I cannot recommend Dr de Rosnay highly enough. From the very first appointment, I was struck by his genuine kindness, calm demeanour, and the level of care and attention he gives to his patients. Dr de Rosnay takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and ensure you feel truly looked after — not just as a patient, but as a person. What sets him apart is his exceptional professionalism combined with a warmth that immediately puts you at ease. What truly stood out was his dedication beyond the consulting room. Knowing I was anxious about test results, he personally arranged a call on a Saturday morning — entirely outside of any scheduled appointment — to talk me through the findings, put my mind at rest and reassure me. He also took the time to arrange prescriptions promptly and even replied to emails and answered questions on a Sunday. That level of availability and genuine concern for a patient's wellbeing is incredibly rare and deeply appreciated. Dr de Rosnay is the kind of doctor who restores your faith in healthcare — compassionate, thorough, and always willing to go the extra mile. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Ashok assisted my elderly father when we were effectively abandoned by the NHS. My father was in excruciating pain and his hands were like balloons. We had no idea what was wrong with him and he was sent away with no pain medication or a referral from the NHS GP to a specialist for further investigation. The GP simply said “it’s part of the aging process” and sent my father (who was crippled with pain) away. I reached out to Spires where they referred my father to Dr.Ashok. She immediately understood the severity of my father’s situation and took action. She treated my elderly parents with incredible kindness and the utmost of respect and care. I cannot thank Dr.Ashok enough for her professionalism, dedication and determination to put my father on the path to recovery - especially after he’d been so woefully let down by our National Health Service.

I was extremely nervous about my appointment here, but I didn’t need to be, because from the moment I walked thru the doors I was greeted with big smiles from the receptionists, which was the start of a pleasant experience here, everywhere was exceptionally clean, tidy and organised. I can’t thank Dr Mo Faris enough, he listened to me, explained everything so I understood it and treated me like a human being and not just a number! At the initial consultation Dr Whitaker took the time to explain the condition and procedure in laymans terms to make it easier for us to understand. His compassionate and reassuring manner towards myself and my wife showed what a dedicated and gifted clinician he is. Dr Whitaker came to see us the morning of the procedure his calm and reassuring manner helped to disperse some of the anxiety I and my wife were feeling. Dr Whitaker took the time to speak to my wife once the procedure was complete, he reassured her about the success of the procedure, another example of his compassion by acknowleding my wife's anxiousness. His commitment to his patients is clear , he visited me after the procedure and then several days later. An expert in his field .

Professor Richard Field

At consultation, Professor Field provided a full explanation of my condition and what was needed - a full hip replacement. This was carried out a few weeks later and went very well. Awoke with only a little discomfort. Able to walk with crutches that afternoon. Professor Field was there to provide support after the operation and throughout. Stayed overnight and returned home the day after. Recovery has been steady since amd two wees later am now really starting to see the benefits which will hopefully continue. Professor Field was there amd his team has provided continuing support since returning home with follow up calls which have been very welcome and reassuring. Very pleased with the treatment and care.

Lucy Clarke was recommended to me after a failed diagnosis and plastic surgery to my accident related damaged left eye lid. Lucy diagnosed the damage was to a muscle in the eyelid and her and her team carried out the surgery to correct this. Lucy and her team were so understanding and caring throughout the whole procedure and I was returning home within 2 hours of my appointment. I was most impressed by his meticulous diligence in taking the trouble to review my many files the day before actually seeing me. Not only that, but bringing to my appointment, a complete understanding of all the reports he had evaluated so well. It was quite a display of his medical prowess. That, combined with an accurate and incisive follow-up report which I received the following day, and his friendly manner, make him outstanding in his field.

As soon as I got there I was encouraged to relax, when i went in to the theatre for my procedure the nurses Lissy Jacob and Sue Gatrell made me feel very relaxed and explained how to take the gas and air, then Mr Farrukh Khan the consultant explained in detail what he was about to do. Op went well only a slight bit of pain so quick puff of gas helped. Passed on to recovery nurse who's name i didn't get but she was very good checking me over and making me laugh before discharging me. WOULD SAY ANYONE HAVING TO GO HERE WILL BE WELL LOOKED AFTER.

My daughter has come out after five weeks at rehab - she was a mess when she went in and we were worried for her safety and mental health with the drugs she was taking. So far we have seen a transformation - cautious to say but it feels like we have her back. We’re taking it slowly as a family and aftercare seems to be very helpful and we’ll be doing more family therapy, going to al anon etc. she had a really positive rehab experience overall.
