Fantastic experience. Very friendly helpful staff. Vivek was so professional, reassuring and a very experienced and gifted surgeon. He really listened to my concerns initially and individualised my experience with ease. He gave me exactly what I was looking for. The results are amazing.
I have absolutely no issues with my recent procedure. All staff were good at what they do and I was made to feel cared for and valued. The only drawback was that on my surgery day, I was ‘marked up’ by my surgeon and I was waiting to go only to be told surgery had to be cancelled, as the anaesthetist hadn’t turned up! At that time I was totally deflated. You don’t expect this when you’re paying thousands of pounds. I was taken the following week so not too long but obviously I had organised my dogs in a home boarder and someone to pop in and make sure I was ok. This all had to be rearranged. All went well when I got my procedure .
This was an initial consultation for a non cosmetic problem - consultation was very good with Mr Keith Hussay and have decided to progress with treatment advised

had my 3 months check with my surgeon (professor man) i'm extremely happy with my outcome of my breast reduction never been happier my care from the clinic has been amazing i was seen every week for the first 10 weeks as my body was rejecting stitches every second but i was truly looked after the best. thank you so much

Staff were all super friendly and professional. Nothing was a hassle for them. Great location and visit all went to plan as communicated. Date for procedure was flexible to my timings and the doctors availability which really worked.
