To service considering how under pressure the staff are
I have no complaints. I was seen slightly late, but Dr Shetty apologised and I received excellent treatment as always. Dr Shetty shows an interest in me as a person as well as making sure I'm well.
Saw Dr Hameed at GWH - excellent physician - takes time to understand symptoms and explains his plans clearly and well - exceptionally polite and patient
It was a telephone appointment but was efficient and professional and made me feel valued as a patient.
Staffs and the duty nurses are very great. The rooms are very clean and the process is well organized and pre and post surgery supports are great from the hospital
