Dr. Malik is the ideal obstetrician. She is direct yet kind when providing her prognosis and advice. Dr. Malik takes the time to get to know her patients on a deep level, which enables her to provide holistic support. She could immediately tell when I felt nervous during my C-section and immediately took steps to help me feel calm and secure. She also went to great lengths to minimize my blood loss and the size of my scar, and provided clear post-op instructions to ensure a speedy recovery. Miss Choudhury is the most amazing, kind and wonderful doctor, surgeon and person. She has always made everything clear and listened to any family problems I have. My operation date was changed as Miss Choudhury completely understood my difficulties regarding family. I really cannot praise Miss Choudhry enough. I’ve always felt completely at ease with her and very comfortable. She always shows genuine concern and I really cannot express my self enough in praising her. She removed half of my thyroid and the scar is virtually invisible as she made the incision in one of my natural neck creases. I cannot value Miss Choudhury by giving 5 stars- she deserves many more as a doctor and person and for her approachability.

I recently took my 3-year-old to Kidswell when he was feeling unwell, and we had an excellent experience from start to finish. We were able to get a same-day appointment, which was excellent. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. The facilities are clearly designed with kids and their parents in mind—bright, comfortable, and reassuring. The doctor who saw us was efficient, thorough, and great with my son, taking the time to make sure we understood everything. The rooms were spotless and well-organized, which added to the sense of calm during a stressful moment. Overall, a very positive and reassuring experience. I arrived 10 minutes early and found a parking space opposite the main entrance. I reported to reception who directed me the check in where I was booked in and directed to the waiting area. Only a couple of minutes later I was called for my scan, shown where to put my belongings and then directed to the MRI scanning room. Here I was explained thoroughly what would happen and then I went into the scanner for 15-20 minutes. When I came out I was told my results would be sent to my doctor in about 2 weeks and then advised I was free to go home. I have no complaints and don’t think you could improve on the service. Very well done to you all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bernie.

they were very considerate considering I was terrified as once before I had to press the button. I couldn’t go through with it and I had to go to an open scanner as they were about to place me through. I had to stop them. They gave me time to recompose and got me to look backwards and upwards and out through the exposed end and that made the whole experience different can’t tell you how relieved I am to get through that. I’m highly claustrophobic so yes, the experience was a positive one.

I cannot fault the Horder for it's professional, friendly and attention to detail approach. The theatre team were amazing, really helped to reduce my fears, I was terrified prior to surgery. Sedation before spinal was a really good decision. Tiny blip by the admin team regarding my low BP was very quickly out right prior to surgery. Falls Risk, Infection Control, Medication, Food was excellent as were the porters and x ray team post surgery

There was a delay in my appointments... taking 3 months from being referred and filling out relevant paperwork. After initial diagnostic appointment it took 4 months to actually get my diagnosis. Apparently there was a back log. But overall much quicker than NHS and very happy with the experience.
