Very friendly first impression at reception. Possibly should have been warned that failure that failure at scan stage is not unusual.

The whole unfortunate experience, having prostate cancer, was made pleasurable by the kindness of the staff, receptionists and radiologists, the care team were superb. The luxury transport laid on with efficiency made the journey effortless.

Everything excellent, waiting times are to be expected and the waiting room is such a pleasure to be in re: decor. Drinks etc readily available.

Always friendly and welcoming and all of the staff make sure you feel comfortable and at ease.

I have been very impressed with the service at GenesisCare. The staff have all been very kind, professional and helpful. There have been a couple of unavoidable delays but the communication has been prompt and informative - and arrangements have been made to work around this. I would definitely recommend.

But it is worth mentioning that they particularly excel when it comes to the all important staff and the culture that they have created. Received radiotherapy in hand and foot for Dupuytren's. Everything went smoothly, staff were helpful and efficient and surroundings are pleasant.
