I had implants placed by Mr Solomos 11 years ago, and they continued to look fantastic with no issues at all. After turning 50, I decided it was the right time to have them removed and undergo an uplift. I knew I wanted Mark to perform the surgery, as he had been exceptional previously and had done such an outstanding job with my implants. From start to finish, liaising with Christine, his PA, was both enjoyable and highly professional. The availability and flexibility of appointments—from the initial consultations through to surgery and post-operative check-ups—were excellent and very much centred around my needs. Mark’s team of nurses, anaesthetist, and other staff at the Cadogan Clinic were all warm, welcoming, and professional, which added to an already excellent experience. Mark himself is a truly brilliant surgeon who works absolute magic. He made me feel completely comfortable and genuinely listened throughout the entire process, allowing me to feel totally at ease and confident in his ability to achieve exactly the outcome I hoped for. We chose Fitzrovia Suite as its part of big NHS hospital in case of any unexpected emergency, it made us feel comfortable being just 1 floor away in case anything happens. The team is wonderful and professional able to create a sense of safety and calm in those moments before and after birth. They were supportive during one of the most vulnerable and delicate experiences a woman can go through, offering practical tips, guidance, emotional support and truly personal care at any hour, for any question or request we had. Midwifes supported us looking after our baby so we can get some sleep waking us is time for feeds, meds and breastfeed support. The midwifes were also available on WhatsApp after the birth, which was incredibly helpful. There is so much information to process when you’re discharged home, and having the ability to ask follow-up questions and get quick clarifications made a huge difference for us. Facility itself is clean, catering is nice, rooms were comfortable, branded toiletries are provided -great experience.

Dr Ryan has given very clear explanations of my diagnosis and the way forward, and has organised tests with the necessary codes to make dealing with Aviva as easy as possible. Dr Ryan also made himself available for the initial visit very quickly after my initial work health screening, despite the holiday season approaching, and has been consistently quick at speaking to me about results and next actions, and drafting letters confirming these. Monica has also been incredibly helpful, organising appointments, codes, changing dates, etc, sometimes replying late into the evening to ensure the appointments / insurance details could be organised as quickly as possible.

Robert Grounds provided an exceptional initial consultation in respect of my ongoing balance issues following a stoke I suffered a year ago. His questioning to find out key areas of my background and relevance to balance issues was impressive. I was pleased that all initial balance tests were completed within the initial consultation and this left me with answers immediately to explain my condition. I was incredibly impressed to receive Robert Grounds full letter just a few hours later via. the portal with a detailed summary of his findings explained in very clear terms which was remarkable. Truly exceptional service from an amazing professional. Highly recommended.

Mr Minas carried out a full hysterectomy for me. The operation went very well; the only pain I experienced was immediately after waking in recovery, and this was promptly managed with additional pain relief. I had no further pain and felt fantastic throughout my recovery, which is a testament to the excellent procedure carried out by Mr Minas. He was always professional in his approach, and both he and his team were extremely easy to contact and always very quick to respond. I first saw Mr Wadhwa on the 3 November 2025 where an Epididymal cyst was diagnosed. Had scans on the 6th, pre surgery visit on 20th and surgery on the 26th. Cyst of 9cm long removed, a 'block' inserted and no pain has occurred post surgery after following the meds regime I was given. Back swimming after 3 weeks. The staff and Mr Wadhwa kept me informed at all times, the facilities were superb and on the day of my surgery I was operated on at 1pm and home for 6.30pm. I would recommend Mr Wadhwa to all based on my experience.

He took me through a detailed explanation of my situation, the treatment I would need, and the reasons for his recommendations. Excellent consult. Unfriendly reception. Not particularly clean. The worst part the hospital didn’t order my medication. Said to my consultant we can get it tomorrow. He was down from Scotland. Only for the day. I was travelling to London. So he went and got it from another hospital. Next time I see him we won’t be coming there!
