I used the online dr service which was fantastic and thorough. I got the appointment within 30 minutes, I needed an antibiotic and so the prescription was very kindly left over in the pharmacy for me by staff as I would not have made it into town in time. I couldn’t get an appointment within my own dr for another two weeks so this was a great relief to me to be seen by a dr quickly to alleviate my pain without me taking up an emergency appointment. Fantastic service when you need help.
Couldn't get in contact with my own surgery so got an appointment here same day for a chest infection. No hassle getting through and was seen on time. Excellent service
As soon as i arrived the receptionist was welcoming and pleasant , the nurse & the radiographer that scanned my hands were also very pleasant & put me at ease.
Very good from start to finish, friendly greeting when I arrived, the doctor was great and a friendly goodbye when I left.
I attended today and left my appointment feeling so much lighter the GP not only listened to my concerns but also was interested in me as a person and I opened up about a lot of issues I have had. I wasn’t rushed out and felt listened to and valued
