This was my first experience of using Friends Medical and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I was able to get an initial, same day GP appointment and within a few days I had an ultrasound scan. The reception staff made me feel very welcome and relaxed on both my visits. Dr Nour was absolutely brilliant at my initial appointment and Mrs Amanda Blaine who did my ultrasound scan was also fantastic. The nurse who was with Mrs Blaine was lovely. I was told the findings of the scan there and then which really put my mind at rest. Many thanks to a wonderful team!

He took the time to listen carefully, explained everything clearly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported throughout. Very convenient appointment times and there was time allowed to properly discuss my concerns. I had an in person appointment which I prefer, and clear advice provided.
I have health anxiety regarding lymph nodes. - I have been paying for scans of my lymph nodes in a lot of different clinics. This clinic is by far the best most accurate. dr ciara mckeown is fantastic. So professional, reassures you, speaks through her findings and was even nice enough to have a chat with me an explain how fine my lymph nodes were & what to look out for. So professional. Will never go anywhere else! X
I brought my mom in, who is 82 with Vascular Dementia. Dr Nour consulted with my mom. He was wonderful. Very considerate, patient and gentle with her. Very happy with consultation and advice for my mom.
A quiet setting suitable for all ages attending, especially those who are feeling particularly unwell.
