Mr. Ravi Pydisetty is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a decade of experience. He specialises sports knee injuries and lower limb arthroplasty, and is known for his comforting and evidence based approach.
Ravi qualified at Andhra University in 19991, and completed his training with the Royal college of Surgeons and within hospitals across the Mersey region. He was awarded his MCh from the University of Liverpool and was appointed consultant at St Helens Hospital and Whiston Hospital, in 2008. Ravi is a member of various orthopaedic boards, including the British Orthopaedic Association, British Association for Surgery, British Patellofemoral Society and The UK Biological Knee Society. He is also an Honorary Teacher University of Liverpool, regional clinical coordinator for the National Joint Registry and an Examiner FRCS Orthopaedics.

Mr Pydisetty is Amazing, a long waited 9 years and he taken 1 look and seen to me and put me through to fix my knee, he explained everything before and after surgery and on my follow up appointment. The first time i met Dr Ravi Pydisetty, he was curious of my circumstances which was nice to see and not just treated like another number. He took the time to listen to my side of the story how my day to day was ups and downs. He understood so after some tests ie xrays, mri he advised me on a few options some easy some more drastic but for me it's not the first time I've been down this path. So in the end I had a partial knee replacement done which the surgery was a success upto the physiotherapy team were amazing and surprised of how fast my recovery was. Dr Pydisetty was very informative and helpful throughout the whole time i was under his care. So I just want to take this time to thank you for all your help and support, you took your time to listen to me and helped me get the treatment I needed.

The hospital and reception staff are extremely helpful, waiting areas are bright and comfortable, radiology department and particularly the mobile scanning team were very efficient and my consultant Mr Pydisetty, was very thorough in his questioning and my examination with him, if there were any drawbacks it would be parking, and for me the travel distance from my home in North Wales
