I have been a patient of Dr. Urquhart for several years while working through the long-term effects of complex trauma, late diagnosed neurodivergence and profound life challenges. Through analytical psychotherapy and EMDR, he has helped me find steadiness during some of the most difficult periods of my life. His ability to understand what lies beneath the surface, to hear what isn’t said and recognise what others miss, has been central to my progress. Our work together has also helped me uncover the root causes of physical symptoms I had struggled with for most of my adult life, which no medical practitioner had ever been able to explain. Since addressing these issues in therapy, these episodes have significantly reduced. What I value most is his calm, steady presence and his deep understanding of human needs. Perhaps for the first time in my life, I'm beginning to meet myself, and learning to accept myself for who I am. The transition to Mourne Private Clinic has been seamless. The staff are warm, organised and professional, creating an environment that supports the therapeutic work beautifully. I would highly recommend Dr. Urquhart and the clinic to anyone seeking thoughtful, skilled and compassionate care. And, finally, there is no shame in therapy. I am so grateful to Delamere for my 4-week stay. The facilities are truly incredible - comfortable, well-appointed and a palpable feeling of safety. The staff are such caring, friendly and interesting people - with the relevant experience to truly empathise and help with our unique circumstances. The food is world-class, with a wide range of options and affordances for those with dietary restrictions. The suite of experiential options will introduce you to new therapeutic experiences, many of which you may take away with you. The curriculum is focussed and has real depth, and is taught by professionals with real experience of addiction. The clinical staff are wonderfully attentive and caring, and will move mountains to make you comfortable. I am so pleased to have made the decision to stay at Delamere and would recommend it whole heartedly to anyone who wants to make a change.

TCM Healthcare Fertility Clinic

I reached out to TCM after I was told that I had a very low AMH and AFC and that I would likely go through early menopause. This caused me a lot of stress as I had always had regular periods and had never considered that I may have fertility troubles. Prof Au talked me through my results and educated me on AMH as a poor predictor for menopause. He advised me that I would need further bloods to fully assess my fertility and I was able to request them from my GP. Following this he reviewed my bloods with me again, without charge, and advised me that everything was normal and I did not need to be seen at TCM. I am very grateful for all the help, support and education. Thank you!

Mr Abou-Chedid is a phenomenal surgeon and invokes nothing but comfort and confidence. I had a robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Recovery was quick, and even the first week after surgery I was fully functional in every way. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mr. Abou-Chedid or the robot-assisted radical prostatectomy procedure he performs. I haven't experienced any loss of function, but instead have experienced several improvements post-surgery (not to mention being (hopefully) free of cancer). I feel very lucky to have been connected with Mr. Abou-Chedid based on my Internet searching.

Dr Pradeep was very thorough with the investigation into my child’s allergies. We were seen promptly after arriving and a full family and child history was taken. The allergy testing was done in the same appointment, as were results and further referrals as needed.
