After a long journey navigating the system, I was fortunate to be referred to Mr Das—a consultant who not only listened with care but acted swiftly to help me find a solution. He expedited my case with professionalism and empathy, ensuring I received the right investigations, including an MRI, which I’d never had before for my condition. Mr Das explored all options with me, including surgery, but ultimately prescribed a newly approved medication—relugolix combination therapy—which has already made a remarkable difference. My pain has dropped from a level 10 to a manageable 3–4, and I’m no longer as housebound as I once was. I’m regaining mobility, confidence and a sense of control. What Mr Das gave me—beyond clinical care—was hope. Hope without surgery. Hope through thoughtful, personalised treatment using the latest advances in gynaecology. I’m deeply grateful for his support and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I have had two procedures this summer. The first a complex t11/t12 thoracic lascectomy and the second an l4/l5 lumbar lascectomy. Both were very successful and now allow me to walk normally after barely being able to do so with the aid of walking poles. I had a great deal of confidence in Mr Grahovac not only because of his very evident surgical expertise but also because he took the time to listen to my questions and explain what had happened to my back , the options, risks and benefits of different possible procedures. The following up appointment today, I checked in and had an X Ray which was then sent to the Doctor. I was seen then very promptly. All in all a fantastic experience dealing with the Forbury Clinic, I had a vasectomy procedure and dealt with surgeon Paul Hadway and his team who were great, from my first consultation to the actual procedure Paul put me at complete ease, from start to finish it’s been a pleasure dealing with him and the Forbury Clinic, I only wish now that I had the procedure carried out many years ago. If anyone is thinking about having a vasectomy I would 100% recommend Paul and his Team at The Forbury Clinic.

Mr Umar is such a nice gentleman, very honest and reassuring. The only thing that has let the whole experience down is the booking team and not being able to get appointments or appointments not been made when they should have been. My son should have been seen 2 weeks after his operation but no one contacted us with an appointment and it took for me to ring his secretary to be then given an appointment 5 weeks after his operation. But Mr Umar is wonderful.

Very efficient, clean and high standard as expected. As an aside, I really did appreciate the way the receptionist wrote my date of birth on a piece of paper and asked me quietly if it was correct. I intensely dislike the way receptionists in surgeries etc shout out so loudly, "DATE OF BIRTH??" in public. No discretion or politeness anywhere as a rule. More importantly, perhaps, the doctor was very helpful, efficient and very kind.. Thank you.

Professor East was so reassuring and professional, and the team who cared for me were wonderful, my sedation seemed to be just what was needed, and and ample hot chocolate and cheese sandwiches made the whole experience even more relaxing. I had an excellent experience with London Blood Test. Booking was fast, the clinic was easy to find, and the staff were warm and professional. The phlebotomist was very gentle and explained every step, which made the whole process surprisingly comfortable. Results arrived quickly and were clearly laid out, with helpful notes that made them easy to understand. Overall, efficient, friendly, and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Her secretary has also been very supportive and responsive with communication of results and organising appointments. I cannot recommend Dr Manzo enough. All excellent - except lady doing mammogram should have told me honestly why the radiographer wanted more images. She talked about baseline for next visit - not true. They had found something which needed investigation - and this was obvious to me and my husband.
