Ross made me feel comfortable from the start, made sure any questions I had were answered and listen to and understood my goals from the first consultation. I never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions and felt incredibly informed at every stage. The team at TSS were amazing, friendly and were particularly helpful post- op. At every stage of my surgery journey I have received the best level of care and medical practice. I am really pleased with my results and would recommend Ross to anyone looking into having a breast augmentation.

What an amazing man, I have been in awe of him from the beginning of my journey. His open, honest and relaxing manner put me immediately at ease with the diagnosis I faced. He offered me all the surgical options available to me and allowed me to make an informed supported decision about my surgery, to meet my life challenges and allow a quick recovery time. I feel he totally understood my personal needs and took the time to discuss these to ensure I too understood the impact of surgery. I rate Mr McLean very highly, he was warm, kind and answered any questions I had, his clinic is light and airy, very friendly staff and nothing too much trouble.

Mr McLean was friendly and helpful from the start . He put me at ease supporting me to make choices and being transparent about the surgery I would be having . On the day of surgery he was professional but also calming making sure I was ok and understood what was about to happen . The follow up he made sure I knew my outcome was good straight away to put my mind at rest . Can’t speak more highly of him and the team .

Having recently had surgery for breast cancer, I can honestly say it was a total privilege to have Ross McLean as my surgeon. I felt in safe hands from the start and his manner and professionalism filled me with reassurance and confidence. I was never made to feel like just another patient on a conveyer belt and his gentle manner is perfect for such surreal, worrying and anxious moments.

My experience with this department was fantastic, Ross helped put me at ease at this difficult time, he explained the procedure and together with his team they were excellent, keeping me informed all the way, everything went smoothly, I am very pleased with the operation results, recovering well, awaiting radiotherapy route, it was also great to have a local clinic that I could attend additional appointments. During a very difficult time, they have been there to assure & support and answer my 20 questions.
