On the day of the procedure, I was given clear and thorough explanations about what to expect, and Dr Sinha ensured I fully understood everything, taking the time to answer any questions I had. Following the procedure, Dr Sinha continued to check in with me to ensure I was recovering well and to address any follow-up concerns. I felt extremely well cared for at every stage of my journey and am truly grateful for the level of professionalism, compassion, and support I received. Mr Jon Palmer carried out a complex replacement of my right knee followed three months later by a partial replacement of my left knee. The arrangements for both operations were straightforward and extremely efficient. My care in hospital was first class and both operations were a complete success. I was particularly impressed by the speed of my recovery and the resolution of all the symptoms. I am pain free and can do anything I could do several years ago including cycling, walking and even running despite being nearly 80 years old. Mr Palmer’s manner was exceptionally kind and professional and he dealt with one episode of unnecessary concern by me immediately at some inconvenience to himself and in the kindest and most understanding way possible. There cannot be a specialist knee surgeon better than Jon Palmer anywhere in the country. My rheumatologist was most insistent that Mr Palmer should be the one to do the surgery and that advice was invaluable.

I had a combined ASD & ADHD appointment at Diverse Minds Clinic and am very happy with the outcome. I had to fill in several questionnaires before the appointment, and that was pretty hard. However, the sacrifice was repaid as Dr Cappai put me at ease and understood my difficulties. For the first time, I felt heard, and it was a great experience. The service provided at Diverse Minds Clinic is impressive. They tend to reply very quickly, and staff do all they can to support you. The team has been very helpful, and they went above and beyond to help me with the forms where I was having problems. Dr Cappai also arranged to speak with me on the phone, free of charge, before my appointment, which I thought was remarkable. I will continue working with Dr Cappai during the titration period and possibly in the future. Highly recommended.

I wanted to leave a review because my experience with this psychiatric doctor mr singh has genuinely made a difference in my life. Being assessed and diagnosed with ADHD as an adult wasn’t easy emotionally, but they handled everything with real professionalism, patience, and understanding. I never felt rushed or judged, and they took the time to explain things clearly so I actually understood what was going on rather than feeling labelled. Since the diagnosis, I’ve felt more clarity about myself and my wellbeing, and that alone has been hugely valuable. If you’re nervous about seeking an ADHD assessment or psychiatric support, I’d honestly say you’ll be in safe hands here. Compassionate, thorough, and very respectful throughout the whole process

Overall, I had a good experience at the Fitzrovia Suite. The midwives were supportive, kind, and readily available, providing good care following my c section. I was particularly grateful for the overnight support. The team helped look after my baby, ensuring I was able to get much-needed sleep and rest, which was invaluable for my recovery. However, The handover process between midwives during shift changes could be better managed, as there were some gaps in communication between team members. Additionally, the catering was fairly average and quite rigid in terms of meal timings and available options, which could be more flexible.
