My appointment was a zoom call, had slight connection issues but overall was good.
Follow up appointment after wrist surgery The consultant and all the team have been wonderful and I would highly recommend
Came into clinic through St John’s and st Elizabeth’s urgent care, did have to return next day but 9am appt was super quick and efficient. Diagnosis and initial treatment all happened within 3 hrs including 2 MRI’s. Dr was just lovely. News re diagnosis left me a bit stunned so have questions I need to ask him but will contact his secretary
It was very easy to make the appointment. I was politely greeted on arrival in a very airy and clean waiting room. I was seen by Mr. Cobiella who greeted me warmly recognising me from 12 years ago when he operated the same shoulder for a torn rotator cuff. Having examined my MRI results on my shoulder he confirmed a rotator cuff tear and further examined me thoroughly asking all the appropriate questions and recommended the therapy going forward which he instantly actioned with my Physiotherapist and also with the pharmacy. He suggested that we could touch base again at the end of September and see how the therapy was going. I was very happy with his very courteous and personable manner as well as his extremely thorough and knowledgeable advice.
The whole experience has been absolutely fantastic. The support from Charlene in swapping from Dr Corbiela to Dr Karadaglis to cover Bupa fees was very much appreciated. I’m very grateful for both of the doctors agreeing to swap too and for their clear and articulate explanations of exactly what the issue was great
