Mr Clark took over an existing injury and investigated the problem thoroughly

I have had a very very very long journey with my foot troubles. Passed from pillar to post, with a functional issue that caused pain and dysfunction, not in the foot, but elsewhere because of the biomechanical effects of my foot instability. Mr Clark was the first consultant to really consider the complexity of my issue, which in his world I understand is subtle, but to me it was not. I met with him a couple of times before any treatment plan was proposed or agreed. He also consulted with another colleague, which was re-assuring to me that I wasn't just another number, or appointment to fill. This has been my experience with other consultants that I have sadly paid. With Mr Clark, I felt heard and understood, and it seemed to me that he was genuinely invested in finding a solution for me. Fast forward 6-months post surgery and the recent removal of the arthrodesis screw, I have a much more stable foot, which functions at least 50-60% better, with headroom for future improvement as it heals and my rehab continues. The secondary pain I used to get at my knee, hip and low back, doesn't happen any more. To say I can feel the difference is an understatement. I cannot thank Mr Clark enough...I I am based in the northwest of the UK, Mr Clark in Windsor. Where possible, he also facilitated remote follow-ups so that I didn't have to travel unnecessarily.

Met MR Clark to look a couple of chronic ankle and foot issues, it was very informative, plan was explained very clearly all the way from invetigation to diagnostic and i finally understand why i get the pain i get. I saw Mr Clark for my 6th month check up after mid foot fusion surgery. He was very professional, reassuring as I am quite anxious. He explained everything very clearly and how I could contact him in the future should I need too.
