The appointment with the specialist gastroenterologist and blood test, reception, bookings etc was fine, no wait, quick, efficient and friendly. All very good. The MRI was another story. I have shared my feedback with the experience team. See below. How are your staff performing procedures on patients trained? The team I was handed over looked more like students under training with no supervision, it was scary to be left alone with them for an MRI. Are you cutting costs so that no doctors are available on the day of my procedure? I have been better taken care of by the NHS ! I have just had the worst experience for what should have been a simple MRI procedure. The team I was handed to were unable to find a suitable vein to perform the dye injection. They tried several times, I asked to call someone else to try, the man who arrived didn't manage either and it was even more painful, they ended up harming both my arms. There were no doctors available. I insisted to see one. They said we could maybe do the MRI without the dye solution injected in my arms. They asked me what I wanted to do?! I replied I was not a doctor and the decision was not with me as I have no idea what it involves. Finally after waiting for over 20mins in a freezing room, with just a light layer to cover me, a doctor arrived. He said we shouldn't do an MRI without injecting the dye solution. Eventually he managed to do the needle procedure very well and easily and it was not painful at all. He left straight after. The MRI happened but no explanation was given to me by the team, who looked more like "in learning students with no supervision", I just prayed they actually knew what they were doing but I was very doubtful... no feedback on how it went, how long left during the MRI, when the results would be coming etc. I had MRIs with HCA in the past, a totally different experience. Doctors seem to be good at Cleveland but the staff I met yesterday was undertrained and there is obviously a management / administration problem. NHS does better on some instances. We pay a fortune for these types of clinics, this is shocking. I will never trust this place for any further procedures handling my health and body.

The environment, the warmth, and the standard of care are truly exceptional. For anyone suffering from sleep apnea, as I was, or dealing with any of the conditions treated by your specialists, I could not recommend HSSH and Mr Luke Cascarini more highly. I had a very large inguinal hernia and after a long wait I had my operation. From my original consultation with Mr. McArthur, his pleasant and reassuring manner gave me great faith in him, and his skill was outstanding. My follow up appointment was so reassuring and he confirmed that everything had gone great. As I am a very nervous type of person, I would venture to say that Mr. McArthur is truly a "hernia angel", such was the good work he did for me. Mr. McArthur and his anesthetist and medical and admin team worked great together. I am truly grateful.

I have been visiting the clinic for many years for injectables (Botox, Profhilo, Mesotherapy) and other skin care treatments (HIFU, Microneedling) and cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Kubicka and the rest of the team. They are utmost professionals and a very welcoming. I am given a personalised plan to ensure I have the best treatments for my skin and age. Appointments are never rushed, which I love. If I have any questions, relating to a treatment I haven't yet had, they always have the time to discuss. Highly recommend and will continue to return.

We checked in early, due to traffic, 20 minutes early at 13.10 for an appointment at 13.30. At 14.05 I returned to the reception desk to ask why a large number of customers had arrived after us and been seen before and the Team Lead stated that she would check for me. She came back 3-4 minutes later to notify us that the reception staff had not booked us as arrived. We were told that they were sorry and that we would be moved to the front of the line. We did not have a very good experience with you.

I 100% recommend Mr Tevita Aho if you are looking for a highly accomplished urology surgeon. He came to my rescue when my local Private Hospital had declined the urgent surgery that I needed to reduce the size of my prostate. Mr Aho performed a HoLEP procedure within a couple of weeks of me meeting him. He has a superb bedside manner and you know implicitly that he is a top surgeon and a leading expert in the field. I cannot recommend him more highly.

Just needed a referral for an overseas routine scan and I achieved what I needed. NHS in their wisdom won't provide scans for those with a strong family history indicator which is fine but utterly absurd not to provide a referral just because a CT machine (superior to most in the UK) is located overseas. These scans can be life savers and it's useful that this provider can fulfil the common sense role that the NHS abdicates responsibility on.

From the consultation to the end results, Mr Mohan was professional and responsive. He has a skill of recognising what needs to be done for my frame and body shape. I no longer have loose skin and have a flat tummy (wearing size 8-10!). The opportunity to have two consultants operating in their expert fields meant I got the best results. I would strongly recommend the Abdominal Wall Clinic.

The surgery itself was amazing despite being anxious - the team were very friendly and focused on making you relax. The aftercare visit was in line with this.
