Mr Tofunmi Oni

Mr. Tofunmi Oni is a highly regarded and skilled consultant orthopaedic surgeon with a specialisation in hip and knee procedures. His expertise includes hip replacement, knee replacement, meniscus tear repair, knee arthroscopy, and revision hip replacement. He is also an expert in knee injections, providing comprehensive care for his patients. He currently practises at several locations in Margate, Ashford, Canterbury, and Tunbridge Wells, alongside his NHS work at East Kent Hospitals.

Mr. Oni's medical journey began with his qualification from the University of Warwick in 2010. He then completed his specialist training in the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex rotation, honing his skills in orthopaedic surgery. To further refine his expertise, he pursued a full hip and knee arthroscopy fellowship in Sydney, Australia. During this fellowship, he gained extensive experience in complex techniques and computer-assisted surgery while working alongside top-notch surgeons.

Passionate about advancing the field of hip and knee surgery, Mr. Oni actively engages in research that analyses patient responses following interventions, aiming to improve surgical precision and outcomes. He is a member of various orthopaedic organisations, including the British Hip Society and the British Association for Surgery of the Knee.
