Dear Malin As a great person once said a long time ago: if I look further it is only by standing on the shoulders of those who have gone before. I have been fortunate in my mentors throughout my career. If I have skills it is by virtue of their example and guidance. Nevertheless, I am truly glad it is an approach you find helpful and of comfort to you.
