Superb!I cannot recommend Mr Oliver Harley highly enough. He repaired my Morel Lavallée lesion, which was the result of a fall off a horse, and I am so grateful to have found someone who really understood what it was and how best to deal with it. From the first appointment, Mr Harley was incredibly reassuring. He explained everything clearly, talked me through exactly what he was going to do and, most importantly, gave me confidence that he could actually fix it. The whole experience was excellent and the scar, after 5 weeks is barely visible! Mr Harley is clearly extremely skilled, but he is also kind, approachable and very easy to talk to. I always felt that he genuinely cared about how I felt and did everything to keep me pain free at all times. I would absolutely recommend Mr Harley.
Mr Harley and his team are a thoroughly professional outfit. From initial consultation, through surgery and then extensive follow up all explanations were clear and expectations regarding outcomes were managed well. The surgery itself went flawlessly and I am extremely happy with the result.
Mr Harley worked overtime to operate on me and explained the procedure to me. He also checked my wound after being discharged.
My experience with Oliver Harley has been great. He was very clear in my diagnosis and the surgery he performed was done to an excellent standard. I have dark skin and he made sure that the stitching didn’t leave any lasting damage. My injury has been fully rectified and I would trust him if I ever needed surgery again. Very professional and caring consultant.
I Recently had a breast augmentation in-fact I am 4 weeks post op and feel amazing my results are better than I ever imagined.
Mr Harley explained the procedure very clearly and thoroughly. He checked on me afterwards and explained about the aftercare. He is following up with a telephone call this week.
First class Mr Harley is very much in demand and values concision and precision. Thorough and kind, I count myself fortunate to have his care.
Appointment over 30 mins late, but once in very personable, professional and succinct

Thumb arthritis is common and it causes a lot of pain with simple hand movements and sometimes even when at rest. Pain is around the base of the thumb and the side of the wrist. Often it cn be managed with splints and simple pain medication but symptoms worsen the next steps are to treat with injection of a steroid into the thumb joint or an operation called trapeziectomy - this removes a troublesome bone which causes the pain in the thumb.
