After trying to get my varicose veins sorted for years, (and unfortunately them getting worse over those years) I finally decided to get treatment from UK Vein Clinic in Manchester. I have had both legs treated using both ablation and foam therapy. The whole process was fantastic. I was treated so kindly by my Dr and the lovely nurses. They explained everything and took great care of me, ensuring I was comfortable. The process was very quick and I felt little discomfort. I was informed of everything happening and lots of aftercare tips. I am so glad that I chose UK Vein Clinic for treatment, their care has been fantastic right from booking a consultation to now, just after treatment. I’m still in my stockings but I am looking forward to the progress over the next few months. Thank you so much.

My visit was entirely satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally friendly at all times and they seem to meet a lot of them. I was getting informed about what was going to happen to me at all times. The menu was amazing and the whole place seem to be extremely efficiently run My only comment of an adverse nature would be that having been shown to a room on my arrival where my wife carefully unpacked all my belongings she she know sooner had left Than. I had to pack them all up again because I was being transferred to another room and then when I came out of the operating theatre before I went home, I had to wait three hours before I managed to get my belongings back again no book to read or iPad slightly frustrating but that was the only hiccup on an excellent visit.

My first session with Dr. Merola was excellent. I was very nervous before the meeting, but he immediately made me feel at ease. He let me speak and listened attentively and compassionately. He explained things and suggested helpful measures. I finally felt understood by someone who knew how to help me. He proposed several treatment options, advising me on which one he felt was best for my specific case, but leaving me room to decide. He was exactly what I wanted: a professional who could understand my situation, offer his expert opinion, and also involve me in deciding which path to follow. During this long and difficult period for me, I couldn't have hoped for anything better: he gave me hope again.

The support service has been fantastic… from start and every step of the way the girls have helped me over come any fears as this has been a challenging time with having a breast cancer diagnosis , and to over come these moments we need professionals that have that caring human touch, the medical expertise and knowledge that has helped me each step of the way. Positive perks - the waiting room had adjustable height chairs meaning I didn't have to struggle getting in and out of chairs! Dr Chinoy didn't judge me, or make me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience (something I have grown accustomed to from the nhs). Despite my symptoms not fitting in with his specialities he recommended a colleague who he feels confident would be able to meet my needs. Although private care is hard on my wallet as a self funder, the advice, treatment and service I received overall made it more than worthwhile.

It would have been better if someone could have talked though the procedure while it was being carried out. Laying awake on the operating table for 2 1/2 hours not knowing quite what was happening was quite frustrating. While knowing what was going to be carried out, knowing each step as it happened should have put my mind at rest. I do however thank the Dr for his skill and time and do so much appreciate what he done.

Kerry's leave of care is next level, Professional with a capital P! Dr Hunter is a man of his word, I felt listened to and reassured. Dr Hunter goes the extra mile. I will be a returning patient of the clinic as I couldn't fault anything and will recommend to anyone!

I had a cystoscopy today with Mr Marco Bolgeri. I couldn't recommend him more. He was simply fantastic. He explained the procedure to me during the consultation, and I had undergone the same procedure with another consultant in the past. I was expecting the same type of pain. However, Marco Bolgeri's technique rendered the procedure painless. I am very happy that my GP recommended I see him.
