I booked a consultation for my daughter, Olivia P,with Mr Robert Sutcliffe on Monday 24th November 2025 at 2.00pm. With Olivia’s full consent, I handled all communication on her behalf due to her work commitments. Before the appointment, Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary contacted me to ask whether the consultation could be moved to the following week. I explained that we were due to travel abroad for three weeks to celebrate my husband’s milestone birthday. She advised she would discuss this with Mr Sutcliffe. She later called back to confirm that, in light of our circumstances, Mr Sutcliffe was happy to keep the original appointment — which he honoured. I accompanied Olivia to her consultation. Mr Sutcliffe was exceptionally thorough. He examined her carefully, explained his diagnosis with clarity and compassion, and put both of us completely at ease as he outlined the next steps. He requested a further liver function blood test, which Olivia had done at Nuffield Health Wolverhampton. I asked Nuffield Health to send the results to both Mr Sutcliffe and Olivia’s GP, which was done. Mr Sutcliffe’s secretary informed me as soon as the results were received and assured me they would be reviewed promptly. True to her word, Mr Sutcliffe reviewed the results quickly. His secretary then advised that he had no concerns and that our planned follow-up in the New Year could go ahead as arranged. I would also like to note that, as we were leaving Harborne Hospital, we happened to see Mr Sutcliffe leaving at the same time. It was clear he had come in specifically to see Olivia that day, knowing we were travelling abroad — something he was under no obligation to do. As a family, we found this gesture incredibly thoughtful and deeply appreciated it. Throughout the entire process, Mr Sutcliffe could not have been more helpful, supportive or empathetic. I am truly grateful that we can now go away on our family celebration holiday with complete peace of mind, knowing my daughter is under the care of such a capable, caring and dedicated professional. I highly recommend Miss Masara Laginaf if you are considering any eye surgery. I was apprehensive and nervous when considering Lasek eye surgery, but from the first consultation Ms Laginaf explained the process with such expert knowledge and detail, and was able to answer any questions I had. Most importantly, she was incredibly reassuring and was able to listen and answer all my questions with kindness. From arriving with anxiety about the procedure, I left feeling nothing but excitement! During the surgery, it was clear that Ms Laginaf is highly experienced and an expert in the field. The procedure was done in no time at all, and all the way throughout Ms Laginaf continued to put me at complete ease and reduced any nerves completely. Her entire team were incredibly kind, warm and caring. She was incredibly generous with her time throughout the consultations, procedures and even afterwards where I had follow up questions. I am at Kingsbridge Hospital for partial knee replacement surgery. Surgical Ward 1 - 28/11/2025. I am writing to express my deepest and sincere thanks for the outstanding care I am receiving during my stay at Kingsbridge Hospital, Ballykelly. The professionalism and kindness I am receiving during my care is outstanding. Sarah, Kerry, Laura & Kim (night staff) from Ward 1 have all been wonderful, nothing was any trouble and I want to thank them for going above and beyond to ensure my well being. Unfortunately, I can’t remember all the names of the staff on ward 1 when I booked in, but again these staff were amazing (Keavsa/luke). I have felt very at ease during my stay and that has come across naturally from you all. You deserve recognition for all your hard work and care you have provided. I see Dr. Lil, who is absolutely amazing. She spent 30 minutes just listening to my history and my frustrations before ever laying a hand on me. I had a concern that it had been a while since the incident that had caused me to need to visit a doctor, and as such, I thought explanation and initial diagnosis would be more difficult. Dr. Izquierdo, however, was accomplished at not making me feel like that and the technique he used to explore my view of my full health and lifestyle enabled us both to understand not only the injury but how I had reached this point in the context of a multifaceted life. Even before we reached the point of diagnosis for the actual injury I felt the visit had been beneficial. Dr. Izquierdo's proposal for further investigations was exactly what I had hoped for and set me on the path to focused and appropriate further treatment.

I received warm, well informed professional attention throughout my care at St Anthony's Hospital; from outpatients through to discharge. The room was clean, well heated and ventilated, equipment checked and the armchairs comfortable. The unit was quiet. Nursing staff answered call bells promptly and with kindness and a smile. No request was considered a problem. Their level of knowledge and professionalism was excellent along with the standard of care. Physiotherapy care was also excellent and given with respect to my individual needs. Recovery staff were informative and reassuring. Excellent care there too. I include catering staff who also took care in their work. A few glitches with the electronics on the bed and the new bathroom which received prompt attention - the unit has been recently renovated.

My daughter had a routine check up and a filling was recommended. My daughter was extremely nervous and became upset following the appointment. We returned to the dentist and Dr Seren welcomed us back to the treatment room and talked my daughter gently and thoroughly through the process. In the day of the appointment., Dr Seren and assistant moved treatment rooms to ensure my daughter had a TV screen to distract her. Dr Seren took the appointment at my daughter's pace and kindly described each stage of the process. My daughter and I are left with an excellent impression of Dr Seren, Quality Dental and our nerves associated with the Dentist have been lifted. Dr Seren has such a lovely manner, from the way she spoke to my daughter, to me and to her staff, she is a credit to her profession.

Dr Janjua is always incredibly thorough in the eye exam, explaining each step and answering all my questions with patience. He takes the time to discuss my prescription in detail and also the variety of lens options available such as anti-fatigue, blue light reduction and anti-glare. I work in the computing industry and having the right eyewear makes the difference between a good day and one where you’re severely tired at the end of it. Dr Janjua’s expertise and attention to detail makes sure you’re confident it will be a good day.

Mr Shehzaad Khan

Dr. Khan operated my knee. It was a difficult procedure as it involved a multi ligament injury and a meniscus tear. 16 months post operation I went back to play football. Mr. Kahn is very supportive and provides planned follow ups to keep track of progress. In my last visit Mr. Kahn decided to see me again in 6 months to assess the overall recovery and decide whether or not take further action as there are still some minor issues with the knee.

Dr Manuela Cresswell

This was my final post operative check up after my ear operation. Dr Cresswall has a pleasant manner and explains everything in detail in a way that is easily understandable. Throughout my treatment, from the initial appointment, through my operation and post operative check ups, Dr Cresswell has been excellent. I will need an operation on my other ear and I have no problem being looked after by Dr Cresswell. I know I am in a safe pair of hands.
