Finally Got Answers! I'm a student in my twenties and had been struggling for ages, suspecting I might have ADHD but not really knowing where to start. From the moment I contacted London Trusted Therapy, the onboarding process was smooth and reassuring - they made what felt like quite a daunting step much easier. Dr Mahen was brilliant throughout the assessment. I'd been worried it would feel clinical or judgemental, but he was so warm and genuinely interested in understanding my experiences. The interview itself felt more like a proper conversation than an interrogation, which helped me open up about things I'd found difficult to articulate before. The outcome has been really validating. Getting a proper assessment and understanding what's been going on has been such a relief. Dr Mahen took the time to explain everything clearly and discuss next steps, which made me feel supported rather than just handed a diagnosis and sent on my way. I had been suffering with severe swelling in my leg caused by varicose veins for over two years. Having explored various options, I landed on Spire and found Dr Jeddy. As soon as I met him for my initial consultation I felt relaxed and felt as though Dr Jeddy understood me, my lifestyle and the need for results. The procedure on the day was flawless and I was home by 5pm that day. All the follow ups with the nursing team to change bandages and with Dr Jeddy at the 3 week mark were flawless as well. 3 weeks and all the small incisions are healed, I have no swelling and I am back training for my Ironman in 2026. I am transformed! I came to see Mrs Langton Hewer because I had suddenly gone completely deaf in one ear. She listened to me when I explained my anxieties and then examined my ears. She diagnosed otis externa which was causing pain and there was water behind the wax causing deafness. She then very carefully removed wax and debris from my ear and my hearing was immediately restored. I am so grateful that this was diagnosed so expertly and then sorted out immediately. I would strongly recommend her for ear problems and for removal of ear wax. Thank you.

I only saw Mr Lambert so cannot give feed back on any other member of his team. From being referred by someone who knows him well, I was predisposed to like him and respect his expertise, but hadn't expected to find such a a courteous, thoughtful, kind man who engaged with every aspect of me as a patient. Mr Lambert answered all my questions and was patient and understanding. I felt listened to, for the first time since I had my injury.

Kajal is an amazing practitioner who I felt very safe with knowing she is also a highly experienced dentist used to giving very accurate injections. The clinic is lovely. Everything is spotless and very comfortable. The treatment itself is painless and super quick and Kajal is great at making you feel relaxed and pampered. I am amazed at the results and will definitely be coming back for a repeat of the treatment I received.

Friendly staff at Main Reception who gave clear directions to Imaging Department. Department staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Radiographer was great - clear with his questions and explanations. Changing room was a good size, but would benefit from redecoration and coat hooks/hangers would be useful. Overall, a good experience, but would have liked the report to have been sent to the referrer quicker.

Firstly before my FTKR he removed a large plate that had been in my leg for the past 16yrs that went from hip to past my knee, Then once this was healed proceeded with a FTKR. He made me feel Confident and at ease throughout. He gave me the best Advice on Recovery, and Gave me Strength to go Forward. I could not have wished for a better Surgeon.

I had been experiencing problems with my thumb and knees, tried various things including thumb splint. Saw Dr James Thing and must say the experience start to finish was excellent, pinpointed problem areas and carried out scan and targeted areas that were problem and treated, now no longer need splin or pain relief. So much more movement in knees too. Would highly recommend.

Dr David is very professional and extremely knowledgeable on testosterone and men’s health. He offers a personal service face to face service which suits me. I’m so glad I have started treatment with him. I feel safe, well looked after and so much better physically and mentally! Also much cheaper than using the big online companies.

Nice welcoming hospital. Outpatient reception desk is slow, this causes delay in registration for appointment and this impacts on consultant clinic. Please can there be a more efficient check in process so consultants and patients are not delayed unnecessarily due to technical issues thanks

Recently attended HCA Harborne as an inpatient. Every member of staff from the nurses, the caterers and the cleaner was incredibly professional. Nice room which was, as you’d expect, spotless. Nobody wants to be in hospital but HCA make the whole experience a stress free as possible
