Mr Panose is a lovely man who shared a joke and put me at ease at every visit. He answered all my questions and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the knee replacement operation. He was able to do a minimally invasive operation on the day which resulted in far less pain after the operation and a very speedy recovery. I was walking without aids inside in a few days and had excellent bend and straightening of the knee within a week. After 4 weeks I was driving and at 8 weeks am doing all the daily chores, walking for 30 minutes or more a day and aiming to resume my hobby of low impact aerobics in a few days. Hopefully back to tennis and gardening in another few weeks. I can’t thank him enough for his excellent treatment and care.

I had an upper blephoraplasty and lower pinch operation on my eyes. From the initial consultation through to the operation and follow up appointments all of the staff have been amazing. They are friendly, professional and very reassuring, which is essential when you are a nervous patient. Nothing is too much trouble. The clinic is spotless and has a very calm and welcoming atmosphere. My surgeon, Professor Miranda, fully explained the procedure and is friendly and approachable. Lewis who is the surgical coordinator is an absolute gem and a pleasure to talk with. Overall, I highly recommend the clinic

Dr Ali Oudai, was very respectful, he explained the procedure from start to finish. The Operation was a Hysteroscopy. 3 polyps were taken for biopsies. He made sure that the Anastasia was topped up and asked me each time whether I was okay to carry on. He talked me through everything he was doing, showed me on the screen as he was doing it. His team, the theatre nurses were also amazing, they placed everything ready for when the surgeon needed ( the scope with the cutting tool concealed, the saline etc) with precision, I could not have wished for a better consultant and his Team.🙏

Although the staff were amazing I found the actual cataract operation deeply unpleasant. I could see everything that was being done whilst being unable to move - the real stuff of nightmares, though the actual operation was a complete success. If I may suggest a way to make this experience a little more bearable would be to enable patients to choose their own music to listen to? As a professional singing practitioner, I'm aware how effective music can be in distraction? (I personally found the choice of radio station and programme increased the unpleasantness of the experience)

Staff were excellent - both clinical and non clinical team members. Nothing was too much bother and they went over and above our expectations of the care we thought we would receive. We spent 2 nights on the Clayton Ward after I had an unplanned c section. As first time parents without close family nearby, the Clayton ward offered us the guidance, support and care we needed as a new family but also to allow me to get the appropriate medical care as part of post surgery recovery.

The quickest wait times I could find for an Adult ASD Assessment and I also felt the process was very thorough and considered, putting me at ease that the result was accurate. The in-person assessment in particular was a bit stressful for me which was a granted but I felt respected and cared for which helped a lot. The final report was thorough and I'm now in the process of accessing some additional support sessions which should help me understand my new diagnosis.

Prof Ali Al Hussaini provided the most wonderful experience. He was chatty, relaxed and professional throughout. The procedure I had done was done at a pace which suited me (which in my case, at my request, was efficiently and quick!). The procedure (septoplasty) was done to a very high standard and I had no complications. I recovered quickly and was able to carry on with normal life activities after half a week of rest. The results achieved are exactly as desired.

We had been to the mourne clinic on previous pregnancies but this was our first visit to the new premises. It was absolutely gorgeous, such a lovely welcome and a beautiful waiting area with water and tea facilities available for patients. The scan room itself was very big and spacious and had lovely comfy seats for partners to sit on. The staff on reception and performing the scan were so friendly and professional. It was a wonderful experience.

All the doctors, psychiatric nurses and reception team are outstanding. It's a small thing, but I wish that there was hand cream supplied in the toilets. This may not be the "fault" of The London Psychiatry Centre as they do not own the building, but they could put in a request to the appropriate people. I spend thousands of pounds there so it would be a small but appreciated gesture. Even my hair dressing salon supplies hand cream!

I was resigned to never being able to walk without aids and pain due to arthritis, but in the 6 weeks since Mr Sven Putnis injected Arthrosamid into my knees, the excruciating pain vanished overnight. I find the Spire hospital at Shawfair an easy place to visit. There is plenty of parking and the staff are professional and polite. I did not have to wait for my appointment and the set-up in the hospital was very straightforward (my appointment was a follow-up consultation with no treatment).
