Everyone was at all times friendly and quietly efficient. I was assessed via up to five impressive machines on the working day following my initial approach to the clinic. I had to approach the Clinic following the retirement of the consultant whom I had originally engaged, and who had agreed with my optician that I was ready for surgery. The initial examination at the Clinic was most impressive, and when Mr Chan met me shortly thereafter he was clearly able to make a quick assessment. He explained to me that the operation would be challenging, given the damaged condition of my eye, but he agreed with my decision to ask him to proceed. The pamphlets provided enabled me to have a good understanding of the nature of a cataract and the usual course of treatment before and after the operation. On the day of the procedure I approached without misgivings, and following a full discussion with a senior nurse who sought fuller details of my medical history, and then the application of anaesthetics by the anaesthetist, I proceeded to the operating theatre. It was good and very reassuring to be able to feel the area round my eye go numb in advance of entering the theatre. The operation was for me comfortable, and I enjoyed the soft verbal exchanges between Mr Chan and his staff, and the gentle and futuristic sounds of the surgical equipment. Afterwards, I have felt no discomfort from the after effects, and the post operation advice from another nurse has been very clear and helpful. And I am delighted with the outcome. After having been in effect virtually blind in my right eye, my vision is now clear, bright and colourful. Very much better that these current aspects of by “good” left eye! Well done everyone! The OCD nursing team are fantastic at what they do and the therapy team are absolutely brilliant. My 1:1 therapy was outstanding and so valuable to me during my time here. The catering team, the housekeepers, maintenance, reception.... All really friendly and professional. Two things that I want to mention that I have already fed back: 1. It was very disappointing when two team members were allocated to different wards with no transition (Greta-Mae and Carlo). I feel that when we are allowing ourselves as patients to be open and vulnerable and put our trust in people, to then be told they have moved with no transitional period is not very sensitive or fair. 2. I have also fed back about a patient that seems very unwell but does not have 1:1 supervision around the hospital. This person sometimes invades others personal space, says inappropriate and triggering things, has sometimes removed her clothing in the courtyard and I have also seen her with long sticks in her hands in the courtyard. I fed this back to the patient services manager and the board holder who agreed that this was unacceptable. I was told that until discussions have been had she should be on 1:1 care, but then the following day she was once again the courtyard thrashing round the same sticks. I think this is a safeguarding concern. Those two things aside, I have found my impatient care outstanding, I cannot fault the OCD ward team. I feel heard for the first time and have hope for my future now thanks to them. I will never forget what they have done for me.

Mr Pieri's website states 'loving how you look can transform your whole self'....and boy, is this not an understatement. This surgery has changed my life...as cliche or cringe this may sound, but very true. I had an uplift and enhancement and am overwhelming happy with the results. I spent a LOT of time researching surgeons before finally booking a consultation with Mr Pieri, the only surgeon I wanted to meet with - call it a gut feeling. Mr Pieri talked through everything and answered all of my questions and I knew straight away that I had made the right decision. I received incredible support from Mr Pierii and his secretary, Helen from start to finish. Nicky, my nurse at the hospital was amazing and gave me fantastic care following the surgery. What surprised me most was the healing, I went out for a meal the same evening I had my procedure! I was shocked at how little pain I was in, even though I was prescribed medication, I honestly only used it for 2 days. I am now a bit more than 6 months post surgery and one thing I would say as I googled numerous times every day for the first few weeks following surgery is..trust the process! Follow the guidance given to wear the sports bra all day etc and the boobs will just 'drop and fluff' exactly how I was told. The look is so natural, my boobs look, feel and 'move' so naturally...try as I might, I can't feel the implants. Choosing this surgery was one of the best decisions of my life. I am so much more confident in myself and happier because of that.

Mr Wilson is not only a fantastic surgeon, he is a fantastic man. He is very understanding, empathic and very knowledgeable. Mr Wilson has been with me throughout a very difficult journey, I had a full term stillbirth back in 2022, Mr Wilson delivered my son. I truly believe if Mr Wilson hadn’t been the consultant on call that evening then my life would look completely different now. Mr Wilson then undertook bilateral salpingectomy surgery on me to investigate fertility problems. Again I was met with compassion and empathy. I then became pregnant with my rainbow baby, the pregnancy was very difficult mentally and Mr Wilson and his secretary continuously checked in on me to ensure I had the right support and care. Mr Wilson then delivered my baby again by c-section, I was asked for my input as to how I wanted the surgery to look in terms of music, talking, atmosphere etc. Mr Wilson ensured all my wishes were adhered to and he even managed to avoid further complications which were expected. Mr Wilson is truly the best consultant and surgeon and I wouldn’t trust my life in anyone else’s hands. Thank you Mr Wilson.

Mr Erotocritou is a very friendly consultant, who made me feel very at ease and reassured that he will help me. He was very clear in his explanations and covered all bases in investigating my issues. I didn't feel rushed in the consultants and he actually listened to me and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt he looked at me as a valued person rather than another patient. I am very happy with my consultations and tests taken. Thankfully I do not need further investigations or treatment, but I would definitely go back to Mr Erotocritou if I needed to in the future. He was easy to understand and calm, someone you could tell about your difficulties. I felt very understood and nothing was too difficult to talk about.

Unfortunately, having burnt my fingers and subsequently acquired an infection, I rang the Centre at 10.00. am and asked for an urgent appointment to see a general practitioner. The receptionist offered me two appointments, one at 11.40 am and one at 1.00 pm. I took the earlier appointment and was seen within 10 minutes by Dr Porter. She was very efficient, warm and understanding. I was prescribed medication, which was supplied by the clinic's pharmacy and back in my office by midday. Excellent service, and I thoroughly recommend Centennial

Great doctor, very knowledgeable, looking at a bigger picture. Very dedicated and spending as much time as required, not rushing things but gather full information about the patient. Dr Dunia can explain very well the dependencies, tests needed and what to expect once the results are back. Whilst all staff were friendly and professional from the reception staff to the dentist. My appointment was 10 o'clock but I was not seen until 10:25 without any courteous apology or advise of the delay until I was in with the dentist. I appreciate that delays can happens with the treatment of the customers before me but a courteous apology and advice of the estimated wait would have been appreciated as my car was parked in a pay and display area.

Lucy is extremely approachable and knowledgeable about all things Menopause. She instantly put me at ease and did a deep dive into all my menopause symptoms. She reccomwnded changes to the HRT regime I was on through my GP and so far I have had very positive results. I would highly recommend Lucy if you are struggling with the menopause.

. It’s not clear where the private department is (or any other) as no reception desk at hospital entrance (only a security man on other duties). When in 2nd floor private area do not expect trappings of luxury or flashy equipment. You do get kindness, attentiveness and skill and efficiency. Came out with problem fixed. No cafe.
