Mr Jae Rhee's patient interactions are professional and clear. He gives simple talks on health issues, surgery, and aftercare. Patients report good outcomes, less pain, and a fast return to daily activities. Many patients visit Mr Rhee for shoulder impingement, shoulder pain, shoulder arthroscopy, or rotator cuff repair.
I had key hole surgery on my right hand for a karpal tunnel procedure. The whole procedure took very little time from the time I was taken to the operating theatre. Recovery was amazing. Within 2 weeks the tiny scar had healed and I could use my hand without any pain. I had a similar procedure on my left had several years ago and developed complications in the recovery of the healing of the scar and had to go back to hospital several times. Key hole is so quick and less time consuming for the hospital, staff and patient. I have only had to attend a few appointments. This in the long term saves the NHS money and is less time consuming for the patient having to arrange operations and appointments around other commitments. I am so grateful for the team of staff who helped me with this procedure.
I felt very comfortable. Everything about my hand was explained and shown all the exercises I have to carry out. Thank you.
Mr. Rhee made my hospital experience very positive. I was reassured by his confidence and care.
Mr Rhee was helpful and knowledgeable. He advised me on all the available options to help me decide on the best course of management. His secretary Philippa is also very helpful. I would recommend him
Very pleased indeed. Pain reduced by at least 70% and hand movement has improved significantly.
The service I received was professional and impeccable. Mr Jae Rhee’s explanation of the diagnosis, pre, post and aftercare met and exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t fault it at all. My post op visit was very quick and straightforward and Mr Rhee was enthusiastic, kind and encouraging following positive progress from the procedure. He was kind and courteous and again I couldn’t fault him at all. I couldn’t recommend Mr Rhee and his team more. Thank you Mr Rhee!
