I would like to express my gratitude to Mr Cattell and his team for his 5* treatment from start to finish. His quietly reassuring manner fills you with confidence and you know you are in safe hands. Just over 3 months ago I had a full left knee replacement and today I managed my first club bike ride of 41 miles. I should add that I have been rigorous in doing the physio and exercises. Thanks again Andrew.

Staff polite and friendly. Minimal waiting time at appointments. Waiting area clean and tidy. During overnight stay all staff were attentive and caring, providing a first class service. Rooms were spotless.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff had time to chat and explain clearly what to expect during my time in hospital, the operation and my recuperation.

Everything went smooth and I am satisfied. Only thing that was concerning that I called Tees valley hospital multiple times for follow up and they didn't pick my call or respond to my any of my several voice mails which caused me 2 weeks daily to finally get booked with Doctor. This was quite annoying.
