I would describe my experience at my appointment last week as exceptional. I am always offered a high level of care in that Mr Griffiths listens very carefully indeed, and is always clear about what is needed or the next step. He makes the patient feel very safe and respected at all times. This makes a significant difference in what could be a difficult consultation.

From start to finish it was a breath of fresh air to be listened to, have my pain taken seriously and for someone to provide advice and guidance. The surgery went so well and it has been life changing. Having an ongoing treatment option has also helped so much and I can’t believe the low quality of life I had gotten used to prior to this! Thanks so much Dr Griffiths!

I wanted to come on and help with any concerns that maybe in thoughts, in regards to surgery in the areas I have had. Over the past 10 years I have had the misfortune to be blessed with interstitial cystitis, a cyst on my ovary, Vulval intraepithelial neoplasia and an enlarge cervix with fibroids, that had prolapsed leading to needing a hysterectomy at 49. Had it not been for Dr Griffiths I would not be able to live the life I am now. I have had several operations to resolve these issues, all of which I have elected to go ahead with myself, there is no pressure to do so, David is there to offer his expert knowledge and guidance, but the decision is always mine and my hysterectomy took my a few years to feel in the right place to go ahead. I wish I had done this sooner, it was straight forward and plain sailing, all of my ops have been, his after care and measures put in place to help has made David someone I trust completely. As I started my path on my health journey, I was incredibly anxious, David took that anxiety away. He listens, takes on board your needs, and makes them a priority not a hinderance. David also diagnose a small patch of white skin, whilst I was in for something completely different. Something I am very greatly for, as it was VIN, as he suspected. This was removed and I now have 6 month check ups with another team to check it hasn’t return. Had he not have seen and caught this, I may have ended up in trouble. Have no doubts Dr Griffiths is for sure your first point. Hugely thankful for all his help.

At all times Mr Griffiths was caring and supportive, gave very clear explanations and answered all questions in a very understandable way. Throughout the whole process and surgery he made me feel calm and in safe hands. My wound is hardly noticeable and placed in such a way that you would not know I had surgery. Mr Griffiths is a good gynaecologist / surgeon that I would recommend whole heartedly.

Mr Griffiths is a truly wonderful man. Kind, caring, calm, knowledgable and an all round brilliant specialist. I have been under Mr Griffiths care throughout my life since my teenage years and he is someone who I’ve never forgotten throughout my life. Mr Griffiths never makes me feel rushed, he explains everything clearly and makes me feel safe, cared for and totally relaxed. I feel so lucky and comfortable to be under Mr Griffiths care. I know I am under the care of the very best. Thank you Mr Griffiths for all you have done and continue to do for me. I am so grateful and I don’t know where I’d be without you.
