Finally, answers at 50 After five decades of feeling "different" but never quite understanding why, the ADOS-2 assessment at London Trusted Therapy has been life-changing. The professionalism began from my first enquiry - Sofi and Andrew were incredibly accommodating with scheduling and answered all my questions without making me feel I was being difficult. The location at Pinero House is perfect for anyone who values discretion. The reception is small and well-managed, and you're not sat in a crowded waiting room, which I appreciated enormously. The consulting room itself was unexpectedly comfortable - large, well-appointed, and crucially, not intimidating or overly clinical. What impressed me most was the rigour of the assessment. Trish, who conducted the ADOS-2, clearly knew her field inside out and created an environment where I could be myself. The clinical psychologist's evaluation was extraordinarily thorough - they didn't rush, they listened, and the subsequent report gave me clarity I've sought my entire adult life. Having a multidisciplinary team means you're not relying on one person's opinion, which gave me confidence in the diagnosis. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I have been seeing Matthew for 10 years. He is always very professional and caring. I find the audio test a bit stressful but he always puts me at easy. He finds time to chat about what is going on in my life and how I am coping as my hearing loss is quite severe. I can only wear in the ear aids and when I said a year ago that I thought I could do with a bit more power Matthew suggested that the new AI Phonak aids might be best for me but that the in the ear version was not yet available and that it might be best for me to wait. As soon as the aid was available Matthew contacted me, he had the aid ready and spent time explaining how it worked. A month later I saw him again he listened to what I had to say about the new aid and how I coped in different circumstances. He made a number of minor adjustments based on what I told him. He offered further reviews if necessary if I needed any more adjustments and this could be done via the app, saving me having to travel into London. Matthew is extremely pleasant and I am very happy with my new aid.

I have a very rare autoimmune condition, which is very less researched and nasty to treat and yet Dr. Singh agreed to try to help me, provided great guidance and potential treatment strategy that I am now pursuing under his care. I initially contacted him for the second opinion to verify my diagnosis and treatment plan from a very honourable and well established rheumatology professor, but I ended up switching under his care completely, because of the competence, grounded/practical approach and attention to details + genuine willingness to help. I wish I would meet Dr. Singh sooner and start following his treatment earlier - it would have saved me a lot of side effects and wasted time.

His diagnosis of a basal cell carcinoma on the rim of my right ear was clear and straightforward. I opted for him to remove the lesion at McIndoe Centre and the procedure was carried out by him without causing me any pain. He has since advised that the histology showed that the operation was successful.
