Cannot speak more highly of Delamere. The liaison team are absolutely amazing, always friendly, helpful and accommodating. The nurses are lovely and genuinely care they have helped me a lot when I needed it. The chefs are brilliant big shout out to both Neils because they are so lovely and i enjoy every conversation with both of them and they always go above and beyond for us guests. The cleaning staff are brilliant and always know your name which is lovely. Everyone genuinely cares about you which is such a lovely concept because it really makes Delamere feel like home. I have enjoyed every class and every group I have been involved in. Finally the brilliant Mark and Gary my Therapist and mentor they are just brilliant and have helped me so so much I cannot thank them enough.

Mr Wagh is a lovely gentleman. He explained clearly what my issues are, and his proposed treatment. This did not include surgery, which would have been in his financial interests and which had been recommended previously; and he explained very clearly why it was not the best course of action. The treatment he suggested is easily achievable without expensive assistance, and does feel like the best course of action even though I went into the consultation convinced I needed to go under the knife. I am very impressed with his bedside manner, ability to clearly explain the pro's and con's of all available options, and his recommending the best course of action for me, rather than including his own interests which we know from the recent news is not always the case.

We chose her after a few discussions with other doctors as she had been recommended by a friend who had a great experience with her delivering her first child and we are so glad that we did. Our pregnancy journey has been more challenging than initially anticipated and Dr Shalini has been our guide and rock, providing exceptional support and reassuring us from the outset. We are beyond grateful for having her with us all the time during the 24 hours that lasted our labour and for her continuous support and guidance. I consulted with Mr Ibrahim in relation to a rotator cuff issue. His approach was to identify non surgical interventions to avoid complex surgical solutions. Unfortunately, my condition did require surgery which was conducted by Mr Ibrahim and his highly professional support team. Throughout this period of diagnosis, interventions and rehabilitation, Mr Ibrahim provided me with explanations of the pro's and con's of alternative treatment paths, was realistic about the risks and outcomes, and was always personable and professional in his manner.

Felt relaxed as soon as I entered the clinical area. Dr Ahmad’s team were calm, professional and respectful throughout the procedure. Dr Ahmad clearly detailed each step of my clinical investigation. I had time to discuss and consider my options and I never felt pressured or anxious. Following my investigation Dr Ahmad met me in the recovery area to discuss the outcome of my procedure, answer any questions and then discuss next steps. I am very grateful to Dr Ahmad and his team for their care.

Flavia treated my son with severe acne. She explained the treatment in details at the beginning, and highlighted the associated risks. She was very careful throughout the treatment, double checking that my son didn’t have side effects and she always explained her decisions clearly. She gave a lot additional advice to my son what to do and what to avoid besides taking his usual medication. I highly recommend her.

The local spinal anaesthetic worked perfectly; the sedative was applied via a canula and the next thing I knew was when I was in recovery. There was no pain at all from the operation or the wound, thanks to rest and paracetamol. Just a twinge on standing and walking.
