I was admitted to St.Peters hospital after complications arising from private gallbladder removal surgery. It was a very scary time. I had bile leaks, resulting in high blood markers, numerous scans, operations and drains. Mr Neville Menezes picked up my case through the NHS at St.Peters hospital during my first ERCP operation. He wasn’t the original surgeon performing this procedure, but I heard him come into the room.. my original surgeon was having difficulty inserting stents, due to swelling from my original gallbladder surgery.. I heard Mr M. Say he would get changed & help with the procedure.. absolutely professional to take time out of his NHS service to assist… Mr. M then performed a successful procedure to insert stents a few days later.. Last Friday Mr M. successfully removed my stents.. I am now on the road to move forward… I cannot thank Mr.Neville Menezes enough. In fact I owe my life to him. Mr M. Has followed my case all the way through, checking up on me, checking my appointments are made, and that I hadn’t got lost in the NHS system. Mr Menezes professionalism, experience and calm, reassuring manner is above and beyond. I was so happy to see his smiling face, at the darkest of times. My only regret… is that I didn’t go to Mr M for the original private gallbladder removal surgery… I am in no doubt, had Mr M performed the surgery, there would have been no complications. I call Mr Menezes, “Mr Top Notch” because he is, in every way. Thank you from my heart, for giving me my life back. X

I've seen the Joint Injection doctor twice, had two injections, and both were very helpful. The first visit was after I suffered some tissue injury to an arthritic knee and had some fluid removed and a cortisone injection, which gave me immediate relief and was the catalyst to me returning to exercise. I was having ongoing stiffness in the same joint and returned six months later. After consultation I chose to have a hyaluronic acid injection. This made a big difference to the pain, stiffness and function of my knee and has meant I am able now to properly rebuild strength on that side. Dr Thing is easy to talk to, and I felt he really supported what I am trying to do, which is to stay highly active and delay the point I will need surgery for as long as possible. He is very well informed and explained clearly the pros and cons of various approaches to managing arthritis of the knee. He is also skilled at what he does, the injections are ultrasound guided to ensure correct placement and both injections were painless.

My visit was for a 6 monthly check up and as usual I was met wiith a professional yet warm and friendly atmosphere. Mr. Hariom Sur and the entire team made the whole experience as good as it possibly could be. Upon leaving I was also lucky enough to encounter Lynne, who carried out my immunotherapy treatments, and Laura, who was present at my initial diagnosis - again such warm and friendly people. I went into my appointment on time which was good as I had cone out of work. Mr Gatwari was very pleasant and happy with the results of my most recent procedure and happy with the results overall. He explained what had been done and checked I understood. I was discharged from his care with no need for further follow up. We asked Dr. Vadamalayan if they could be performed together so she would only need to undergo general anaesthesia once. Parking good, reception good, pharmacy good, everywhere very clean. All staff were friendly and efficient. They made sure that they had the right person for the right procedure, made sure I was hydrated and well, and checked that I would be looked after at home afterwards. I was very impressed.
