Mr Andy Roche is a highly experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon specialising in the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of the full range of foot and ankle conditions. His practice covers both operative and non‑operative management, with a strong focus on achieving excellent functional outcomes for patients of all activity levels.

• Osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis of the foot and ankle

Mr Roche has specialist expertise in sports injury mechanisms, performance‑focused rehabilitation, and the correction of complex foot and ankle deformities, using both internal and external fixation techniques.

His work has received multiple awards, including the national prize for best research presented at the British Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (BOFAS).
He is a persistent educator in his local hospital and regularly teaches and presents on national and international courses for orthopaedic trainees, doctors and professions allied to medicine.
