I booked and paid for a private online consultation with Dr Vinesan Naidoo regarding persistent hyperprolactinaemia confirmed on blood tests (monomeric prolactin approx. 590 mIU/L; total prolactin approx. 704 mIU/L) with ongoing symptoms including low libido, low energy, anxiety, poor sleep and mood issues. This appointment was extremely disappointing. From the start, I was interrupted repeatedly and not allowed to explain my symptoms properly. The doctor quickly dismissed the issue as “physiological” and “not a medical concern” despite clearly abnormal blood results and clear symptoms affecting my quality of life. What I found most frustrating is that he seemed to assume he knew better than I do about what I’m experiencing, essentially implying that raised prolactin at these levels cannot cause symptoms — even though it is well known that prolactin elevation can affect libido, mood, energy and sexual function in men. There was no structured assessment and no clear plan. The consultation did not cover: possible causes of raised prolactin repeat testing plan (fasting, stress-controlled, early morning) medication/supplement review endocrine referral pathway whether pituitary imaging should be considered if prolactin remains elevated As a patient paying privately, I expected a professional, thorough medical discussion. Instead, I felt dismissed and rushed, and left with no help, no reassurance, and no next steps. I cannot recommend this doctor based on my experience. I paid for a medical consultation, but what I received was an opinion with no investigation, no plan and no clinical value.

Overall, in my experience, Professor Owen Judd exemplifies excellence in consultant ENT practice, combining advanced clinical skill with academic contribution and compassionate patient care. I have no doubt therefore, that he would be just as exemplary in the discharge of his other specialty areas of his profession. Professor Judd comes highly recommended and I would like to reassure any potential future patients that they would be in very safe and capable hands.

I had four wisdom teeth extracted by Raf Niziol and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was very nervous beforehand, but from my very first consultation Raf was incredibly friendly, calm and reassuring while also being extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on and exactly what needed to be done, which immediately put me at ease. He also has an excellent team around him, especially Dr Imran Ahmad, my anaesthetist, who was equally kind, professional and reassuring. On the day of the surgery Raf made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and the whole process was handled so smoothly. Even after the surgery, during my post-op consultation, he was just as friendly, thorough and professional. I genuinely can’t recommend Raf enough. I’m extremely grateful to him and his team for such a positive experience during what could have been a very stressful procedure.

My GP tries to the best they can but frankly they just cannot be flexible and I'd spend visits trying to to fit in their calendar, leaving me waiting for a rushed 10 minute appointment only to then refer me somewhere else. Something had to change. I'm lucky enough that I can spend a little to get a great service and Daleswood Health really deliver exceptional service. My recent visit was for a mole removal. In and out within 50 minutes and the mole had been removed, fantastic service from Dr Oliver Denton and also not forgetting Mary on reception. So glad I've found them. Dr Charlotte Frise is an excellent doctor. Despite the multiple complications I had, she had time for me even when she was off duty. She saw me through until I sailed through. I was never afraid at any point even when I couldn’t breathe and had oxygen of 80% on room air, I was motivated. Her smile was always soothing and reassuring, it felt like family. She treats patients like family and it’s heartwarming in difficult times. I begin to tear up when I express how I feel about the care she gave me. Am very impressed and grateful for her services. The NHS is blessed to have doctors like her.

I have been with Professor Sanderson at London Digestion for more than 10 years. As always he puts you at ease, listens to your concerns and is friendly and extremely professional. He is an expert in the treatment of Crohn’s Disease and is the only specialist that I have seen in the 30+ years that I have had Crohn’s, who has really understood and treated my Crohn’s properly, hence why I continue to have him as my specialist despite no longer living in the area. I very highly recommend London Digestion, Professor Sanderson and all of his friendly staff.

The waiting area felt like a barricaded corridor that was set up to harvest organs down the back of an alleyway. With the scales about a stretch of an arm away from the tightly seated row of patients looking directly at you, not much was existent of privacy. The room that I went into for pre op observation could be mistaken for the entrance door to a toilet cubicle. Inside was much similar. Repeated knocking from other staff member during your appointment also made the whole thing seem rushed. It didn’t feel like England, let alone Spencer.

Dr Yeo saw my daughter who is 10 and had been having severe headaches. I’d read that pressure in the brain could cause changes to your eyes and headaches so we sought his expert advice. He used the latest technology available to check that the pressure in her eyes was ok and this really put our minds at ease. Dr Yeo was very thorough and his manner put me and my daughter at ease. I have always been happy with the service and patient experience at the London Clinic. However, when I went for my MRI on a Saturday morning, MRI department was closed and there was no information about it. I had to go around the hospital to try and find out what was going on. After about an hour I was finally sent to another MRI scanner on a different floor . The clinicians there were lovely and very apologetic about the experience I had although it was not their fault.

After a frustrating year with an ankle injury sustained playing football, seeing Alex at PSM has been great. Alex provided a detailed analysis of my gait and took a 3D scan of my foot to create orthoses customised to me. He also clearly explained what was going on with my ankle and how it can get better, having done a number of tests to pinpoint the issue. Highly recommend Alex for anyone struggling with a foot-related sports injury.
