I came to see Mr Bidaye regarding facial pain and nasal issues that I have been dealing with chronically for about a decade. Having waited the best part of a year to see an nhs consultant on two occasions previously, I was delighted to be able to book an appointment with him within a matter of days. I was a bag of nerves in the waiting room, convinced he’d reach the same conclusion as previous specialists - that it was absolutely not sinus related and I’d be laughed out the room. NOT the case with Mr Bidaye! My anxiety melted within minutes. He was kind and welcoming, clued up on my history, listened to what I had to say and explained his clinical findings thoroughly. Most importantly to me, he treated me with respect and made me feel valid. I now have the answers I was so desperately looking for, and a plan to focus on. My only regret is having not come to see him sooner. Thank you so, so much Mr Bidaye! Absolute legend.
