I had been suffering with menopausal symptoms for many years and had often felt dismissed or unheard by other medical professionals. For the first time in my menopausal journey, I felt genuinely listened to and understood. Despite my initial worries about speaking to a younger doctor about such personal symptoms, Dr. Kilburn immediately put me at ease. She was compassionate, reassuring, and incredibly knowledgeable. For the first time in a long time, I am feeling hopeful — hopeful that I could soon feel like myself again. I cannot thank Dr. Kilburn enough for her empathy, professionalism, and support. I would highly recommend her and the clinic to anyone seeking expert, patient-centred menopause care.

Arrived early and was seen almost on time. I was pleasantly surprised by his warm welcome and cheerful approach, he made my wife and I feel quite relaxed. He listened to what I had to say and asked the relevant questions appertaining to my medical issue, and slowly explained what was needed to be done in easy words, I do not understand jargon and I appreciated this. Needless to say I agreed for him to arrange the date for my procedure, and feel comfortable with that decision, I have faith in the man and I am pleased to get things sorted out. I booked a Women's Health Check and had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Emma Sloan. I felt totally comfortable with Dr Sloan, who was kind, considerate and very easy to talk to. A couple of weeks after my appointment I received all my test results and a really detailed and comprehensive report with a lot of advice on what I could do to ensure I stay healthly. A couple of of test results were slightly abnormal and I was able to follow this up with my GP when I showed her the report. I will definitely do this again. Thank you!

I have to visit 9 Harley Street more often than I’d like due to heart issues. If one has to do these things then this is the place to come. Welcoming efficient and friendly receptionists and a lovely calm atmosphere. Professor Wong is amazing - the best there is with a quiet calm manner and the ability to explain complicated procedures in an understandable way. He is inspiring.

The OSD hospital is excellent. It is quite easy to find. There is plenty of free parking. Reception was excellent. The nursing staff were very good indeed, they were calming, confident and took the time to explain the procedure and follow up. I wish the consultant took a little more time in the procedure and afterwards, to explain the situation.
