Dr Cassar was very professional and explained everything very clearly. I was not felt to feel foolish about asking questions and every question was answered in detail. I went in with trepidation but came out of the appointment extremely happy that everything had been clearly explained and my concerns had been treated with clarity in a friendly, professional manner. Met Mr Amer at Washington Clinic . He was warmly welcoming despite having had a very busy day up to that point. We discussed the background to my appointment , which was a very effective way of getting to understand a bit about each other as well as the medical details. Very clear explanation also using some video to show what procedures would entail . Good clear summary of the various risks involved . I came away from the appointment very confident in Mr Amer and with a clear plan for treatment which hopefully can be done quickly to fit in with other things I'm doing . Faultless .

I had booked a vitamin infusion. The whole experience was a desaster. The nurses used several needles but were not able to “find a good Vene” as they called it. They said my venes are the problem which is ridiculous as I had been to your place to get infusions multiple times and there never was a problem. As a result, I now have three large bruises and my arms hurt. I left without getting the infusion. The ladies did not even apologize. In my view, they should get proper training both when it comes to doing injections and servicing clients. I will not return.

I had gestational diabetes and wanted a normal vaginal birth without an epidural or unnecessary intervention, and Mr Okaro fully supported this and helped make it happen. I’m so grateful for how listened to and supported I felt. Justina was also wonderful — kind, efficient, and always on top of everything.
