He took the time to explain every step of the procedure in advance, making sure I fully understood what he would be doing and why. That clarity and reassurance made an enormous difference to my confidence going into surgery. The aftercare was equally superb. He explained what was happening at each stage of my recovery, what the expected outcomes were, and made me feel genuinely supported throughout. His communication was outstanding, and I always felt listened to and cared for. The recovery itself has been the best I’ve ever experienced, and the improvement to my quality of life has been remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for his skill, expertise, and compassion. He is truly exceptional at what he does, and I feel so fortunate to have been under his care. Thank you so much for helping me, for fixing the problem that had affected me for so long, and for doing it with such professionalism and kindness. She took the time to truly listen, asked thoughtful questions, and provided clear explanations throughout the assessment process. I never felt rushed, and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood. The diagnostic clarity and tailored treatment plan have made a significant positive impact on my life. The clinic’s approach goes far beyond a standard appointment, it is holistic, evidence-based, and deeply respectful of individual needs. Communication was excellent, appointments were well organised, and follow-up care was consistent and reliable.

Pleasant waiting area with self-service drinks available. Within an hour you are called and escorted into the preparation/recovery room where you are prepared for the operation and the procedure is explained including a visit from the surgeon to check if you have any questions. The operation takes place in the adjacent theatre where again efforts are made to keep you informed as to what’s happening and before you know it you are escorted back to your recovery area for water and a biscuit. Staff were pleasant and attentive at all times. Once thoroughly checked out you return to the waiting area to be collected by your escort who has already been called to say your are ready for collection. I was back home within 2 hours

From the first consultation through to my recent post surgery follow-up, Mr. Balaggan and his team were informative, clear and reassuring throughout what naturally is a nerve-wracking experience. The advice given my Mr Balaggan, backed up by a clear explanation of the underlying conditions was really helpful in opting for surgery. The procedure itself was superbly managed and the whole experience was a comfortable one with no pain and very little discomfort. Early indications of significant improvement in my vision are there and i look forward to this progressing further over coming months. A huge thank you to Kam and his team!

When I was recommended the Life Plus infusion I was shown a price list of 280 for members & 310 for non members & I agreed to proceed . When I paid I was charged 350 and told the price list I had been shown was an old one . The manager offered me £80 credit on any further treatment. Upon reflection I feel I should have been given the £40 reduction today . I also had to endure a neighbour listening to her phone message on loud speaker, when I asked her to use headphones she moved but proceeded to use her phone more quietly which was ok but not great .

I’d definitely recommend your clinic but was a little disappointed today by the lack of sympathy from the sonographers when I went for my 6 week 4 day scan. I explained that the pregnancy wasn’t viable (I’d had a blood test at your clinic on Saturday and learn by HCG only increased 8% in 48 hrs) and this would be my third miscarriage in 12 months from my IVF pregnancies and I didn’t receive any shock or sympathy for this. It wasn’t a big deal but if the practice wants to be even better some additional warmth and sympathy would go a long way.

My visit with Mrs Bulchandani was thorough and professional, and I felt well supported. Mrs Bulchandani was able to provide initial reassurance following a hands-on examination. An ultrasound carried out on the same day put my mind further at rest, and bloods taken during the appointment confirmed where I was on my menopausal journey. I can’t rate Mrs Bulchandani enough, and if I need to seek another appointment with a gynaecologist I wouldn't hesitate to see Mrs Bulchandani again. Thank you!

During my appointment, I was recommended a series of creams, and I did purchase them. I was a bit taken aback by the total expense at checkout, as the cost wasn't explicitly mentioned or discussed during our consultation. I was simply asked if I wanted to purchase them here today. It would also have been helpful for me as a patient to understand if there were any alternative products available through NHS, even if they weren't the primary recommendation.

Dr. Kapur was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, thorough in her examination, and confident in creating a plan to manage and treat my condition. She has working relationships with several other physicians locally to whom I was referred for further testing. We scheduled a follow up visit for next month to assess progress and discuss treatment options. I left feeling supported and hopeful. Thank you, Dr. Kapur!

It was refreshing to be looked at as a whole human being rather than just one body part with one issue. Turns out, all my health issues link to an autoimmune disease! Nearly 40 years on this earth until the doctor put this together. The only drawback as a private client (without insurance) is that I will probably be only able to see the doctor that one time as the price is so high.

Mr Bahram Fakouri

I'm currently under Mr Fakouri's care due to a (quite severe) herniated L5-S1 which has been causing me trouble all year. He was quickly able to book me in for a caudal epidural injection which is alleviating a great portion of the pain (able to bend down for the first time in 8 months). Mr Fakouri is a good listener, a very calm and professional presence. Would recommend :)

Treated with so much respect from entering the hospital until leaving. Kept fully informed of expected time of surgery. As soon as I regained consciousness I was again treated so well. Consultant and physiotherapist visited to explain what had been done and exercises started to get me back on my feet. Discharged home within 36 hrs. Thank you to all involved.

A very calm, reassuring and friendly atmosphere. The New Victoria also had the necessary scanning and blood testing facilities just a few steps away from the consultation rooms. The hospital is well served by the 57 bus route but also has facilities for dropping patients off and also limited parking.
