Relaxed friendly and informative Quick concise and listens to you
Mr Rose was very helpful, he offered clear diagnosis and explanations for the pain with easy to follow next steps along with possible treatment options following reviews from MRI and X-Ray.
I was seen earlier than my arranged appointment which is excellent. Mr Rose was friendly but very professional explaining everything clearly. I would highly recommend him.
Punctual, pleasant, professional, explained things well and gave clear choices for next steps.
An informative and clear overview without beng patronising A very positive appointment experience
My overall experience was very good, all relevant tests, x rays etc were done quickly, making appointments no longer than necessary. The surgical experience was efficient and not very long. I think I could have had a little more information at my post op appointment as to what I should/could physically do with my foot with the protective bandage removed. I had trip going upstairs 2 days after the bandage was removed resulting in my operated -on toe being bent back, something that I think has probably extended my recovery time.
Impressive service. Everything one would expect from the Nuffield.
Seen quickly and a clear plan of action communicated to me.
