Mr Stephen Tai is clear in his interactions with patients, explaining procedures and options. Patients report successful hip and knee replacement operations that deliver reduced pain and improved mobility. Recovery is quick, with Mr Tai and the Pinehill Hospital team providing supportive care. Feedback highlights the positive impact of hip replacement, hip arthritis, and knee pain treatment.
Mr Tai replaced my left hip on 12th May. I have been a patient in his care for some years and have found him to always be pleasant and courteous towards me. Mr Tai has replaced both my hips seven years apart. I have not experienced any problems following the surgery of either. I have recovered quickly on both occasions I attended Pinehill because I wanted the procedure to be carried out by Mr Tia I do still have reservations regarding Pinehill .
He was very polite and spoke calmly and clearly. I felt reassured..
Excellent care from my first consultation to my getting signed off. The hip operation has changed my life and I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr Tai and all the staff at Pinehill Hospital. Many thanks.
Mr Tai is a very skilled surgeon. I made a remarkably quick recovery. Thank you. He is clearly a busy man and in a hurry. My only critique is to spend a little more time for people to gather their thoughts in a stressful situation.
I am an NHS patient and was referred to see Mr Tai at Pinehills Hospital. My first consultation meeting was straightforward, with Mr Tai giving his diagnosis for both of my Hips to be replaced. He was polite and professional. He said that an overnight stay would be necessary, and any questions were answered clearly. Both Hips were scheduled with a four month interval. I am now two weeks post-op after the second hip replacement surgery, and feel very relieved and grateful to him and all his team. I believe Mr Tai did a brilliant job. These operations are life changing. Thankyou to all the staff I came into contact with at Pinehills Hospital.
Extremely professional, approachable, explained everything that I needed to know, felt at ease therefore felt comfortable asking any questions. Very happy with the outcome of my operation.
