I found Mr Selway excellent from start to finish. He explained everything very clearly to me during my initial consultation, what was causing my symptoms and how he proposed to cure those issues with a surgical procedure (Posterior Cervical Foraminotomy) On the day of my surgery, Mr Selway visited my room in the morning and spent time once again, going over my surgery procedure in great detail with myself and my wife, putting us both at ease and ensuring we knew exactly what would be happening during surgery. Post op, Mr Selway was very personable both immediately after surgery, when he visited me to see how i was feeling and to tell me a little about how the surgery went etc..... Then during my 5 week post op appointment, he was again very personable in discussing my progress and anticipated full recovery. I can't thank him enough for relieving me of what was, at times, excruciating pain. Thank You

I arrived at 8.50 for a 9 am appointment. Was taken for a urine test which was irrelevant to why I was there and I never saw any results of. At 9.01 I saw the Dr arriving in the clinic. I was told she had a telephone appointment. At 9.15 I saw a patient leave her consulting room and was eventually seen. Despite having filled out the pre questionaire with my medication Dr Carulli couldn't find it but instead wanted to go through them. But then in her covering letter to my GP missed out significant ones like statins. Dr Carulli listed herself as a specialist in Osteoporosis but didn't seem to know a lot - at one point asking why there were two scores in my DEXA scan (one is the T score one is the z score a WEB MD search can tell you that...).

I was thoroughly delighted by the experience. I was booked in very swiftly and efficiently by Ms Lisa Beckles, Prof Redwood's secretary, who went out of her way to get me a quick response to my initial email requesting a consultation, arranged my stress echo and squeezed in an appointment for me on the same. The stress echo team conducted a thorough test of my cardiovascular fitness and went out of their way to provide an urgent report so that I could discuss the results with Prof Redwood only an hour after the event. My thanks to Marlene and Chiara (apologies for spelling) and to another cardiologist whose name I have unfortunately forgotten. Professor Redwood was as ever charming and efficient and told me some very good news!

I had a combined ASD and ADHD assessment at Diverse Minds Clinic. The service exceeded my expectations, and I am very happy to recommend it. Dr Cappai was very kind and thorough in her approach and made me feel welcome and accepted throughout the difficult process of having these two assessments done. She is very experienced and gave me several personal recommendations which I will use. I would recommend my partner as well; I had a great experience.

Excellent 5* service all round - I booked my telephone appointment online and everything was on time and thorough. The experience overall was good once seen by clinical staff. Had to wait 15 minutes after planned appointment time, 30 minutes in total after being told to be there 15 minutes before appointment. I understand than clinically time may run over, but there was no communication which would have been useful. I wonder if specific reception staff for the vein clinic would be helpful. Waiting area would also benefit from coffee machine for relatives waiting.

I was having lots of leg pain that was cusing me to be unabke to walk at various times and causing issues with work. I had a CT scan and it showed i had a disc that was pusing against my spinal cord so it needed to be removed. The surgery went really well amd i was healed fast. Since the surgery i have not had any issues and all pain has gone. I have not had any issues with my back and everything is a lot better. I am glad i had the surgery.
