Mr Manjunathan Sivaprakasam

Mr.Sivaprakasam was very approachable and explained the answers to my questions very well. A 'lovely' doctor.

Everyone was kind and helpful i was very nervous staff put me at ease. Explained things as they went along. Aftercare was very good. Nurses in recovery Kept asking if I was OK. Mr Sivaprakasan is lovely I would recommend him to anyone. Always kind a caring. Explains thing properly, I was offered op earlier at Maidstone but when they said he wouldn't be doing it I opted to wait for him. My overall experience of my operation was very good.

Over the course of two years I have been under the care of Mr Sivaprakasam. He was very clear about the procedure , the after care and explained the process thoroughly. I was completely reassured about what would happen and how it would happen. He was patient answering all my questions.

My first consultation with this surgeon was in March 26. He was very personable and explained a needed a total hip replacement. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently dates were arranged, and the fact that his secretary was so helpful and accommodating to find dates that suited me. The operation date proceeded with no hitch and the surgeon explained, on day of operation, exactly what was to be done. I was very apprehensive but everything went really well. Six weeks later I am a new woman! I am walking without support and out of most pain. If I overdo things, I ache, but I m listening to my body and doing exactly as I am told! Kim’s hospital in Maidstone were marvelous and twice helped me out after discharge. Once, day after discharge, when wound dressing popped and I could not get help from GP and again when GP cancelled my important appointment to check wound day 14. Post op. On my 6 week review today he was lovely and as pleased as I am with the outcome. He is my hero!

Dr. Sivaprakasam has been an amazing doctors advocate for me over the years. I can’t thank him enough for ensuring that I got the appropriate care even after my surgery. His professionalism and kindness is exceptional.

I met with Mr Siva on two seperate occasions. He was both polite and professional. He could see that I was concerned about a condition I had and set about straight away ordering an mri scan for me. When I returned for my results he was keen to put my mind at rest that there was nothing sinister going on. He explained my two conditions so clearly to myself and my husband, which we absolutely appreciated. Thank you Mr Siva, you are a true professional and a gentleman.
