My experience at the Mcindoe Centre was beyond my expectations. The facilities were first class and all of the staff I came in contact with were kind and professional.
From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and well organised. Every member of staff was caring, professional, and genuinely patient-centred. They were attentive, reassuring, and clearly took pride in their work. I truly felt as though I was the only person they were caring for.
All the staff in the lead up to my appointment with the consultant were very friendly and attentive. The centre has a relaxed and welcoming environment.
My whole stay at the McIndoe clinic was brilliant, caring ,kind and nothing was too much trouble .The staff were amazing ,if I felt a little apprehensive then they very quickly put me at ease, I was only there really 2 days ,but quite honestly I could have stayed a week .
