GenesisCare outpatient centre Guildford (Surrey) is located within BMI Mount Alvernia Hospital (as a standalone centre near the Royal Surrey Foundation Trust Campus) with its comprehensive diagnostic facilities. This means that patients do not have far to travel for additional facilities, and treatment is able to start within days or even hours of diagnosis.
Patients can also be referred to specialist services available at other GenesisCare centres. These include new treatments such as MRIdian MRI-guided radiotherapy for difficult-to-treat tumours, stereotactic radiosurgery for small brain tumours and Theranostics – an innovative therapy for certain cancers when other treatment options aren't suitable or effective. GenesisCare provides comprehensive treatment for all patients by means of a personalised care plan, encompassing both physical and emotional wellbeing to ensure the best possible outcome for every patient according to their individual needs.
Services offered at GenesisCare Guildford (Surrey) include advanced radiotherapy and supporting therapies which includes exercise clinics, professional support for emotional wellbeing including counselling, reflexology and acupuncture services.

Nobody wants to hear the 'C' word, but it happens, when it does it can hit us in many different ways, we're all different, I believe that Genesis cater for all our indifferences and I can honestly say, hand on heart that I could not have received better treatment than that received by the team here, I mean everyone, from front desk to the radiologists, the compassion and care was amazing. Despite a couple of hiccups, which can happen the staff acted with the utmost professionalism. They are dedicated, caring and professional. Thank you to everyone involved with my treatment, and as I told then on my last day, in my opinion ' you're all bloody legends '

My only comment would be that my radiotherapy treatment could have been more clearly explained to me. It should be noted however that all radiotherapy staff were very courteous and attentive - I perhaps should have asked more questions.

I have so far had 7 appointments out of 15. The staff from the Reception to treatment staff are very approachable and helpful. The radiographers giving the treatment are very encouraging. I would recommend..

At what might feel like the worst of times this wonderful oasis will help restore a little calm and comfort to your life. Friendly staff. Guildford GenesisCare centre is a warm welcoming space. All the staff are friendly and efficient. The Taxi service is wonderful as it eases the pressure on myself & my partner particularly as i feel very fatigued. Excellent all round.

From the moment I arrived the team at GenesisCare Surrey were knowledgable, friendly, compassionate & really helpful. I had questions, as most of us do when we are ill, & I never felt silly asking & they were always quick to answer. 10/10 . Oh & the coffee & nibbles selection were great too !

The waiting area is very pleasant, relaxed with plenty of things to do to take your mind off the treatment. All the staff very friendly, caring and helpful. Overall a first class experience.
