the lacking wait times. Apart from the wait times, the service was great and I am thankful for their help. I think my referral was made in March 2025 and I am writing this review in December 2025.

I recently visited Fitzrovia Hospital and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility is clean, well organised, and welcoming, but what truly stood out was the care of all staff, friendly, supportive and specifically the exceptional care provided by Kate. Kate was warm attentive, and incredibly professional throughout my visits. She took time to care for me and explain all things clearly, was patient and I felt hugely comfortable and supported. Her kindness and calm approach made a huge difference, and I genuinely felt in safe hands. A professional surgical process and experience with timely post op follow up with due care and attention by each and every staff member. Highly recommend.

The service has been exemplary, from the welcomung abd efficiency of the receptionist in the Fracture Climic, the surgeons, nurses and the Dr's who have treated me. I was always listened to and treated in a personable manner and with dignity Everyting was always clearly explained and my understanding checked. I felt everything was going to be done to ensure my preferred hand returned to full use. Due to this diligence I have fully recovered in both my wrist and fingers and back to my busy active life that I experienced prior to the injury. Great experience in general. The whole thing from the emails you get, the appointment scheduling and of course visiting the doctor, all went really smoothly. I saw Dr Antbring who was really lovely and helped me through my journey including the initial scan, sending me for the MRI and helping me to decide and then actually doing the injection and of course a plan for my rehab exercises. Great experience overall. Now I need to wait a week and then start with the rehab and fingers crossed I make a full recovery. I appreciate everything. Thanks again!

After my original consultation with a orthopaedic surgeon at a physiotherapy clinic in Doncaster, he wanted to put me on his list. He said I could have a new knee and be fit for Christmas. I said. I want Mr Haslam to operate on my right knee..I trust him. I haven't had any issues with my left knee. He operated on my friends Son's torn ligamentes. He'll br back playing Rugby again soon. I saw a private GP a couple of hours after phoning for an appointment, as I couldn’t get an appointment to see my regular GP. She has a lovely bedside manner and did a thorough check-up. I was very happy, as I always am, with the service at Centennial Medical Centre. The pharmacy on-site is excellent and very handy.
