I was very pleased with the consultation with Mr Orlans . I would not hesitate in recommending him
Apart from the long wait for the procedure, the whole experience was as good as it could be. Mr Orlans and his team were very friendly, helpful and efficient. I would not be worried about going through it all again. Thank you for giving me back much improved vision!
I couldn't be happier than the way I was treated today by everyone I saw today in the department. From reception through to Mr. Harry Orlans. Thankyou

Very quick all questions answered staff excellent and polite
Mr Orlans was very professional and explained things clearly to me. He was also friendly and put me at my ease
I had a suspected retinal tear and was in a state. The local A&E had v limited eye specialists on that day and I desperately searched for private retinal specialists who could see me urgently. Most could only offer an appointment, some not the same day, but could not offer surgery if needed until some days later. I spoke to Harry’s lovely secretaries (Anna and Rachel) who spoke to Harry in between surgeries. Harry told me to head straight over and agreed to see me after his current operation procedure. He gave me a thorough slit lamp eye exam and confirmed that I had PVD and no tear. He gave me plenty of his time and was genuinely a lovely chap. Really put my mind at rest. Thankyou so much Harry and team and thankyou Anna for finding me in the waiting room just to see how I was and wish me luck. Genuinely lovely girl :) There are still good people in the world
