I had a breast augmentation done by Mr Naveen Cavale, on day of the discharge I have been told everything went well but a few days later nerve pain kicked in on right side , barely could walk , was not able to move my arm properly and cried my eyes a lot as could not bare it and I have been told by nurse to go to A&E if it is that bad but this was a private surgery so expected private care too in case of a complication like this. I felt constant daily nerve pain for about 3 weeks but sorted now. 8 weeks after surgery, I started to feel implant ripples of a sudden which to me are also painful especially on left side where is more noticeable at touch. It wakes me up at night if I sleep on that side. I am very upset as most women seem to have great results from this type of surgery in comparison with me otherwise I would have not done this at all in first place. I am also not happy as my upper body mobility has been restricted , I like working out and I have started to lift weights above my head two and half months later and I honestly have to say it is a struggle , not able to extend my arms properly as before and not sure if ever able again to do the workout that I was doing before surgery. Getting implant ripples is the most upsetting of all that happened especially when I made sure I take time off work to recover fully and followed the post procedure recommendations. Now I am worried that will get worse and have to pay again a lot of money for removing them.

I have been seeing Josh at Reflex 18 for the past two months as part of my recovery plan following a Total Knee Replacement in October 2025. During my initial consultation, Josh carefully established my prior level of fitness and worked with me to identify ambitious yet realistic rehabilitation goals. He designed a bespoke programme of graduating exercises which are further adapted during each subsequent appointment. I find it helpful that Josh demonstrates each exercise, fine tunes my ‘effort’ and also emails a visual guide, as a reminder, after each appointment. I believe that I have made far greater progress in terms of knee flexion, stamina and strength by visiting Reflex 18 than I ever would have done if I had attempted to pursue my own rehab using a book or online package. Josh has the ability to identify which muscles need to be worked upon in order to achieve a certain goal and this is something which I could have not done myself. The Reflex 18 rooms are immaculately clean and are well-equipped. I have found every staff member to be friendly and highly professional. There is never any pressure to book further appointments. Parking is plentiful and convenient.. I am very happy with the support which I have received from Reflex 18.

My experience with CP&R…. has been fantastic…. everyone involved has been so very helpful…Becky….. Angela… Tom…. and my trainer Paddy….. (Patrick)…. he has been beyond amazing… from the start…. nothing but encouraging… always supportive…. I have had quite a few bumps along the way and he has always been so kind…. I feel so much stronger… and more confident…Paddy has a wonderful attitude…. full of kindness and nothing but encouragement…. he works you hard but understands one’s limitations… I cannot praise him highly enough…. and I shall never forget this experience…. he has become a lifelong friend…. and I wish him all the luck in the world going forwards…. I reckon CP&R are very lucky to have him!…. My visit with Mr Treharne was truly impactful. After many years I have finally got a diagnosis and future treatment is pending. He was able to signpost me to the next steps I need to take. He listened and importantly heard my story/concerns. He allowed me to lead the conversation. I never felt rushed. He took the time to offer me an ultrasound which gave us a lot of information. For the first time in years, I can see a little light at the end of a tunnel. Which will not only help me physically but will also help my emotional health. Mr Oakley was clear from the start as to what my knee replacement involved, not shying away from the pain I would be in. This was greatly appreciated as I’m not a one for people trying to gloss over of things. He was very kind and also had a sense of humour, together with being totally professional. He came to see me before and after the operation and again before I left hospital after my 2 day stay. I had an 6 week appointment after my op and Mr Oakley was as nice and helpful then as the first time I met him. All in all I have been extremely impressed with his care, also that of the lovely nurses and other staff at the Nuffield in Hereford.

Welcoming and helpful. Only one lift was working and the remaining one was noisy and slow but there was a notice advising of this. The coffee machine in wait area was out of order Reception staff were kind and helpful but sometimes difficult to understand accent. One set of chairs in a sub waiting area was under a shelf which meant I knocked my head. Appeared clean and efficient and was quiet on day of my visit. Preoperative bloods were done straight after consultation which is very good and in fact results appeared next day. That's good service. Overall allowing for things that happen a positive experience.

Mr Vishwanath performed my squint surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with how life-changing the results have been. I had the surgery in September and have now been completely signed off, with the procedure proving to be a huge success. For the first time in my life, I am able to drive without glasses or any worries, and I am no longer dependent on them at all. I now find sports far more enjoyable and feel much more able to do things I previously couldn’t. The booking team are very unhelpful. They are not following the doctors instructions and offer appointments that are spread out throughout the day. There needs to be clear communication between them. My doctors secretary has ignored the doctors instructions and failed to respond to my email to address my appointment schedules. This has caused me to waste 4 weeks. I only came to your clinic as I wanted to see a world renowned doctor. Sadly your service has tainted that doctor’s reputation.
