20/10 I was recommended to Dr Alek by multiple friends, including one who is a doctor herself and trained under him. He came highly, highly recommended and is known as the best in the business — and I can completely understand why. From the moment I walked into the practice, I was warmly greeted by Sam, the practice administrator. She was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Thank you, Sam! I’ve seen many aesthetic doctors and practitioners before, and Dr Alek is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Previously, consultations felt rushed — numbing cream applied, a quick question about what I wanted, and straight into the procedure. With Dr Alek, it was completely different. We began with a thorough consultation where we discussed my concerns, the procedures I was interested in, and everything I’ve previously had done — including where, when, and any medications I’m on. He then did a full facial assessment, looking at proportions, symmetry, and structure. He carefully felt for any existing filler or lumps, explained what they were, and clearly walked me through what we can and can’t do moving forward. Everything was explained in a way that was detailed yet easy to understand. We created a thoughtful plan of action together, and what stood out most was that he never once tried to “sell” me on anything — something I’ve experienced with every other practitioner before. It’s immediately clear that he truly cares about his patients, has an incredible passion for what he does, and an exceptional eye for detail. He really knows his craft. Today we did Botox, and it was genuinely pain-free. He is precise, intentional, and incredibly gentle. As soon as I left, I couldn’t wait to call my husband and tell him how amazing the experience was. I’ve now officially joined my group of friends who cannot recommend Dr Alek highly enough. I recently underwent surgery for a plunging ranula performed by Mr. Alibhai, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care I received. My confidence in Mr. Alibhai was solidified after witnessing the outstanding treatment he provided to my father during his battle with oral cancer. Knowing Mr. Alibhai’s expertise firsthand made it clear that he was the most suitable surgeon for my own procedure. During my initial consultation, Mr. Alibhai took the time to explain my condition thoroughly, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. I felt reassured knowing I was in the hands of a highly skilled surgeon who genuinely cared about my well-being. On the day of the surgery, the entire team was incredibly supportive. Mr. Alibhai reassured me once again, calming my nerves before the procedure as this was going to be my first experience with general anaesthetics. Upon waking up from the anesthesia, I was met with warm, attentive nursing staff who monitored my recovery closely. Mr. Alibhai visited me afterward, discussing the surgery outcomes and outlining my recovery plan. His attention to detail, in person visit each day and genuine concern for my well-being continued through out my stay in hospital, upon discharge and until my follow-up appointment. Thanks to Mr. Alibhai, I am now free from the discomfort of the plunging ranula. I am grateful for the care and kindness shown to me throughout this period. I highly recommend Mr. Alibhai to anyone in need of surgical care, particularly those facing complex conditions. His dedication to patient care and surgical excellence is truly commendable.

I went in today for my first ever colonoscopy. Although I was nervous, every staff member I met made me feel comfortable and at ease. there was a brief 10 minute wait before I saw the nurse, who was very informative about the procedure and took some recordings (blood pressure, heart rate etc.) before asking me some questions. After not very long at all I went into the room to have my procedure and Samer and his team were excellent in talking me through the process, what I might experience, and how long it would be. They regularly checked in on me throughout to ask how I was doing. Regarding the colonoscopy itself - overall I felt no pain at all really - some discomfort from the gas (which they make you aware of) but otherwise it was fine. I chose sedation rather than gas & air, and found this worked well for me. It is an odd sensation in general; but manageable. The procedure took maybe 20 minutes, before I was moved to recovery. The recovery nurse & all staff members there were very friendly. They read me my report, made sure I understood the results, and gave me some biscuits and squash (which I was grateful for after 24H of not eating!) - I was out from here after around 20 minutes, having no notable lingering side effects from either the medication or procedure. Overall, fantastic service from everyone. Thank you so much.

Tom has been supportive at guiding me when I'm feeling unsure with my decision. Tom is kind, humble and honest. After years of suffering with all kind of symptoms. Having a laparoscopic procedure is the best decision we both agree, as I was diagnosed with endometriosis. On top of that, I also had adenomyosis, fibroid and experiencing heavy bleeding during my period. After the procedure Tom was clear which put me at ease at explaining all the details about my condition and answering all my questions. He was incredibly empathetic and wonderful with my 3-month-old baby. My son was diagnosed with severe eczema, and I became quite upset during our initial appointment. Dr Vyas reassured me, made me feel supported, and genuinely helped ease my worries. The treatment he recommended worked very well for my son’s body, and we are now discussing how best to maintain the improvement. I have told everyone what a great experience we’ve had with him and truly hope to continue having follow-up appointments with Dr Vyas.

Following recovery from the operation, I was again kept informed by all the team of how the procedure had been, with further checks on my welfare and the process for release from the hospital. I was informed of the next steps for full recovery at home and supplied with the necessary medications for home pain relief etc. Now at home and comfortably recovering.
