My recent experience was very good from my arrival at the registration desk, my consultation was excellent, very pleasant consultant who explained everything to me in detail, discussed my treatment options, and recovery details. I came away feeling very satisfied that I was in good hands.
Excellent consultation with Mr Najefi, he was very polite, very helpful. gave clear explanations, asked me if there is anything I wanted to know and gave me the information I needed. I was seen on time, I like that he came out to greet me.
I have been suffering with foot drop for 5 months since the birth of my son, I have seen many doctors and consultants over the last 5 months, but Mr Najefi was much more informative and was able to explain things much better for me and gave me additional information on alternative surgery etc if my condition does not get better - something that no one else has ever discussed with me. I left feeling much more positive. He was very welcoming and answered any questions I had.
I have nothing but the highest praise for Mr Ali Najefi. I was referred to his clinic with a large ganglion cyst on my big toe. Mr. Najefi operated to remove it in early February and five weeks later everything is back to normal. His explanations at every stage from the MRI to the day of the operation and the follow-up appointments afterwards were clear and straightforward. I could not have asked for a more positive experience.
I was seen by Mr Najefi to discuss how the steroid injections went and what would be the next step. He gave a clear outline of what would be the next steps and what to to expect going forwards.
A Very professional and thorough individual. Had a good understanding of my injury and hopefully helps me get back to my normal life after my mri is back, adding more clarity with the mri Dr Najefi can help diagnose the injury accurately.
Mr Najefi was very polite and explained my options very well. He also was able to answer my questions. He explained my options and told me how effective each option would be.
Honestly, after losing hoping through other channels Dr Najefi has explained my foot issue and options very well. Dr Najefi has really given me hope.
