Dr Ogden is dedicated to helping patients achieve their best lives through improved health. As a qualified GP, a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, and a Member of the British Association of Lifestyle Medicine, his commitment to providing holistic healthcare is evident. Additionally, he is certified by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine.
Dr Ogden's journey began with a degree in Neuroscience, followed by medical training at the University of Bristol. After completing his training, he received the Arthur L. Rose Scholarship at the State University of New York. Upon returning to the UK, he worked as a doctor at the Bristol Royal Infirmary and full-time in both hospital and community-based diabetes services. Currently, he is a partner in a busy NHS GP practice and also engages in private work.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr Ogden pursued a master’s degree in Medical Law, which led to an academic role at the Elizabeth Blackwell Institute and the Department of Medical Ethics at the University of Bristol, supported by a Wellcome Trust award.
Dr Ogden is passionate about maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle in his personal life, as well as his professional work. His young family keeps him active, and he regularly runs, mountain bikes, and road cycles. When time permits, he enjoys skiing and climbing in the mountains.

Dr. Ayo was excellent. She has a great bedside manner & very thorough. It’s just so lovely to go to someone who listens to you for a full 30 minutes without that feeling of being rushed, and not getting that feeling of having had half measures. I don’t seem to be ever able to see a doctor at my own Practice for 4 weeks, which is just crazy, so l really value having the Lagom Clinic giving me an appointment the very next day. It’s good value for money as far as l’m concerned…

It was my third visit to the Lagom Clinic. I met Dr. Alice Holmes’s for the first time. WOW …l was SO impressed. I don’t think l’ve ever been to a GP that completely understood the issues l went there with. I really loved the holistic understanding she had of it. I could never have discussed this at length with a NHS GP in the short length of time allocated to us.. I couldn’t have had a nicer person & would highly recommend her.
I had a really positive experience at my recent appointment. The consultation was thorough, unhurried, and I felt genuinely listened to throughout. Everything was explained clearly, and I left with a much better understanding of my situation and next steps. The service was efficient and professional, and overall I felt it was well worth the cost for the level of care provided.
Great service. Chose and booked an appointment at a time that suited me. Unhurried appointment where I was able to go through my concerns at my own pace. I felt listened to.
