8 week check up need to call back in 2 months for further checks on some swelling in surgery area
I couldn't ask for a better experience from all the staff. My Doctor took his time to explain so I could understand the procedure and all points of my surgery. He was very friendly and professional with a good joke and a smile he is obviously great at what he does because I am back on my feet and back doing the things I love to do. I honestly can't thank Doctor and all the staff who looked after me at the beardwood facility. Thank you all so much ❤️
Follow on appointment from hip replacement and to start process for the other hip
I was very impressed with the whole experience and found all the staff involved from Mr Alexander, nursing staff, physios and kitchen staff to be very good and profesional.
The whole experience was excellent. I felt listened to, understood and left with a good understanding of my condition and having a clear path forward. Very reassuring, thank you
Came to see Mr Alexander today for a check up on my recent total knee replacement, all went really well and after the X-ray Mr Alexander was really good and explained that everything was good , so I would like to say a big thank you to Mr Alexander and all the staff at the Beardwood Hospital Blackburn.
Mr Alexander is very pleasant to talk to & explains things really well. I am very happy with my total hip replacement & haven’t had any pain there since. I would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful consultant surgeon.
My visit today was once again carried out very professionally and on time. Mr Alexander explained to me how my post operative surgery was going in simple terms that I understood, also answered my questions reference to what I needed to do to further improve the healing process.
The over all experience was very very good and the scar is very clean
This was a follow-up appt after arthrosamid injections in knees. Mr Alexander explained the way forward to me & what to expect. His explanations have always been clear and helpful & this was the same. Prior to today’s appt, he has administered steroid injections in both my knees followed by (some time later) arthrosamid injections. On all the occasions he has done so, the process has been quick and efficient and his care has been excellent. I have been extremely happy to have had him as my medical professional.
