My experience with Albion Dental has been brilliant from start to finish of my treatment. My dentist Dr Ghadimi is very kind, and is very skilled with the procedures he can perform. I have severe hypodontia and even after extensive work throughout my life I was not quite confident with my teeth, so after some discussion and planning, I decided to pursue new crowns for my top 4 teeth; a big decision for me but it has been well worth it and I have no regrets. The treatment was explained well, and my questions were answered fully and meticulously. The nature of the treatment was more cosmetic compared to previous work I've had done, and a big financial endeavour for me, but there are payment plans available to make it more affordable and accessible. The dental assistants are really lovely and look after you well, and the receptionists are always a ray of sunshine when entering the building; their client care skills are exemplary. Some advice for if you have a complex condition and have had a lot of dental work done before coming to the practice like myself, would be to make sure to let the clinic know as much information as possible, as there was some communication that needed to be had to get on level ground with the team. But this was to be expected for me with my long medical history and the clinic was very open and receptive to my concerns about my teeth, and devised a plan sensitively and effectively to help me feel more confident with my smile, something I've felt self-conscious about since I was little! So I would recommend this clinic to anyone for routine, or more involved treatment, and am grateful for everything they've done for me!

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Mr Boz Mohammadi and his incredible secretary, Iwona. From start to finish, the level of care, professionalism, and compassion I received was truly exceptional. Mr Boz Mohammadi is not only a highly skilled and knowledgeable surgeon, but also remarkably kind and patient. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions with genuine care, and made me feel completely at ease throughout what could have been a very stressful time. His calm, reassuring demeanor and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in his abilities—and the results speak for themselves. Equally impressive was his secretary, Iwona, who was warm, efficient, and incredibly responsive. She handled every inquiry and phone call with such grace and kindness. No question was too small, and she always made me feel like a priority. Her support played a huge role in making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I chose to see Dr Jayaseelan having read her biography on the BUPA app. From the moment we met and Dr Dipa introduced herself, I felt completely relaxed and happy to be in her care. We discussed how the condition had developed, the requirements that I had in terms of her opinion as to my fitness to return to work and ongoing treatment and medication. Throughout the consultation, absolutely everything was explained clearly and in plain language. I really can’t tell you how professional the whole experience was and I left the hospital in no doubt whatsoever that I was in excellent hands. Finally, just over an hour later, I received a written report of the consultation plus a letter that I’d requested for employment purposes.

Dr Eleni Mavrides supported me through my entire pregnancy and delivery of my first baby via planned c-section. She truly cares about her patients, has a very warm nature and always had time to answer all my questions. We are extremely grateful for her expertise, kindness and support. Dr Mavrides went out of her way to ensure my pregnancy was as smooth as possible and alleviate all my concerns. She was superb during the delivery of my baby and made the entire experience so special for our family and better than we could have ever hoped for. Her postpartum care is also fantastic and she came to check in on my recovery every day. She is exceptional and I highly recommend Dr Mavrides.

Claire Sewter's speedy visit and diagnosis was reassuring and clearly highly professional. She was highly knowledgeable and provided really practical advice and support. I have followed the recommended programme carefully and left feedback or email responses that Claire has followed up regularly. The stretches and exercises that were given, have helped me to improve and recover my physical condition, quickly, and after 4 weeks I am feeling a lot stronger, and better overall. As this was the 3rd time I have approached Let's Go Physio for help - with different injuries - I can recommend them unreservedly - and have done so already with a few people.

My wife is in hospital for an operation today and due to prior anxieties over NHS treatment, we asked the hospital for me to stay with my wife in the room throughout including overnight. They have been most accommodating and have bent over backwards to make it work and kept me fully informed throughout how the operation is going. The consultant was more than happy for me to ask questions both during consultations and the surgery today and has given great confidence that all will go as planned. Ward staff have been more than helpful to both of us and treated us as individuals and my wife has been provided a high level of care throughout.

I’ve always found the team at Viva Health Laboratories to be approachable and genuinely willing to help whenever needed. They are flexible in their approach and provide a very personalised service, which makes a big difference compared to larger providers where that personal touch can sometimes be missing. Their infrastructure has also improved considerably in recent years, and from the standpoint of processing blood tests and results, there are no issues at all. What stands out most for me is their flexibility and the individual care they bring to their clients, it really sets them apart.

Dr. Wong has done a wonderful job treating two of my children, who have both undergone different versions of braces and spacers. Her dentistry staff has also offered superb care to all four of my children. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Over the course of the sessions Reuben gave me techniques to manage the pain and exercises to strengthen my calf and ankle. Generally good on all fronts. After care from the head gyn nurse, not the best when I phoned, with an issued to the ward, and got put through to her. The scan team, left me waiting by taking the patient due after me in first. Not good when you have a full bladder. But on the whole, everything went well, clean hospital and caring staff.
