Nicki’s care, compassion and understanding has been absolutely outstanding throughout my treatment. She made me feel like I was the most important person in the world and the only patient she was treating.
Every person I encountered throughout my time with this department was so kind, friendly and caring. The receptionists were all friendly and welcoming, both in o/p and the surgery ward. The surgical team were skilled, kind, caring and made me feel at all times that I mattered. We listened to my favourite music, there was always a nurse to chat to me helping me to relax and the surgeons all made sure that I was comfortable and felt safe throughout the procedure. The ward staff were calm and helpful however busy things became and I felt that I was safe and not forgotten. The porters were so cheerful wheeling me with care and making sure I was ok before leaving me. My sincerest thanks to everyone.
I was very nervous on my first appointment but Miss petrie was very welcoming, warm and empathetic. Made me feel very comfortable, explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions and most of all reassured me. this helped very much going forward into surgery.
Excellent. Brilliant. Amazing. First class.Highly recommended.
Miss Nicola Petrie performed a breast augmentation to lift & reshape & I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Everything was explained from start to finish & every question was answered. I love the way I look now & get so many compliments about how I look now in certain tops. Best decision ever would highly recommend,
Niki explained everything brilliantly and answered all my questions. I felt really prepared for surgery and supported afterwards.
I had a bcc between my lip and nose. Ms Petrie explained how she would remove it, the resulting scar and the time it would take to fade. She was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable but at the same time made me feel as if I was her only patient. During the procedure she explained throughout what she was doing, and I felt entirely comfortable. 3 weeks on, I’m amazed how she managed to remove the bcc in such a way that the scar follows my crease and my lip will soon return to its normal shape. Thank you Ms Petrie, I’m so grateful!
I have nothing but praise for Miss Petrie, the care, professionalism and expertise, combined with her human touch are exemplary. The results of my surgeries are excellent.
Dr Petrie was always very professional and kind; she gave me lots of time to think about things and didn’t ever rush me into anything. She also made sure to explain all likely outcomes and listen to any concerns. I was also happy with both operation results she did, and felt able to contact her afterwards if need be.
Explained everything well and was thorough. Very friendly and approachable.
