My experience was generally good and my only slight criticism was that the hospital was too warm making it difficult to sleep
The team worked well together when I came in for the operation and the after care was excellent.
Very impressed with everything . I was on waiting list and consultants wait was over a year. Was offered to move consultants and an appt within 4 weeks so was very happy indeed
Had recent foot surgery ,and found the staff really friendly and helpful. Had day surgery ,and was back in room in no time .. was clean and comfortable again with staff checking on me before going home .
I was looked after and cannot fought Anything. The staff were excellent including the nurses. Excellent food. And cleanliness.
I had a partial knee replacement under the NHS having paid for a private consultation with Mr Buckle. From my initial consultation with Mr Buckle through to the Pre Op and then the procedure I found the experience totally professional and reassuring. After just 4 weeks I am walking well and using my exercise bike and ensuring I do all the recommended exercises. All the Staff I met over the 24 hour period were friendly and professional and the few meals I had were excellent and great to know the Canteen supports local Suppliers. I have already fed-back on another Form and the only criticism I had was having to wear the inflatable socks at night which were so noisy that I got absolutely no sleep at all. I was told these may be changed for a quieter version soon. Regards.
My whole experience was very very good. Looked after so well. Thankyou
I was terrified of having the knee surgery but I need not have worried, the care, compassion and gentle support put me right at ease. The same is true of my entire stay, the staff were incredible and were always on hand should you need them. I can only praise the Horder Centre for everything!
