Professional and caring attitude Explained everything very clearly
Upbeat, confidant patient, made me comfortable , organised . Took interest in hearing me out rather then finish consultation in a hastily. Overall ambience of the hospital was very comforting, welcoming staff and helpful as well. Liked the roof top in the reception didn’t make the hospital look dull, scary and pathetic . My spirit s were lifted during this visit to the hospital unlike other hospitals 😊
Dr Najefi has been amazing throughout my visits and has decided on the best form of treatment for my surgery.
He explained in detail the existing medical condition and the possible line of treatments. He answered all our questions with clarity.
Ali was very patient and friendly, I actually missed my appointment, however, he called me back later on to make sure that we had our meeting, and explained everything attentively.
Mr Najefi provided an excellent service. Thank you so much!
I had a post operative appointment this morning with Mr Najefi, who was, as always very polite and professional, patiently answering all my questions and giving his advice for the rest of my recovery period. I left feeling very reassured and confident that I was in safe hands.
Positive and pleasant consultation. Informative, clear and supportive.
I had a follow up appt with Dr Najefi. As always, Dr Najefi was able to explain to me what Is happening with my injury, very reassuring and offering positive steps moving forward. Dr Najefi is able to relieve my anxiety and ensure I leave the appt well informed.
