Moorfields truly deserves its reputation as the best eye hospital in the world. Mr Pal is an exceptional surgeon,highly knowledgeable, calm, polite, and genuinely caring. I have been living with diabetic retinopathy for a long time, and the fear of losing my sight has been constant. Thanks to Mr Pal’s expertise and treatment, my vision is now stable, and I feel reassured that my eyesight is safe. I am also deeply grateful to the entire team who supported me throughout this journey. Mr Pal’s secretary was wonderful, and the lady I spoke to on the phone took the time to explain every step clearly and patiently. She followed up with a detailed yet easy-to-understand email outlining the treatment and costs, which made a very daunting situation much easier to manage. The nursing staff were equally outstanding—kind, attentive, and reassuring at every stage. While the treatment is expensive, it is absolutely worth it when it comes to preserving your eyesight. After living in fear for so long, this care has given me peace of mind and hope again. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Mr Pal. I discovered him purely by chance through an acquaintance, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Moorfields Eye Hospital and Mr Pal to anyone. Dr Jog, wow!! As a first time mother with a baby suffering from a cows milk allergy an being sent from pillar to post by my GP and health visiting team- my baby was seriously poorly and had experienced and unexplained breathing event. My worries as a mother were growing as my baby was clearly in pain and suffering. After one visit Dr jog took full control of my baby’s health- gave a clear explanation and her plan to tackle it. She clearly explained to just listen to her and I needed to follow her care plan for 4 weeks untill my follow up appointment. I had a different baby within a week this allowed us to have a lovely first Christmas! Enjoy my baby and being a mother but most importantly my baby is now in good health and thriving! I cannot thank her enough!

I found Mr Nair to be very personable and attentive. He took copious written notes as I explained my problem and concerns. He suggested an adjustment to my medication regimen, which will help with troublesome side-effects, writing to my GP accordingly. This is a particular source of relief to me. He has also made an NHS referral for me, for a separate, concerning issue. I am extremely glad that I made the decision to see Mr Nair privately, rather than wait for an NHS appointment. If I should need any further advice or support, I won't hesitate to make a further appointment to see him. This was a very positive and supportive experience, Thank you Mr Nair.

I can't praise 'Dr Paddy' highly enough. From a clear explanation of the proposed procedure, to carrying out the operation and even taking the time to drop in on me at discharge, he was superb. The quality of his surgical technique is borne out by an amazingly speedy recovery. In less than three weeks I was off crutches around the house, in less than 5 weeks taking short walks outside and driving, all without any noticeable discomfort or difficulty. 5 stars are not enough. Cannot tell you about my visit as my reply to asking for an appointment is we don’t have and appointments and try calling on a Monday Tuesday or Thursday. Absolutely disgusting I’d be happy if given a date in a months time . You know you can never either get through on the phone or online to ge pain and with many other issues t an appointment. Spend a hour on hold to be told there are no appointments so I’m living in absolute pain and many other issues what a waste of time
