Since I had to cancel my original appointment for the hygienist because I had shingles,I was initially worried about my teeth, since the shingles had affected the nerve ending in my mouth and even brushing my teeth was a painful experience for the duration of the virus. However, I was really pleased with ny results, 1 s ansd 2 stars for my teeth. I had bought myself a power flosser which I have found to be extremely efficient in flushing out crumbs and other food residue between teeth. From there I use my electric toothbrush for the suggested two minutes, take the manual flossers and interdens brushes to clear any other bits stuck in my teeth before a final brush and application of gengigel as a preventative. It's a lengthier routine, but it has paid off dividends.

Having given birth to 4 children and now just turning 50 years old I’ve recently had some worrying perimenopausal symptoms and was recommended to see Dr Janga. I was looking for a Doctor with experience to reassure me in my choices. Dr Janga listened to my concerns and made me feel very at ease. I had an ultrasound initially. Then I chose to return to see her for a pipelle biopsy and to have the mirena coil put in by her. She has made me feel I am making the best choices for me and she has given me a plan to follow in dealing with these. I needed this experienced reassurance. I plan to return to see her annually from Devon. I will recommend travelling from Devon to see her to my friends.

I had been experiencing what I now know to be early perimenopausal symptoms and had been dismissed by my GP as "too young". Miss Adib listened carefully, did a full examination, was very clear in her assessment and started me on 15mg progesterone. After some initial side effects from the oral medication, which were to be expected, we landed on the correct dosage and type of bioidentical progesterone (cream) and the specific symptoms of bladder weakness, a feeling of needing to go, insomnia, elevated heart rate have all reduced. I feel heard and much improved. I appreciate Miss Adib's willingness to listen and find a solution that is unique to my biology.

I visited Dr Qasim regarding ongoing pain I have been experiencing in both feet, specifically in the heel area. Throughout all previous consultations with local GPs I was advised that I had plantar fasciitis, however following my consultation with Dr Qasim I was told this was likely not the case, and therefore many of the exercises/physio I had previously been told to follow were incorrect. I appreciated that Dr Qasim took the time to explain my condition in detail, and provided me with steps to follow to help going forward, as well as further follow up appointments and scans to check my progress

The reception staff were very efficient & polite , the waiting area was very clean. Refreshments were available with modern seating areas which smelt divine. I noted a calm & relaxed atmosphere here which is very different to a NHS waiting area. My Dr was polite, professional & caring & got straight to the point after my discussion with him which reassured me. He didn’t waste time & ordered further investigations - a plan that I was happy with. I will be seeing him again within a weeks time which makes me feel valued & cared for as a patient.

Great experience, staff were friendly, supportive and reassuring. I was fully informed and reassured all the way through. I really appreciated having the clear instructions for cleaning and applications of drops for the recovery period. Being provided with the distilled water and swabs for the first day was really helpful and alleviated any concerns for the first cleaning process. The follow up call after 24 hrs was also great as it was a useful check in and allowed me to seek any further advice I required.

This visit was to carry out a couple of fillings identified as beginning to fail on a previous visit. Everyone is very nice and puts you at your ease. I have to develop a rapport with my dentist and also I like to understand in detail the procedures, this may be due to my own professional engineering background! Shaun is certainly a person I get on well with and he gladly answers my questions. Consequently, I always feel relaxed and trust him completely with my dental care. Highly recommended.

An excellent appointment today from start to finish. I walked in mid morning and was offered an appointment a mere few hours later, that was the first good news. When my appointment came I was met by a very friendly and knowledgeable audiologist who talked me through the procedure, very reassuring. Once the procedure was complete my hearing had improved enormously, what a difference indeed. Many thanks to all the staff, I can highly recommend a visit if you are suffering a hearing loss.

I was referred by BUPA to see Perfect Balance about my Sciatic pain. Very quickly Selene identified where the pain may lay, and advised that I should get an MRI (which then resulted in a CT scan). Whilst awaiting the scans, Selene worked on the areas causing the pain, and gave me, what resulted in 4 exercises that very quickly helped to ease the pain and helped to strengthen the areas concerned.
