I felt cared for and everything was explained to me. This made an unpleasant procedure seem not too bad.
My experience at Lister hospital was excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly and although one appointment was cancelled I had appointments following call soon after with a new date.
Everyone was so pleasant and helpful - a very good experience.
The staff that I had dealings with were all very nice. Lovely caring Consultant and a painless procedure.
Despite originally having concerns it was a telephone appointment i was pleasantly surprised.
