Dr May Teoh

On my first consultation I found Dr Teoh clear, informative and friendly. She took time to make me feel welcome and answered all my questions in a manner which was both reassuring and detailed. I felt she could relate to what I was saying and was happy to talk about anything I wanted to discuss. Hoping this continues as we go forward.

My last visit was a regular catch up. DrTeoh explain the results of my most recent scan and we discussed the ongoing treatment. DrTeoh listened to my concerns and was, as always, very understanding and supportive. She carried out manual examination and we agreed on the next round of scans.

Dr Teoh is an absolute outstanding oncologist who has provided outstanding care over two years. She is accessible, responsive, clear in her explanations, intuitive about my needs and incredibly personable.

As always, the time I spend with Dr Teoh is just the right balance of warm and friendly with informative and direct. She is clear in her explanations, always data driven (which I love) and gives time to answer the ridiculous questions I have in my head.

I would rate my visit with my oncologist as excellent. She was very professional yet approachable, and took the time to explain clearly what had been discussed at the MDT, especially as my case is quite tricky in terms of guidelines. I did some reading beforehand, including recent ASCO conference highlights and latest findings, and came with questions, which she answered thoroughly and satisfactorily. I felt listened to, supported, and given clear information and choices about my care.

My experience with Dr Teoh was extremely positive. My treatment was fully explained in a detailed understandable manner. A prompt follow up post treatment appointment has been arranged.

I was referred to Dr May Teoh after having had lumpectomy surgery and to discuss next stage of treatment etc. She explained everything clearly and answered my questions without making me feel rushed.
