Mr David Griffiths

I have found Mr Griffiths to be very warm and compassionate in his approach towards me and my care. After struggling to feel heard and to experience empathy within NHS primary care, it was so refreshing to find not only genuine expertise but also real understanding of the difficulties I was facing. He clearly takes women's health seriously and also understood the practical realities of being a mum with young children. He listened carefully to the constraints I was dealing with and was extremely solution-focussed , genuinely wanting to find a treatment approach that worked for me and fitted realistically into my life. I have felt listened to, supported and very well cared for, and I am extremely grateful for his help.

I have an online consultation with David griffiths and I have never felt so heard in my life. He was respectful, he listened and he didn’t make me feel like I was making it up in my head! He was amazing!

Mr Griffiths has been looking after me for 25 years. He is an excellent Dr and has always listened to me and given me the care and compassion and excellent treatment. He always listens and makes the time to explain things and I have great trust in him.

I have had nothing but excellent care from Mr Griffiths. In every consultation I have felt reassured and listened to, and it really stuck with me how much he empathised. My options have always been clearly explained, and my choices supported. I also appreciated being able to have my own support person with me, as well as his colleague as a chaperone too.

Mr Griffiths has given me so much hope for the future in terms of treating symptoms that I’ve been dealing with for over a decade but created a solid treatment plan in a single appointment. At all points during appointments, pre and post surgery his bedside manner was informative and amiable along with being incredible at dealing with patients like myself that have severe anxiety he was able to put me at ease and increase my confidence that we could find a solution when I previously thought that might have been impossible. No matter what the question, Mr Griffiths is always willing to answer and provides insight on all forms of treatment etc that have been proposed. I’d never been to a gynaecologist before so I was understandably terrified but now I feel so much more informed on the role a gynecologist can play and also in turn supporting others who might be as nervous as I was. I couldn’t recommend Mr Griffiths enough.

Mr. Griffiths is absolutely fantastic, made me feel like the first doctor that truly wanted to help me with my endometriosis. The whole process was smooth and positive and I have received a prescription from him promptly to start treatment for my condition. Thank you so much Dr. Griffiths!

I have recently had a fibroid removed and a full hysterectomy. I am extremely grateful, to have had Dr Griffiths to do the procedure, his professionalism and high level of care has been amazing from start to finish. I would like to thank him, and all the staff for taking care of me.

Dr Griffith has been fantastic at helping me navigate treatment for peri-menopause and hysterectomy. He's remained a huge support, including responding to my emails very promptly and clearly which I really appreciate. My case has been quite complex but he has explained each step clearly and has listened to my input and wished as well. Dr Griffith is a very likable man, I enjoy talking to him and feel comfortable asking him lots of questions. Every now and again you meet a doctor that you can tell really puts their all into their job and Dr Griffith is definitely one of them. I'll be forever thankful for his help throughout an extremely difficult time and for recognising the need for a hysterectomy so promptly. If we could clone Dr Griffith I would definitely recommend it as I realise how lucky I am to have been treated by him.

Mr Griffiths is always a pleasure to see. He is polite, professional and puts my mind at ease prior to and during any consultation. I have felt listened too and heard regarding some recent Gynaecological investigations. I have recently had a coil replaced and commenced on HRT. This really has been life changing. I had not really realised just how much my symptoms had been affecting not only my life but those close around me. I had just put it down to being a busy mum of four, feeling anxious, short tempered and irratated most of the time (which was previously unlike me). Mr Griffiths suggested I tried HRT and he explained that I would notice a difference fairly quickly if it was having an impact. The difference was noted within early weeks and now approximately 6 weeks later I can recognise a huge change in myself. Family members have also commented on the change in me. I cannot thank Mr Griffiths enough for making me feel like me again! I would highly recommend Mr Griffiths to anyone seeking out a Gynaecologist. I would not hesitate to see him again in the future should I require it.

From the moment we made contact to book the Endosure test we were impressed with the swift response time and clear explanation that was provided on how to book the test. The medical staff that carried out the test were gentle and kind during the testing process which made all the difference to my young daughter. Our follow up consultation with Mr Griffiths provided a range of options to help manage the condition and was conducted with care and sensitivity. My daughter felt much better after the appointment knowing that we had been able to discuss her symptoms which were properly considered and acknowledged as Endometriosis.
