I had the pleasure to meet Dr. Clark for a 12 weeks post ankle surgery check. He is an wonderful doctor and help me getting into a good physiotherapy centre, as I was a bit behind with my recovery.
My experience was excellent. The administration of the clinic was both welcoming and efficient. Mr. Clark was also very welcoming, efficient, clear in his explanations, and easy to talk to.
Callum calmly talks me through what my options might be in the future should the injections start to fail.
Callum Clark was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough always explaining everything fully. You could not be in better hands for any foot or ankle injury.
Everything ran to time and a good experience all round. Mr Clark manages to be professional and clear and still come across warm.
He was warm and friendly and provided clear explanations
It's been a long road for me to find Mr Clark, consulting around the country with various surgeons to find the right approach to solve my instability issues. Mr Clark was in fact a referral from another consultant, and I travelled from the north to see him in Windsor, and remotely thereafter. His advice has been plain, grounded in what the evidence and his experience has taught him, and the treatment plan changed slightly after he shared my case with a colleague. All of the above illustrated to me that he truly cares about the surgical and functional outcomes, and that patients aren't simply a cash cow to fill consultation appointments. The latter had been my experience elsewhere. I could go on, but I wont. Mr Clark has been amazing and I am extremely excited to start to enjoy life once again on my new and more stable footing.
Thorough, was aware of history of fracture way back in 2017, organised X-rays, reassured not a recurrence of earlier problem. Checked other foot for joint disease/damage/deformity, very satisfactory, options and care plan discussed.
Great end to end process from booking an appointment to actual consultantionn̈
