Mr Mackey made me feel comfortable and confident from our first appointment, he explained the procedure in full and answered my questions. I had no doubt that I was choosing the right surgeon. The post op care has been wonderful, I had no pain or complications, I am delighted with the results, this has changed my life, I would not hesitate to recommend him, its very clear that his passion for perfection certainly paid off for me

I couldn’t have chosen a better surgeon than Mr Mackey. He was approachable and easy to talk to, listened to and understood exactly what I wanted to achieve, and took the time to explain everything clearly and reassure me if I had any concerns

I booked a consultation with Mr Mackey and found the whole experience rather negative. Firstly I was kept waiting for 30 minutes after my appointment time. when I was eventually called into the rooms Mr Mackey made a perfunctory apology. He then examined me and discussed my requirements. I was probably in the rooms for a total of 10 minutes. After a week I’d not received the quote so I chased the practice. A day after chasing, I was sent a partial quote and the email said the balance of the quote would follow. It never did. I’m now 4 weeks + and have still not received the quote. As a privately paying patient I expected a better experience and wouldn’t recommend the practice. I do acknowledge though that I’m not able to comment on the quality of his work, rather just the customer experience.

I felt that Mr Mackey would be the right specialist for my procedure even before I had met him and had only seen him speaking on a webinar. He radiates expertise and professionalism, is honest but upbeat when explaining risks etc and, having now undergone my surgery, I think he has magic hands. He must have many patients to oversee and I was so impressed that he came in at 7am the day after my operation especially to follow up with me.

Mr Mackey was polite and friendly, he made both myself and husband confident in everything he was doing and that I was in the best hands possible.

I recently saw mr Mackey for implant removal uplift and mini tummy tuck, my experience was fantastic from start to finish. I am so thrilled with the results I can’t recommend him enough. He put me at ease from start to finish and explained everything very thoroughly. He was very honest and realist with expectations and made me feel comfortable throughout. After having other consultations previously with different surgeons, he was by far the best not only he's work but caring nature.

I felt no pressure and put complete trust in him. I honestly could not be happier with the results. The care I received the day of the operation and the aftercare was next to none. Mr Mackey has a way with people and a great bedside manner which is great but also an amazing surgeon and the results were more than I could have hoped for.
