The Portland Hospital truly felt like a five-star hotel combined with exceptional medical care. From the moment we arrived, everything was calm, organised, and incredibly well run, making what can be an overwhelming experience feel reassuring and even enjoyable. The facilities are outstanding, the rooms are beautiful, and the level of comfort is unmatched — but what really makes The Portland special is the people. The care we received from the midwifery team was absolutely exceptional. In particular, midwives/nurses Lucy and Anna were truly wonderful. They were kind, attentive, reassuring, and incredibly supportive, always taking the time to check in, explain everything, and make us feel completely cared for. Their warmth and professionalism made such a difference to our experience and helped us feel confident and supported every step of the way. The aftercare was equally impressive, with genuine attention to both mother and baby. Every member of staff went above and beyond, and nothing ever felt rushed. We are so grateful for the outstanding care we received and would highly recommend The Portland Hospital to anyone looking for exceptional maternity care in a calm, luxurious, and supportive environment.

Never had an ear wax removal before. Funny enough the way I come across this business was through a very persuasive Reddit comment. The comment persuaded me to book myself at this company to try out as apparently it’s god sent. I had absolutely no idea what to expect or what was gonna happen. I arrived and met Dr. Dayna and she was nothing but respectful, polite also informative. She first asks about background questions regarding any symptoms and clearly tells you what’s going to happen. She was amazing.. was telling me what she was doing, asking if I’m okay when starting the removal or stopping. She gave me advice on what to buy for treating ear wax also. This is a proper definition of a hard working, professional Dr. Thank you for treating me Dr Dayna, I shall be back in six months for an update.

I visited Dr Neeraj at Derma Consult clinic because of my iron deficiency and to receive an iron infusion. He was so attentive, personable and thoughtful, and really put me at ease. The clinic is really beautiful and felt like a professional calm environment. The nurse administering my iron infusion was very experienced and at my side nearly the whole time. I attended the Practice to have a filling replaced which had come out after many years. My appointment was on time. Dr Rahman was a charming man who who put you at your ease and was very chatty and amusing with his assistant which was nice to listen to. The filling didn’t take long and I was soon out and able to eat and drink without having to wait!

I did not know how to use Pred Forte till after a week, when I thought I might consult you, To make sure I read the leaflet which said I need to pinch the corner of the eye after applying. Before this, there was a very unpleasant taste at the back of the throat, and stomach upset and worry.
