Ms Strong received extensive training in ophthalmology at renowned institutions such as Moorfields Eye Hospital and The Western Eye Hospital. Ms Strong undertook a remote consultation with me as I had numerous queries about cataract surgery. Ms Strong was absolutely wonderful. Totally professional and very patient and kind, she listened carefully to all my concerns and then ran through the whole process describing each stage of the procedure in detail in a clear and simple manner so that I understood exactly what happens. Her explanations were clear and non alarming and by doing this she completely put my mind at ease. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Truly excellent.
Very receptive , caring and friendly . When I saw Fr Strong first time she explained the pros & cons of treatment and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the treatment. Her reassurance was very important especially in view the age and medical condition.
