Very responsive, empathetic and thorough. I couldn't believe that Dr Smith was happy to communicate with me about my appointment over the weekend. The reception staff also responded to my email over the weekend. I was able to write everything down in an email in advance of my consultation. Really helpful if a patient has some complex and possible overlapping issues.

Brilliant experience! I arrived early for my appointment, but I didn’t have to wait. After signing a form and having photographs taken, I was called for an X-ray, and then within a few minutes the doctor called me in for assessment. Dr Bathula was very professional, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. She made the whole process easy and relaxing. Overall, an impressive service. Keep up the good work!
