This was my second time delivering a baby with Miss Scott - I couldn't recommend her highly enough and I can't imagine having a baby with any other obstetrician. Miss Scott looked after me throughout my first pregnancy and delivered my first child, which was a very positive pregnancy and birth experience. Then, I had a very stressful pregnancy second time around with potential complications for both myself and my baby, and Miss Scott was full of knowledge and support at every step of the way, throughout the pregnancy and birth. When needed, she consulted with other doctors to validate her opinions, and presented all of this back to me in ways I could easily understand. I felt I could make informed decisions at every stage of my pregnancy. The birth was as smooth sailing as could be, with Miss Scott leading the fabulous team of midwives so well - everyone always knew what they were doing, and it made for a hugely positive birth experience. Most importantly, my baby was born as healthy as could be. I could not recommend Miss Scott more highly for her professionalism, dedication to her patients and ultimately being a very lovely obstetrician at a time when you need someone who is deeply compassionate and caring. If I have another baby, I have no doubt the obstetrician I would ask to look after me again would be Miss Scott.

Mr Blocker explained clearly the reason for my leg length discrepancy Unfortunately a skiing injury earlier in life has created the need for surgery Mr Blocker is a good communicator and inspires confidence I have done my best to stay active, I have worked hard at the physiotherapiy exercises and in the gym . When my hip became seriously painful I was very grateful that I was able to use PIFU to arrange an appointment and give consent at that appointment Surgery was scheduled soon after. Although I was discharged from hospital with stronger medication should I need it I have only taken paracetamol which I was able to reduce and finished taking on the 11th day after surgery

He was able to give us an answer and explanation at the appppointment and all the tests were done there and then. This helped with all the worry. This is GP services as they should be. I booked on Sunday afternoon and had a good selection of appointments for Monday morning. I was seen on my appointment time. The fact that the appointments are 20 minutes long allows the GP time to be very thorough and explain in detail your condition. Over four visits this year, I have always seen the same GP, which builds the connection that the excessively busy NHS service no longer provides.

Communal areas nice and welcoming with interesting art on the walls. Not quite as chilled as my last visit, as there were more people around, and some mildly distracting muzak in the background.
