This was my second visit to see Dr Bidaye, he listened to my concerns and offered me a number of options. He confirmed he would arrange a hearing test for me and I got a follow up call within 48 hours.
Dr Bidaye is excellent, he has helped me immensely over the last 18 months with my chronic sinusitis and BBPV, he treats me like a real person rather than just a symptom.
This was a 3rd specialist I have had to see in the space of 2 months and I found Mr Bidaye to be very caring, attentive and professional. He took his time to review previous specialists' notes and took my concerns seriously. He did find a possiblecause for the ongoing issue with my throat and is going to investigate it further. I am very greatful for his profesionalism and reassurance that the abnormal tissues observed are most likely non cancerous.
Mr Bidaye was excellent, I had a tonsillectomy and he made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and ready for the operation. Can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for any type of help.

A lovely professional informative visit. Mr Bidaye made me feel very relaxed. He discussed my symptoms in detail and explained everything very clearly. Came away feeling very reassured with next step options.
The procedure itself was handled professionally, but I did feel the follow-up discussion was a bit rushed. Because the numbing spray used for the nasal camera check made it difficult for me to speak, I wasn't able to ask questions or fully digest the treatment plan at the time. It would be wonderful if the office could allow for a brief recovery period of 5-10min after the procedure before moving on to the discussion. This would make a huge difference in ensuring patients feel fully informed and comfortable with their care. Many thanks.
