I was struck by Dr Hawkes attention to detail. The sutures were so exquisite that after 5 months a fellow plastic surgeon from across the desk could not see I had any work done. One thing to note is the limit of surgery on the day, I was the only one that day to be operated on as Dr Hawkes will only operate on a maximum number of 'eyes' ...... It so happened that the surgeon in the next theatre did seven patients (yes seven!). I was also reassured that given the post procedure settlement (upper and lower) Dr Hawkes asked to see me after 6 months........ Needless to say after six months I could not be happier with the result on both eyes, age appropriate (as asked for) with exquisite detail and in the words of my granddaughter 'they are beautiful'.... I will leave you with an amusing anecdote.....on the morning of the operation I asked for Dr Hawkes to hold her arm out just for fun and you know what it did not flinch .... steady as a rock.... a great result from a lovely lady... thanks again Elizabeth....

The appointment itself was very positive. Dr. Robert Gordon was calm, validating, and genuinely listened. The room was quiet, warm, and set up like a cosy study, which made it feel safe rather than clinical. He explained the diagnostic impressions clearly at the end in a way that finally made sense, and it didn’t feel dismissive. I left feeling understood in a way I haven’t experienced with other services, although the level of positivity felt unexpected and left me a bit uncertain about how to interpret it. The only issue was the arrival process. My appointment was in the late evening, and reception was closed. It wasn’t clear where to check in, and I had no phone signal. I had to rely on Wi-Fi and the website photos to work out where to wait. Overall, despite the initial uncertainty about the building, the clinical experience was extremely positive. Everything went smoothly, and the assessment itself was very professional.

Dr Rohan Jagathesan

I have been in the care of Dr Jagathesan since 2011 following angina attacks resulting in the insertion of stents and again more recently. These have been very successful. More recently, Dr Jagathesan has been helping me to manage ongoing medication for cholesterol. Following a recent rise in cholesterol levels I saw Dr Jagathesan who undertook a detailed review of my medication liaising with my GP Surgery. The result of his careful planning has seen a significant improvement in my cholesterol levels. He has also confirmed a clear pathway to move forward as far as the proposed prescription is concerned.

Dr. Siddika is very professional, friendly, kind. Throughout the process from initial consultation to operational procedure, she is extremely caring. I attended for an orthopaedic assessment of trigger finger and fracture damage to my right hand little finger. The consultation with Mr T was highly professional. The issues were expressed clearly and a prompt indication of possible action and the probable cost were provided. Mr T was a pleasure to deal with., as was the anaesthetist who spoke to me before the operation. The post op consultation was equally professional and informative. I am now half way through the physio programme, which is proving helpful.

they were very considerate considering I was terrified as once before I had to press the button. I couldn’t go through with it and I had to go to an open scanner as they were about to place me through. I had to stop them. They gave me time to recompose and got me to look backwards and upwards and out through the exposed end and that made the whole experience different can’t tell you how relieved I am to get through that. I’m highly claustrophobic so yes, the experience was a positive one.

Mr Parmar saw me after referral for root pain under an old crown, which escalated some what after my dental referral. I was in a lot of pain and very anxious given that my dentist could not deal with the issue due to proximity to the nerve and facial numbness. Mr Parmar instantly reassured me and fitted me in for surgery the day after my initial consultation, which was lucky due to timing just before the Xmas break.
