I recently had a breast reduction with lipo filling with Caroline Payne, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. On the day of surgery, her calm, confident manner put all my nerves to rest. The team she works with is amazing too — so kind, attentive and professional. It was a pleasure to meet with Matt Wright again following our consultations and procedures in 2019 and before, when he cured my atrial fibrillation. Thanks to his specialist care, I have been able to successfully carry on running my antique business from my gallery in Pimlico.. Accordingly, it was very reassuring to discover that he had recognised my name after my recent visit to A and E at St Thomases and had been advising on further tests and treatment following the analysis of my seven day monitor. Having explained to him that I had stopped taking the prescribed Bisoprolol 2.5 mg after three days, as it very quickly took my blood pressure down to 50, he recommended that I re-start on 1.25 mg. This reduction appears to have so far done the trick, as my pulse has dropped to mid 60s which is bearable. In conclusion I am so relieved to once again know that Matt is keeping an eye on me and that his ear is available should I need reassurance.

Dr. Muheden was kind and attentive to my concerns and provided exceptional care during my visits. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Thank you!

I booked a private appointment with Dr Mohammed following an admission to hospital and some cardio concerns that had been going on for some time, I had an initial appointment with a follow-up. As someone with multiple chronic conditions, Dr Mohammed is by far the most effective and thorough doctor I have spoken with and I felt heard. I am now being treated for pots and Dr Mohammed has written letters to my GP and appropriate hospitals for next steps, I now feel like I have a plan in place moving forward. I would recommend Dr Mohammed and his secretary, Carol, is really quick in sending reports and is there to answer any additional questions - she’s great. Thanks both!

Staff all good, but I had been given inaccurate info before the appt and didn’t wear contact lenses for 2 weeks beforehand altho this was unnecessary as all measurements had already been taken. I then had to wait over an hour to be seen, longer than for the NHS appt. When I mentioned the long wait I was told this was because everyone had wanted a long discussion as they were private appts! Surely this is to be expected and the solution is not to overbook appts. I can’t comment yet on the procedure as haven’t had it yet.

I could wax lyrical about Professor John Axford. Before my recent visit, my GP’s had misdiagnosed/mishandled my condition. I was in pain. Not only does Professor Axford have a wonderfully kind way about him but his experience and knowledge meant that, after a brief examination and talking to me, he knew exactly what I was suffering from and how to treat it. He put my mind at ease, explained everything clearly and kindly, and I am already on the path to pain free fitness. I could not recommend him more highly.

From the first appointment, it was a great pleasure to work with Matt Lechner. We tried non surgical options for a few months and once we confirmed that it doesn’t help, we decided to do Septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasty surgery. The ADHD coaching I received was excellent. It was so nice to work with someone who had lived experience; it made all the difference. My coach was understanding, compassionate and a great mentor as well as a coach. She asked really thought provoking questions which helped me to think deeper and come up with solutions that would work for the challenges I was facing due to my ADHD and being Mum to an AuDHD daughter.

I have like a fine mist on the eye which I had treatment on, when I drive at night it is like driving at night in fog, I get more reaction from on coming vehicles which I did not have before. My optometrist contacted you for a referral and was told my eyesight was good enough and would not see me under the NHS but I could go private
