I cannot fault my treatment, staff, cleanliness etc at the McIndoe centre
Such a friendly team. I was greeted so warmly by everyone - every single member of staff introduced themselves, explained what was happening and were genuinely friendly and calm. All seemed to enjoy their job. I was seen quicker than expected so my wait time was cut very short. I was almost disappointed as I wanted to enjoy the peace and quiet in my room for as long as possible! Very professional environment - quiet and calm.
I have been back since having my surgery on numerous occasions and every time I cannot fault all the staff who have been friendly and helpful. The place is spotless
