I went I to the Nuffield for a total knee replacement, my consultant was Mr Anwar Jafri, he explained the surgery to me, i was very anxious about the operation, but Mr Jafri put me at ease, and on the 10th of November I went to Nuffield, Mr Jafri came to see me around 8 o'clock and said I would be going down to get the operation at nine, the last thing I remember was Mr Jafri telling me he would look after me. Then I woke up in my room with my new knee, the nurses could not do enough for me, even though the night coming in to see if I wanted anything, I was home in two days, and around a week the physio was on the phone to see how I was getting along, I cannot praise the Nuffield staff enough for looking after me. And now I'm pain free and can drive my car which I was in loads of pain before when I was driving,
