Before I met Glenda I was at a very low point in my life. I was experiencing an incredible amount of stress and anxiety following a breakdown in my relationship. I found it very hard to function at a level to which I was used to. I have always been high energy and needed to be for my work. Glenda instantly put me at ease, she was always very patient and explained in great detail why I was feeling why I was. Glenda is highly professional and never once did I feel patronised or judged. She spoke to me with respect and encouraged me to learn more about my situation through reading, podcasts, audiobooks etc which really helped me along the way. Some days I would arrive at our therapy session without knowing what I was going to discuss but Glenda creates a safe environment which allows you to open up and share your thoughts and feelings. Glenda is an incredible psychodynamic therapist and has been highly influential in my life and I will be forever grateful for her knowledge, her patience and her kindness. Thank you for everything.

When quarterly injections no longer worked for my condition, I was told surgery was my only option. A daunting prospect, particularly as I had never had major surgery before. I am so fortunate that I was referred to Mr Barazi. From the first meeting he asked detailed questions about my condition and listened to me. His calm, confident and personable manner instilled trust immediately. He took the time to explain the procedure, showing me examples and talking me through my MRI and CT scans, as well as preparing me for how I might feel post-surgery. My many questions were answered with infinite patience and continue to be as I recover. My life is returning to normal again, something I found hard to imagine a few weeks ago. Mr Barazi is an amazing surgeon, and a kind and caring human being. I cannot thank or recommend him highly enough.

I have had 2 procedures to remove BCC on my nose with skin grafts from my neck. The first BCC was infiltrative and I have needed Immiquimod for 6 weeks once the surgeries had healed. It has been a challenging 6 months but the support and guidance from Jane has been exceptional. From the first consultation I felt listened to and part of the decision making process. She has shown great empathy and has broken the bad news that I needed more treatment with care and concern. I have really appreciated her phone calls updating me and guiding me through the options available. I arrived early, as I was expecting to be seen in time, but my appointment was late ~45mins. I had discussed on the phone that I wanted to see someone who is going to be helpful with discussing menopause and other related issues. I was paying for the appointment myself, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately the time with the doctor felt rushed and I felt not heard. I had done a lot of research on holistic menopause care, and I felt that the doctor wasn’t in the same wave length with me. I was just advised to go and read more on menopause in two different websites. Examination was fine and straight forward, but to be sure of the diagnosis I will need futher procedures.

My appointment with Philip Robinson couldn't have gone better. I went to him as a singer with issues about my throat - roughness and some minor issues caused from previously singing through a cold. He gave me a laryngoscopy then and there during our initial consultation, prescribed my some medication, and referred me to a speech therapist. His avuncular manner and friendly dispossession helped put me at ease, and he explained everything to me in layman's terms, helping me understand the best course of action for my vocal challenges. Additionally, he removed some unexpected hard wax build-up in my ears.

I saw Dr Alicia Ng for an incredibly itchy rash around my eyes and neck that just wouldn't clear up, even after trying over-the-counter creams. She was very thorough during the examination, identifying the issue as allergic contact dermatitis and noticing patches I hadn't even seen behind my ears. She provided a clear management plan, including a Protopic prescription and helpful advice on avoiding fragrances. I’m really relieved to have a proper diagnosis—highly recommend her.

I visited the clinic to discuss removal of a lesion on my eyelid. Having spoken to the consultant Mt Murray I decided to have it removed. I returned two weeks later to have the surgery. All the staff were very supportive and took time to explain the whole procedure to me. In particular Jenny took great care of me and made sure I felt as relaxed as I could be. Everything went to plan and I would like to thank everybody that was involved.

Had a pre-assessment with a wonderful Nurse, I feel terrible for forgetting her name, but she was fantastic. Did blood tests, didn’t even feel a scratch. And she did many other tests, blood pressure, ecg, swabs etc. she explained everything so clearly, so professional, but above all this, she was one of the friendliest people I’ve met. Such a lovely young lady. She saw me bang on my appointment time. No waiting. Perfect experience.

I was happy about the appointment and MRI.But approaching for the report,it is too difficult.I tried to contact via the phone around 8 times but no answer.In the evening I managed to speak to someone.I sent all the requirements by email to get reports but I haven’t received the reports until Wednesday morning. Wednesday midday tried again but still same ,no one answering the phone..still waiting for the response.
