I arrived very early but the receptionist was welcoming and gave me the form to complete. Dr Murphy saw me at the appointment time, he was very friendly and easy to talk to. He examined the lesions ,explained everything clearly to me which was very reassuring ,gave me prescription and told me how best to care for my skin. I felt the appointment was focused on me and I could ask any questions and know that I would be listened to.
