I had a total knee replacement and from start to present, I have been treated amazingly. All staff are amazing and simply brilliant at their job and in particular care of patients. Special mention to Salmon (Sal) who looked after me on the day post operation. he was superb, so helpful and patient. The team that looked after me immediately post op, were terrific, so kind and understanding. Mr Gillespie's pre-operating team were so reassuring especially when I was so nervous regarding the spinal block. Thank you to everyone for such superb care and attention. Although I was in tremendous pain post op, I can now reflect and appreciate who well I was looked after and especially the individual care and attention displayed by the team - very simply 'thank you'

I was intrigued by the services offered, as they seemed too good to be true. I'm a mid-life woman, starting to worry more about my overall health and wellbeing but didn't want to burden the NHS with curiosity! I really just wanted to have an MOT, to spot any underlying issues or potential health concerns. I was really impressed with the whole set up - state of the art machines, beautiful and clean building - with the most relatable, down-to-earth and professional team of experts. I felt in safe hands, and I had all the advice, tests and support I needed to give me a 12 month clean bill of health but with some advice on how to improve and maintain my health and wellbeing. At 50 years old I wondered whether the operation was worth while and considered whether to go through with the process. However, after meeting Mr Farrar and getting a clear understanding of the procedure and the recovery period I decided to go ahead. The procedure took place in June and I was back cycling and exercising in September. The first 6 weeks of recovery are a bit tedious, and this was clearly explained to me. Would I go through with it again? Yes, however really do hope that I don`t need to!! Thanks you very much to Mr Farrar and the team - Outstanding Job!!

The results of the orperation are simply impressive and I am very happy with the way my breast looks. Only minor scarring and an esthetically pleasant result. I am very grateful that Ms Elfadl gave me this option of reconstruction.

I'm sure it was being decorated when I visited 6 months ago. Still is. Before appointment they send forms to be completed online. No problem with that except one is for COVID asking if anybody on the family has been to a country on the government red list or been told to isolate by NHS. Neither of those things happen now. I raise it every time and nothing changes. Almost as if nobody reads the reviews. So much for "quality"

The Spire Cheshire has a calm atmosphere and a good coffee machine. The front of house staff are friendly and clear. The waiting area is clean. The staff and service in the mammogram area are also friendly and the person who handled my mammogram was very caring and conscious of the challenging situation for me and treated me with respect and dignity.

I have always had a phobia about dentist s having had bad experiences as a child. Although my phobia has not gone away I found the whole experience very calm. The receptionist with her friendly manner relaxed me straight away. The dentist has a calming manner also and did not push me from my comfort zone. Overall a good experience.
