I had a procedure which involved a general anaesthetic & an overnight stay. Everyone that dealt with me, from the anaesthetist to the nursing team, treated me with kindness, respect and warmth. They made me feel as though I was the only patient that they were looking after. I felt very cared for.
The facility was fresh and clean. The staff so friendly and welcoming. Having a room to myself was very helpful and enabled me to be less apprehensive about the procedure. I didn’t have to make awkward conversation with anyone. The surgeon and theatre staff were so lovely and helpful throughout the procedure. The refreshments were absolutely wonderful and fresh. I cannot fault this hospital about a single thing. 😊
My experience as an NHS patient was 100% good in care from reception to the actual medical treatment. It was the wholistic approach of your staff which was so impressive and absolutely what is required in the whole of the NHS
McIndoe was very clean and comfortable. All staff were very pleasant and helpful
Everything was felt with very professionaly from start to finish.
The 2 score is because of the NHS not the McIndoe, I had my MRI in April 2025 but not referred to the McIndoe until a year later. Once the McIndoe got my referral they were very quick.
