My consultation with Dr Cho was genuinely outstanding — far above any experience I’ve ever had on Harley Street. From the moment I walked in, Iva's warm greeting put me instantly at ease and set the tone for an exceptional visit. Dr Cho manages to combine true professionalism with a kindness and warmth that you don’t often find. Her expertise was obvious right away. She identified several concerns quickly and even carried out a couple of minor treatments during the appointment. She explained everything in a clear, simple way that made it easy for me to understand exactly what was happening and why. What really stood out was how generous she was with her time. I never felt rushed for a single moment. Instead, I felt genuinely listened to, cared for, and fully confident that I was in the best possible hands. The whole experience was reassuring, uplifting, and frankly a pleasure. Dr Cho made a tremendous impression on me, and based on many consultations I’ve had elsewhere, I can honestly say she is one of a kind. Experts of her calibre are incredibly rare. From the beginning, I was met by a warm and friendly PA, which set the tone for the entire experience. When I first met Ms. Hunt, I was immediately impressed by her professionalism, deep knowledge, and approachable manner. She conducted a thorough examination to determine the cause of my hearing issues and then sent me for a scan. Afterward, she took the time to explain in detail what she believed the problem might be and the steps we could take to confirm it. She diagnosed a cholesteatoma in my ear quickly and clearly. Since then, I have undergone two procedures: one for a grommet and, more recently, a four-hour surgery during which Ms. Hunt removed my eardrum and cleared the disease. The care she provided throughout the process was exceptional, and the surgical results speak for themselves, my scar has healed well and looks very good. I would confidently recommend Ms. Hunt to anyone who needs to see an ENT specialist. Her expertise, communication, and genuine patient care are outstanding.

This was my first visit to this lovely private GP practice. Lots of parking and ground floor facility was the first tick. Lovely big bright windows another tick creating brightness in what is usually not available in most other medical establishments. No sooner on the door I was greeted with smiles and courtesy from the lovely, friendly receptionists who welcomed me and offered me refreshments. Plenty of books and magazines if I wanted but didn't need them as I was taken at my exact appointment time, another big tick. My GP, Dr Fiona Moore came out to greet me and as I'd completed an online form with my reason for attending she was on the ball with what was required. She was so relaxed and friendly I felt like I'd known her for a long time and I felt at ease answering any questions. Having examined me she knew what the issue was and reassured me. Overall a brilliant experience.

I have been a client of the surgery for many years going back to when Johnathan Richardson set up the practice just off Wilson's Corner. I continued to use the surgery when premises were established in Shenfield. It was when I experienced heart problems some 5 years ago that I found Dr. Athreya to be particularly helpful. He offered his private cell phone number should I need help or advice at this difficult time prior to surgery. This literally proved a lifeline. I saw Dr. Athreya on 4th December this year and as usual he was able to diagnose the problem and prescribe a treatment plan. Dr Athreya is an experienced, knowledgeable practitioner and a credit to the team at EPD. He puts patients at ease and is interested in their experiences. I was sorry to hear he was leaving for I feel sure he will be sorely missed.

Fast and efficient xperience. However 10 mins before my lung biopsy going into theatre an extra £985 was billed to me for my lung function test which was never shown in the estimate for Portland place. Surely this cost is known before as I had and paid my £850 for my ct scan on the same day. How is this not shown on an estimate for My visit and sent me the morning of my surgery, utterly disappointed in the treatment and delay in informing me of this for such a short test of 20minutes. If I had known about this extra hidden cost of nearly £1000 I may have pulled out of the whole treatment as this has now depleted my savvings

He explained that my recovery would be quicker as I was younger and in good health and would get more use out of it. The team on the OCD ward incredibly kind caring and compassionate. It's like being part of a family, including the other 5 patients here. Although, it was challenging at times, I've learnt so much about my condition and I now realise that my beliefs does not necessarily mean it's true. If you're suffering with OCD and feel like you're alone or you have nowhere else to turn to, I highly recommend the Nightingale's 28 day inpatient stay.

The staff were lovely both on the ward and in theatre. There was a wait of almost an hour for a bed when I arrived at the appointed time. The room had to be cleaned before I was moved in. I felt the organisation was chaotic in the lead up to my hip replacement. I felt it was not a staff issue but more a lack of planning in the system.
