My experience with Mr Munipalle was excellent, as was my experience with the ward staff and the resus staff. Sadly though my experience with the anesthatist. The tall man with the tattoos was as lovely as the others but the shorter man made me feel like I didn’t matter. He was putting in the cannular, which he tried multiple times in my left hand without even a word spoken. That could be forgiven but when the cannular was sited in my right arm he administered the medication to put me under, without any warning and before the mask was put on my face. This was a really unpleasant experience that felt like my body was collapsing in on itself and of course I panicked, which made one of them to put the mask on me. This doctor operated In a completely different way to all other staff involved in my care. I feel strongly that this is communicated to Mr Munipalle as this man lets the rest of the team down. Lee consistently explains each exercise clearly, checks my progress carefully, and adjusts my programme so that I always feel safe but challenged. His encouragement and attention to detail have made a noticeable difference in my recovery and my confidence. During one of my session, Lee even took me to the gym and guided me through three leg machines, explaining how this next stage will help me progress. His support and reassurance that I’ll start seeing big improvements mean a lot to me. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and expertise he brings to every session. I feel well supported and motivated, and I am very grateful for the high-quality care he provides. I am very much looking forward to continuing my recovery with Lee.

I have just attended a post op review with my consultant. From receptionist to radiographer ( review xray ) to consultant all staff were welcoming , friendly and empathetic. The time waiting to be seen was minimal and each staff member was efficient and ensured the visit was without issue and all concerns were addressed . Mr Islam, my consultant ,discussed In detail my postop xray and listened to my experience of recovery with interest and empathy - allowing me to tell him anything that had concerned me. My post op recovery status was assessed and encouragement given for further progress with a one year review planned . I left the appointment completely satisfied that I had treated by a person with the highest level of skill and professional attitude.

I was told to report to the Heart Centre, which I did, then tried to catch the attention of the only staff member I could see who was someone eating her breakfast from a bowl. The encounter was not welcoming or friendly. I was told to go downstairs to a different door, with no sign on. When I did finally find the right place the nurse was very friendly and kind, and everything went very well after that. The nurse and the consultant were very good in all they did. My letter of admission insisted that I was 'nil by mouth' so I arrived at the hospital thirsty and hungry. When there I was informed that in fact I could eat and drink whatever I wanted- that there was no restriction. I wish I had been informed correctly in the first place.

I had an excellent experience at Nuffield Hospital Guildford. The hospital was very easy to find, and the reception team were welcoming and efficient. Check-in was quick, and within a few minutes I was seen by the doctor, which was impressive. The facilities were modern and spotless, with a comfortable waiting area and both hot and cold drinks available. The building itself feels contemporary and well maintained, creating a calm and professional environment. The staff were courteous, organised, and clearly experienced, which gave me confidence throughout my visit. Overall, a very smooth and professional experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Nuffield Hospital Guildford.

I was in private unit ,I had an apointment with Mr. al Midani. For the subjects kidney , hernia, obesity. I turst Mr. Al Midani. He is a perfect doctor. 👏👏🧿🧿⭐⭐. He thinks with the patient, on the side of the patient. He explains everything briefly. We had the obesity subject in the last 6-8 months. ,it goes very well. I got 18-20 kg lighter. And in a few months Most probably I will have the surgery for my hernia occured after the kidney transplantation/mediterranian univ. Mr. Al Midani will do the hernia operation here in Royal Free. Because he has the experience on both hernia and kidney transplantation. Thanks to him for all his efforts.. And congrats 👏🧿⭐

He is a really kind, empathic man and a true professional; not once did I feel rushed and he understood exactly what I was going through and how to help. I had a suspected kidney stone after suffering intense pain in my back, and Mr Samsudin was able to diagnose this correctly within minutes of meeting me. He helped me to easily understand my options for treatment and after initially trying medication I then opted for a surgical procedure. The surgery was a 100% success and the whole process top class.

My first appointment was cancelled by the clinic this was after telling me to pay the fee upfront and re booked two weeks later. I arrived on time for my appointment and was told there would be a delay again. After waiting for sometime I asked the staff to find out what the delay was I was then seen by the clinician half an hour later. My experience with the clinician I felt was not worth the fee. I was not examined correctly I was not given any advice as to how to deal with the issue and the letter I received afterwards was not very accurate or informative. So I would not go back again or recommend.

I visited Mr Natt this week after experiencing tightness in my throat. He took the time to ask thorough questions to understand the issue and carried out a nasal endoscopy to investigate further. Throughout the procedure, he explained everything clearly, checked that I was comfortable, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. When the issue became visible on the screen, he carefully explained what was happening in a way that put my mind at ease. Mr Natt was kind, professional, and attentive from start to finish.
