I was admitted to St.Peters hospital after complications arising from private gallbladder removal surgery. It was a very scary time. I had bile leaks, resulting in high blood markers, numerous scans, operations and drains. Mr Neville Menezes picked up my case through the NHS at St.Peters hospital during my first ERCP operation. He wasn’t the original surgeon performing this procedure, but I heard him come into the room.. my original surgeon was having difficulty inserting stents, due to swelling from my original gallbladder surgery.. I heard Mr M. Say he would get changed & help with the procedure.. absolutely professional to take time out of his NHS service to assist… Mr. M then performed a successful procedure to insert stents a few days later.. Last Friday Mr M. successfully removed my stents.. I am now on the road to move forward… I cannot thank Mr.Neville Menezes enough. In fact I owe my life to him. Mr M. Has followed my case all the way through, checking up on me, checking my appointments are made, and that I hadn’t got lost in the NHS system. Mr Menezes professionalism, experience and calm, reassuring manner is above and beyond. I was so happy to see his smiling face, at the darkest of times. My only regret… is that I didn’t go to Mr M for the original private gallbladder removal surgery… I am in no doubt, had Mr M performed the surgery, there would have been no complications. I call Mr Menezes, “Mr Top Notch” because he is, in every way. Thank you from my heart, for giving me my life back. X

Receptionist was absolutely lovely and really friendly and helpful. The building and facilities were all excellent and kept clean and tidy. The consultant I saw was extremely rude, arrogant and judgemental. There were several comments he made that shocked me and that made me feel very uncomfortable to the point I almost walked out mid appointment. There was very little sympathy or mindfulness of my injury and he came across extremely judgemental in the assumptions he made about the level of sport I played, what I could afford, and several other things. I actually play semi-professionally and have represented our country in World Championships in the sport I play, and I also have a law degree and accountancy qualification which I did not mention as quite frankly it is irrelevant. It was apparent he took a dislike to me for whatever reason from the start and the whole experience was very uncomfortable. His behaviour aside, he is clearly very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Reading between the lines I got the answer I needed. This hospital was recommended to me by one of your previous patients and I was lucky to get booked in through an NHS referral but after my experience I would never return for any issue and am relieved I didn't pay to go private.

I would not go back to this dental practice again.. I was booked in to have an extraction by a surgeon who I have since found out only comes in on a Tuesday. I was not that impressed with her bedside manner or the Nurse.. I was extremely traumatised and told them I was nervous. The extraction took a really long time and was not an easy removal and was extremely uncomfortable. I was shaking like a leaf and afterwards,, I was basically dismissed and sent away without being offered any form of empathy. I’ve since had terrible problems and I’m in a lot of pain four days later. I rang the dentist this morning. who then informed me that the surgeon only comes in once a week and I needed to go back to my own dentist, which is quite a drive away. I’m not impressed at all and would definitely not return. Also, the Dental practice is obviously undergoing some sort of renovation. The waiting room was a blank white room with no window extremely uninviting, no music not good when you are an extremely nervous patient waiting to have a horrible procedure done .not a good experience for me I’m afraid.

I am writing to formally complain about misleading advertising by the clinic Skin55. Their website led me to believe that laser treatments were available at the clinic, and I booked a consultation directly with the clinic, not with any specific doctor. However, upon attending the appointment, I was informed that the clinic did not have the required laser equipment and that not all doctors at Skin55 perform laser treatments. This discrepancy meant that I paid an initial consultation fee of £300, only to then be told that I would need to be referred to another doctor within the same clinic who does provide laser treatments. This second consultation was then quoted at £380. This sequence of events highlights a lack of transparency and constitutes misleading advertising, resulting in unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. I believe that this matter warrants investigation to ensure that Skin55’s practices align with advertising and consumer-protection regulations. I am prepared to provide supporting documentation upon request

Andrew Pieri was excellent from start to finish, my initial consultation was thorough and he took the time to talk through all implant options with me while looking at my build and shape as a whole to ensure I received the best results. When he came to see me before surgery he made sure I was not feeling anxious, went back through all of the plans in detail with me and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask any questions. He also seemed genuinely excited to do the surgery and see the results which is always great to see when a professional has a passion for their work and it is clear they want the best outcomes for their patients. My surgery went brilliantly and I couldn’t not be happier with the results already 1 day post op, when Andrew came to see me after surgery he once again seemed so pleased I was happy and he himself was very happy with the results. His attention to detail and genuine concern made all the difference and he ensured I understood every step of my treatment. The entire Pixie and Sera team was extremely professional from scheduling either online or by phone to reception at the clinic. They all ensured I was seen within minutes on my appointment days. Keep up great job! Suggestion - If we could get appointments and at least tests and labs done over the weekends. Maybe half days on Saturdays? It is hard for some of us to come on weekdays hence all my appointments had to be done late in the evenings. If I had an option for Saturday I would've preferred that than late in the evenings. Dr Behar saw my mother in 2024. This second consultation in November 2025 followed a hospital admission in the cardiology ward. The symptoms were dizziness, palpitations, chest tightness and headaches. Dr Behar identified possible causes and a management strategy in the community with the aim of maintaining independence. He is highly skilled in conveying medical terminology in clear and easy to follow manner. We found him to be reassuring; he provided evidence based recommendations. Dr Behar was patient focused throughout the consultation. He maintained eye contact, heard our concerns and provided a way forward for the future. I highly recommend Dr Behar.

Received urgent call requesting blood test for tolerance to Dye. I Moved appointments for that afternoon to facilitate a flying visit. After arrival kept waiting for 35 minutes until I asked reception as was needed elsewhere and was told phlebotomist would be with me shortly. With Phlebotomist approx 3 minutes, total time 50 minutes and 50 miles traveled Then had to wait 9 days for scan which was only scheduled following chase-up from private GP. On presenting for CT Scan was told that they did not require blood test as procedure did not indicate use of dye. Most unimpressive communication and administration throughout

Dr Okonkwo was extremely kind and took time to explain the issues with the eye problems presented to him and what the treatment involved in a way that was very clear. Given we were squeezed into his clinic as an emergency on two occasions, he was incredibly patient and did not rush us through. He was outstanding in every aspect - communication skills, providing reassurance and confidence, knowledge and dexterity.
