Amazing.. Reception staff professional and so pleasant , friendly and helpful. Doctor a true Gentleman, he listens and has time to discuss your concerns . I have 100% confidence in him . Overall a good experience. I would recommend.
Would highly recommend Friends Medical. Had been trying for weeks to get a doctor's appointment at my own surgery but to no avail. Two seconds on the website and my appointment was booked at a time that suited my work hours. From arrival at Friends Medical the staff were very attentive and welcoming and the appointment was on time and very quick. I would have no hesitation in recommending that people make an appointment, you wont be disappointed.
The Staff on Reception were most helpful from the outset. The Doctor put my Mother at ease and dealt with her concerns in an extremely compassionate and professional manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending Friends Medical Service to anyone in need of a one-one Consultation. It is ,however, sad that this seems to be impossible now on the NHS.

My experience with Friends Medical was excellent. All staff were very friendly and professional. All appointments, invoices, results were emailed instantly. I decided to come for a full health check. I opted for the Everyman/Everywoman Comprehensive Health Check. This is the first time I have had the opportunity to have a full, comprehensive blood panel done. The results were back within days and the Gp, Dr Nour, spent time during the followup appointment explaining everything to me. Overall, I am very happy to have this new deeper knowledge about my current state of health and what to do going forward. Thank you Dr. Nour.
