Dr Darr's decision to perform the complex sinus drainage surgery the way he did, despite it being more complicated, showed great skill and consideration for her long-term health. His ability to explain everything clearly, both before and after the surgery, put both our daughter and us at ease. Dr Darr's bedside manner was outstanding - he took the time to reassure us, answer all our questions, and explain the procedure in a way our teenager could understand. We particularly appreciated him coming out to update us after surgery and the thorough post-op appointment where he went through everything in detail. Dr Darr's professionalism, expertise, and kindness throughout have made a really tough time easier for us. Thank you for using your skills to make the best decision for our daughter's health.

All of the staff at Nuthfield were so kind. Everyone was always smiling and being happy and kind to myself and my partner. From the receptionist who told us where to go and took us to our room. To the night nurse that checked us in to the room. I had multiple nurses come and check on me throughout the time I waited to have the cystoscopy. We were able to get food before and after. We arrived at 07:00 on the 27th, and I can't remember all the lovely people's names who helped us. My only slight criticism would be from arriving at the hospital at 07:00 the actual procedure didn't start till after 09:00 and this gave me lots of time to overthink the procedure. But I think that was a me problem and I also don't know how long these things take to check people in etc. So apologies if it is standard haha.

Mr Thomas took the time to listen to my story and concerns and ensured that he addressed any questions that I or my husband had during the consultation. His explanation as to the cause of my pain and the review of my MRI scan was very clear and aided by the use of a 3D model of the spine where needed. He outlined a clear management plan and I felt that I had met a clinician who had listened to me and taken the time to tease out the probable cause and devised a clear management plan. The consultation was easy to arrange and everyone in the Harley street clinic was helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Mr Thomas.
